I discovered this place when asking a Natural Grocers employee if they had red raspberry leaf and he directed me to Desert Sage Herbs. I believe it was Gods grace in leading me here. Stopped by to pick up some healing herbs and I have to say I was impressed with this shop, the first thing I noticed as I walked in was the aroma, a clean healthy and fresh smell filled the air. They have a great selection of bulk herbs, tinctures, teas and more. I was referred here by my nail tech when we were having a discussion on herbal teas and aromatherapy products. I was blown away by how many varieties of herbs there are here. Everything is priced very fairly and reasonably and everyone who I came into contact with were genuinely kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I’m a newbie at this and it was so helpful to be able to ask questions and feel right at home. I highly recommend their synergy oil blends (it was what my nail tech used for my massage on my legs and it smelled heavenly). Desert Sage has a huge variety of aromatherapy blend that smell amazing. They also have crystals and various herbs and resins for smudging. Truly a hidden gem and will be back.

Over the years I have been very happy with Desert Sage re. some of their service practitioners as well as holistic options in their store. More recently I saw a Clinical Herbalist, Jennifer Hinton, who helped provide me with information for getting off of a PPI medication, as well as herbal remedies for mild hypothyroidism as I no longer want to take prescribed medication. Not only is my GI adapting to discontinuing the PPI but the tincture of herbs to address thyroid is working. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen to everything I had to say. Picked up some soothe me herbs for tea by a Natural Path Drs recommendation and it works amazing. The people who helped me were nice and helpful for all of my questions. It was very cheap too.

Desert Sage Herbs was not a disappointment. It had bulk herbs in glass jars as is proper storage method. Fresh smell to each herb I selected. Prices were within normal range. Friendly service with herbal knowledge. I will go back when I i need something; or call any have it sent to me.

They had what I needed, but customer service could be improved. I was greeted and stated what I came in for (no assistance required as I just needed a few roller bottles), yet when another couple came in before I made it to the counter to cash out they were waited on while I was left standing at the checkout for like 10 min as both associates were now occupied. The associate that greeted me could have easily asked the new customers to wait one minute while she cashed me out as it was a very quick purchase. I had driven 30 minutes out of my way to get what i needed here because it wasnt a chain place and i knew they had what i needed. Probably wont do that again.

Excellent in every way! I have been going to this store for any herbs I need for years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The prices are often lower than online vendors offer, even though I wouldnt mind paying a little extra to support this local small business. I recommend this store to all my friends!

They offer oils, blends, supplements, herbs, and a number of other products. They also offer classes! I cannot speak highly enough of Desert Sage, and I am grateful for them.

I visited Desert Sage Herbs for the first time today to buy some ingredients to make my own hygiene products at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, informing me of all my options and their corresponding costs and taking an interest in what I was trying to accomplish in order to help me make an educated purchase. I bought the items that I needed and fully intend to return when I need more.

Honestly, I love their wide variety of herb selections and, on top of that, their extra oils and baubles they offer for sale. The inside and outside atmosphere is calming and very naturally aesthetic!Unfortunately, I didnt feel like the customer service was really there. Ive visited thrice now for different reasons with different questions and purchases and never once have I been acknowledged or greeted when I walked in unless I touched a jar or was ready to buy (mind you Ive come alone with no one else in the store, with a family member, and when there were one or two others).If you are knowledgeable about herbs, arent concerned with being spoken to and know what you want, this place is a definite hidden gem!On the other hand, if youre somewhat of an extrovert or just like being greeted when you walk into a shop, I cant say this place provides that based on my previous shopping experiences here. Hopefully, this will get better in the future!As for their herbs, I love them and have used them quite frequently which is why i continue to return. They are of pretty good quality and fair pricing. Try their teas! The tumeric chai is very good. Hope this helps!

Brittany and Viki(Owners) are fantastic, professional people and they run a beautiful, homey herbal shop in Chandler, Arizona. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and want to make sure you are well taken care of and educated of your herbal and aroma choices. I always buy their amazing teas (coconut truffle is THE BEST, it tastes satisfying like you just ate a girl scout samoa, but lasts longer!) and they have an entire WALL of every kind of essential oil you can think of. I could stay there for hours!

I have chronic respiratory problems. The staff knows their stuff. I got the lung tonic they sell and it works great to clear my lungs. I lost it and will have to go back to get more. I am starting to have problems again. Prices are really reasonable !

I brought my mom into the shop with me (were new to the holistic approach). I recently purchased essential oils online and ended up disappointed with what I had received so we ended up at this little shop for some guidance and to try things out in person. The woman who helped us was so knowlagable and passionate about the products. She was so helpful and her personality just made our experience that much better! Wounderful experience the first time I went in.I went in to get some natural herbs to make teas with because I had no energy, I was sick all the time, I was diagnosed with IBS, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, bouts of anxiety, and depression.I recently was referred to MD Anderson Cancer Center for high playlets and had convinced myself I was at the rusty years of my life and there was no such thing as the golden years.I went on line looking for herbs online to help build my immune system. I found many herbs and the kind of herbs that rebuild and strengthen the immune system and heal cells in the body.I am tired of taking pills and wanted to see what herbal remedies could do for me.I took my list of herbs and showed it to a wonderful young man who took time to hear my story, i gave him my list and he brought out a mixture of about 80% of the herbs on my list.He answered all my question with patience and understanding, he made sure I left with all that I asked for and gave me instructions on how to use the herbs.Three days after starting my teas, I have been sleeping better, I have more energy, and even my husband has noticed I am much calmer and happier. My anxiety levels have decreased and so has my depression. My IBS issues have decreased as well.When I go back in March for labs at the Cancer Center I know we will see lower playlets.This is within 3 days of following this regimen.I am so glad I found this store and can guarantee I will be a customer for life.God is good and and his herbs are a blessing and so are the folks at this store.I will recommend this store to all my friends. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
