I bought a refrigerator here and bought a very large model. Still love it it does have a dent on the side, but is hidden by a cabinet. Low pressure sales people. They were extremely helpful once we had it narrowed down to two models. Delivery took a while but they had just switched companys when I bought my fridge.

Chill sales staff, usually something on sale, just picked up a great stove at half price! Due to a small ding.

For over 10 years we happily - and successfully - shopped this store, this location (we had rental property so we repeatedly bought the appliances for various units). Prices used to be great. They havent been for a long time, we no stopped shopping ApplianceSmart some years ago. Big disappointment.

We have had an excellent experience every time we have been to an Appliance Smart. I think it is funny people complain about this store having scratch and dent product. People research your stores! This is a scratch and dent store and you get the product at a price based on that!I had wonderful customer service this December. Heidi, Phil, Dave and Refik were so helpful. My husband and I bought a refrigerator at this location and let me tell you that theyre very quick when theyre trying to sell. We ordered our fridge and we were told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. On the second week we called to follow up and I was told that I would get a call back from my sales person, well the call never came! I called Smart Appliance again and I was told that the fridge was in back order that I should get it soon, after almost a month we still didnt have our fridge. Finallyafter a month it finally arrived Smart Appliance offered us a free 4 year warranty due to the extensive delay! Weve picked up our fridge brought it home and it was severely damaged . We called the store to let them know that the fridge was damaged. The representative asked us to bring it backwe advised the representative that my husband was injured and that he couldnt do it and that the fridge could be picked up when the other fridge would be delivered!They placed another order for us we were and we were offered a free delivery and we were advised that it would take 7 to 10 business days, once again weregoing in to an additional 3 weeks to receive our fridge.Our sales rep finally called and he stated that the fridge was at the store I advised him that since I had to wait so long that I would prefer have it would be delivered this upcoming Saturday I was told that they were booked solid!!!! I advised the representative that I wasnt going to take a day off just to have them deliver the fridge when none of this was our fault! He stated that he would advise to deliver it ASAP. I have received my delivery email for a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday of course I declined it so now I have to wait another week to have deliver it on a Saturday! 2 months to get my appliance from this place!!!! Terrible customer service!! I will never buy from them again!!

Have purchased a dryer here and looked at items several times.I appreciate the low pressure, but helpful sales staff. Didnt try to convince me that product I was purchasing from them was garbage and that I need an extended warranty like other appliance outlets I have visited.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! First delivery showed up missing appliances. When I went to install them their was no mounting hardware. My oven, was sent without a power cord when I had it listed on my receipt and it was to be installed. Appliances were all dented a beat up. All my items were sent back. Second order shows up missing parts. Called and they said sorry, scheduler has been out they will call you next week. Here I sit 2 weeks later and no part or call. I will try for a third time to get my part.Update. Been calling every week to get a small part sent to me that was missing. I have been told it is on its way and it still has not shown up. I asked to speak to the gm and magically that person is out of town all week.

Terry was awesome. Found us exactly was was needed. We found a brand new model there for $300 cheaper than anywhere else. Definitely will return!

First time coming into store, and the information that was provided was beyond excellent. Prices seemed fair with other stores as well. I would prefer this store to most others selling appliances just because of the staff to help out with any issues

I went there for a specific laundry set. Turns out I needed gas and the set wasnt offered in gas. The manager Travis walked me through the ding and dent area and I found I great whirlpool set for 899. 1 year warranty. With a huge variety of appliances and brands to choose from, its a definite first stop for appliances new or dented up.

Do not buy from Appliance Smart if you value your time. OR save at least $50 by reading this if you still want to buy from them.Appliance smart scheduled a 7:30-11:30 delivery window for a washer/dryer, which they missed. At 11:30 I called them and they had no way of contacting their driver. They then promised me a delivery window of 1-3:00 and that I would be at the beginning of that window. They couldnt deliver right away because the appliances were never on the truck in the first place (so why have a delivery window starting at 7:30 if they never could have met that window?). The delivery then missed the second window and did not arrive until after 3:00. Appliance Smart made $192 of net profit on me based off of their margin from the manufacturer (inside source) and refused to offer more than $30 refund which was their total delivery cost despite talking to a manager. I took the $30 and am now teaching you how to save from them instead.If you do still decide to buy from Appliance Smart know these things:1.) They match delivery and disposal fees from all other retailers. Lowes is $15 per appliance disposal and free delivery. You will save ~$50 in this.2.) Make sure you call their SALES dept at the beginning of the window to see where you are at on their route. I was unable to reach their delivery dept. They contract their delivery out, so they will tell you that they have no way of reaching their drivers, but they can.3.) If their delivery is delayed vs your window, the sales department is authorized to refund the entire cost of delivery without much escalation.Generally, the company has no accountability to the results of their contract delivery company (at T&H delivery). They are rude, uncompromising, and unwilling to admit fault. You might as well buy from a big box store.

Horrible experience with delivery. Bought appliance almost 3 weeks ago they said it will be delivered in a week or a week and half. I called last week and they said it will be delivered today and I was supposed to get a phone call yesterday. I havent gotten a call yet. I called the store and all I got was excuses after excuses for the mess up. Very disappointed!

We purchased a new fridge about a month ago. So far the fridge has been working great and we like it. But the delivery was not good! When the guys got here they tried to take the bottom freezer off the old fridge and scratched up our wall in the process. But the real issue was that they first planned on bringing the fridge through our side gate and in the back door. After they realized it would not fit they brought it through the front door. The bad news was they left the side gate open and later that day my dog ran away. We were lucky our neighbor saw our dog in the street and went out and got her.I would not recommend the delivery service. In fact we should have been refunded for the delivery.

Lower price than alternatives. You are at their mercy for delivery, so have your own means of getting it home. The salesman that we interacted with stayed with us the whole time, and was perfectly capable of answering all of our questions. However, getting knowledge out of him was terribly difficult as he volunteered no new information. He seemed to think the sale was a given for the lowest price freezer, and therefor would not take us through the pros and cons of any of the other freezers available. I paid a bit extra to buy a similar freezer from AC Carlson Appliances for immediate delivery and solid education. After AC Carlson I now know enough that I could sell freezers, whereas I learned nothing from ApplianceSmart.

NOT PLEASANT! Deals are fair. Customer service is terrible. You mess it up I expect you to fix YOUR problem. Not to be told that I should make some calls and that it is now out of my hands. Convenient location and to save a few bucks is not worth dealing with this unprofessional store.

Really disappointed in the service Ive received. Ordered a washer/dryer combo early May. The washing machine had to come from another store, so were told it would be 2 days. Went to pick it up on the appointed day and it wasnt there and no one could tell us anything. A call to them the next day and found that it had only made it half way there and was still at the distribution center, as they had a big order to stock up for the upcoming Holiday and there wasnt room on the truck for ours. So stock was put ahead of our paid in full product and we had to wait additional time till the following truck was scheduled. For the dryer, we were told that it would be 7 - 10 days, as it had to be ordered. We waited. After the promised time was up we called and no one could tell us anything. A few more days, we called again, same result. More days, same result again. Then calling again were told it would be here either Tues or Thurs of last week. Nope. A call to them on Tuesday now this week and I expressed my frustration, and was told they would look into it and would call me back the next day and not drop the ball. They did not call. Just went up there now today to insist on some answers and got the run around yet again, with STILL no idea when it will be here. Its almost 4 weeks now. And there has been no contact initiated by them, its all been us calling to find out what is going on. Really poor service. I wont be giving them further business and wouldnt recommend them to others.***Update: It is now 3+ weeks later from what I shared above. Once again, I had to call to find out that finally, my dryer came in yesterday. And that because of the Holiday weekend coming up, it would be an additional 6 days from now before we can get delivery. Well be picking it up instead, and will not be doing business with Appliance Smart in the future, and will not recommend them.

We purchased a refrigerator in November of 2016 from ApplianceSmart in Champlin. It failed in July of 2018. It was discovered that we purchased a previously owned refrigerator (according to Whirlpool). After some initial confusion as to who was responsible, both Whirlpool and ApplianceSmart in Champlin stepped up and took care of us.Travis the store manager and Anthony the service manager were both very understanding and helpful during the reconciliation process. They were both very easy to work with and a pleasure to speak to on the phone.In the end I was able to get a BRAND new refrigerator direct from the manufacturer even though the warranty didn’t apply (and it shouldn’t since we were sold a previously owned refrigerator unbeknownst to us). This was made possible by Anthony’s effort with the product exchange team at Whirlpool, Travis’ effort with his team and accounting department.Although the beginning of the process was shaky and difficult, it ended with my satisfaction and I truly respect and admire ApplianceSmart going the extra mile to take care of us.

Very disappointed that the sales people do not tell you that all the cords for your appliances you have to buy separately. They only tell you after you have all your appliances delivered. Very deceitful and a royal pain.

My grandmother purchased a washing machine from here. The service men rescheduled three times and then wouldnt install the machine because they couldnt disconnect hoses from the dryer (since they werent installing it). They then asked my 83 year old grandmother to take the old washer to the curb for them to collect. Dont bother stopping here, especially if it involves the elderly.

Had an issue with damage done to my trailer from moving guys not listening when asked to stop. Bottom of the fridge paneling bent and scratched up. Spoke with the manager Travis and he was very rude and condescending. Wish we wouldve never purchased our dishwasher and fridge from here with such terrible customer service. Ps if you do purchase from here dont purchase the self install kit we purchased both for the dishwasher and fridge and didnt require anything from the kits.

Huge store! Prices arent great. Despite having a lot of stock in store they still didnt have what we needed and were going to charge us a shipping fee on top of nearly msrp prices. Not impressed.

ApplianceSmart switched their delivery company this month and they never showed up on day of delivery. Store manager said they would come the next day and they called as promised the next day saying they were on their way only to arrive over 2 hours later! They didnt bring everything needed (that I bought fro ApplianceSmart) to hook up the washer and electric dryer and ApplianceSmart 1st said theyd send them out again and then called me later and said they wouldnt. 2 days wasted and I ended up buying the parts myself and hooking up even though I paid them to do it.
