Bought a new motorcycle and Nick was very informative, Landen also made the process relatively easy they also helped take some burden off by taking away some of the leg work by fully communicating with the bank directly while I had plans already throughout the day. They also manipulated my loan so I could at the gear to it. Jay in the parts shop was very informative as well on gear choices and specifications!
I am a Washington resident, however I purchased my new Can Am from RideNow Chandler as I am down there frequently and have a friend who purchased one from there as well. Everyone has been outstanding to work with. From Andy the sales manager, Tuesday has been awesome, Cherish, Gage, and Carlos in parts who helped me pick out all the extras I wanted. They all went way above and beyond in regards to their service. Even when I flew down to finalize everything. The process was extremely easy. I highly recommend these guys. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and have outstanding customer service. I cant thank them enough.

My husband came to your business today about an hour ago. he was looking to purchase a Can-Am or Polaris ATV or a Polaris Trail today. When he walked in he was greeted by 2 workers that said hello. The rest of the time he walked up and down the showroom and not one person asked him if he needed help, so he walked out. His sale would have been very easy as it was going to be a cash deal. He is now on his way to a couple other stores to buy his quad. Just sad that he has to go elsewhere. He believes he knows the owner and this is why he came there. Many years ago his friend became the owner. They lost touch over the years so he wanted to see if he was still the owner.
First visited this location about a month ago and worked with the service representative on an Indian vintage update. Gave me the new buyer rundown on it and recommended a suggestive price which I did and the seller took it. I returned to have my Indian vintage serviced and once again the service representative went over in great detail with me and brought my service schedule up today. I appreciate him so much in his new purchase. I own six Harley Davidsons in my lifetime and never was given a service as I was given at this location. I will be returning to maintain the maintenance schedule which is a real soon.
We purchased a 2021 Honda Talon. Landon was our amazing salesman. I cannot say enough good things about Landon. He was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Fantastic service from the time you walk in the door. Nick Sokol was a fantastic sales guy!!!! He really knows his bikes. My husband, son and I walked in the dealership with the intent to look at bikes and ended up walking out with a brand new Indian Scout and a gently used, almost new Indian Chiefton. We were extremely happy. We feel this is the best Indian dealer around.We stopped back in the next day to pick up the bikes after they completed another full inspection of both bikes. We met the most knowledgeable Indian Manger on the PLANET, Scott Wagner. Scott really impressed us with this knowledge and I am over the moon seeing how patient he was with us and all our questions. We have never owned an Indian bike before so naturally we had quite a bit of questions.Our son is a new rider, so the team suggested a riders course. This dealership has it all, knowledgeable staff, patience and tons of gear to choose from. Had a really good experience here at their Chandler location. The staff were always in contact, giving me updated and checking how things were going on my end. I dealt primarily with Nick and he was super cool, didnt try to bs or upsale me on things I didnt need and was super helpful.I had a phantom issue with your pressure that just turned out to be growing pains as my bike got its running legs, but Nick was real fast about getting me in touch with their service department, which had Kevin (another cool dude) help me get it squared away fast.All in all a great experience, and I would recommend people looking for a bike to check them out for sure.2021 KTM 1290 Super Duke R

I was really hesitant to buy from this place and a little intimidated when I first walked in. But oh my goodness I had the BEST experience here! We had a recall performed on our bike and it took a bit but Daniel kept us in the loop and when the bike was done, we surprised at how NEW it looked because he washed it himself when it was ready for pick up. Daniel was patient with answering any questions that we had (and we had a ton!) and was friendly, never rushed us off the phone. He was just so nice on the phone and in person, and we always got the feeling he really cared and genuinely wanted to help us! Thanks for a smooth experience Daniel, well be coming back!

Ive never seen or visited a motorcycle dealership that was HUGE!!! They had so many manufactures represented there!! They had almost everything! It was like a motorcycle MALL!! They had incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! I wasnt buying that day, just visiting from out of state but if I lived there THAT would be the place Id always go to browse and definitely to service my bikes! They were amazing!!
I had been to two other competitors before going to Ride Now. The other places couldnt give me a straight answer about ordering a 2022. I was able to get real answers at Ride Now. Considering my goals for riding this year and that they had a really decent inventory on hand (all things considered) I purchased a 2021. The process was painless and I didnt feel high pressured at any step including the closing / financing was smooth. Great job everyone and the follow through was good as well.
1st time bike owner and I am impressed! I worked with Nick and he awesome. Nick was not pushy at all, he made you feel heard and worked to meet your needs. He definitely went above and beyond to get me a better APR than what originally came back. I went in with very specific numbers (down payment, monthly payment, etc..) and Nick & Kyle did way better than expected! My monthly payment was significantly lower than what I asked them for. Everyone at RideNow, from front desk, their retail side and sales, are very friendly. Nick was a great salesman to work with very patient while we tried several different dirt bikes for my wife. That sales process kinda sucked not unlike buying a car the sales manager buried a $1000 dollar extend warranty in the paperwork between the original price and what I paid so watch out for that kinda dirty but not unexpected. Edit: Kyle called us and brought us back into the shop to make things right we walked out happy
I was directed to the Chandler showroom by a good friend of mine. I was met by Chris and Nick and they proceeded to show me what I was looking for. I ended up buying a brand-new 2021 XP for Turbo. Their explanation of the benefits, insurance policy etc. convinced me thats direction I need to go. As far as follow-up – excellent: Mike in parts, Damon, Nick and Chris all provided me with an outstanding experience. Definitely want to mention Bree who would follow up and see if I had any questions or comments that maybe she could get answers for me. Those were separate reach outs on her part and not generated by me. Thanks to all of you – my experience was and continues to be five-star. I hope I didnt forget anybody!
1-Star ExperienceI went to RideNow Chandler (1st time) to gather more information and view the Can Am Ace 900.I didnt need sales help, I knew what I wanted and actually had an end of week purchase timeframe in mind. The initial sales associate was very helpful and assisted me with research other useful bike info. I arrived 30 minutes before closing with my short list of question and had no intention of staying long, however it was suggested I get the financing research started before I go to allow me time to bargain shop if I could find a better rate elsewhere. I agreed; the process took about 40 minutes which took to nearly 7:30 pm and closing was apparently at 7:00.This is where the sales manager came over for the first time with the financing rate. The conversation was so fast I didnt get his name. He is a tall Caucasian man with dreaded hair. The rate appeared to be within the realm I was comfortable paying and he asked for a signature to finish up. I was puzzled, because I mentioned no intention to buy today. I expressed my purpose for my visit and he was then noticeably irritated. He went on to say we only stayed late to close on this sale, I wouldnt have stayed this long otherwise. I found his attitude and behavior unprofessional. I reinforced my stance on not purchasing today and he went on to snatch the paper with the rates and left the table abruptly without saying a word.I am willing to pay more elsewhere than to be treated poorly. When the sales associate contacts me I will be sure to tell him why.

I had a blow out on Sunday and needed specific tires for my motorcycle. Andrew the service tech was awesome and got the bike in the same day, got new tires, fuel injectors cleaned and had the bike detailed the same day. Couldn’t be happier with the service and communication I received. I’ll definitely be back for all of my future service.

I wanted to mention one of the sales guy named Nick, He went above and beyond for me with a no pressure attitude which is refreshing...I had a razor on order with another ride now location and he knew that, but instead of blowing me off he still offered to help knowing that the back order time is uknown right now on razors, He offered to put another razor on order for me (which he did) and if it would happen to come in before the other I would take whichever came in first- increasing my odds of getting a unit sooner..and at same price I had. I thought that was pretty commendable and worth a mention being that now a days thats not usually how that would go..Thanks Nick, appreciate it..
We had an amazing experience yesterday purchasing out new 4 Wheeler Can-Am.. There were 4 other offers one the one we choose whiling working out a trade and/or financing. HENRY, HENRY, HENRY...you were such fun, knowledgeable, personable and honest.
I was financed on a credit card without full disclosure on one of two bikes and when I went to defer a couple months not knowing it was on a credit card they closed it for the deferment. What most dont know is that if a credit card is closed with a high balance remaining its a 40-50 hit against your credit score. With a 700 credit score theres no way both bikes should not have been financed as installment loans. This is apparently a practice that is frequently done at Ridenow without full or any disclosure.
By far my best experience buying a motorcycle to date. Started off with my wife talking with Cassie Naeve about getting me in to ride now to check out some bikes that might be of interest to me. She was very helpful and friendly. After talking with Cassie, she set me up with the salesman Colton Guern. Colton took the time to show me literally all that RideNow Chandler had in its inventory and answered any questions I had. After still not finding exactly what I wanted, Colton suggested we order the bike I really wanted rather than settling for something I can have right now. I put my deposit down and a few weeks later Cassie reached out to me to let me know that my motorcycle came in and was ready for pick-up.
Too notch! From when we first walked in the door to look around till we loaded the machine on the trailer! Nick answered all of our questions and if there was something he didn’t know he found out. We met the parts guy, service guy and Nicks manager all were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Don’t take your machine here! Everything I was told was a lie! Paid for services to find out they weren’t done. They do not care about customer service. Spoke to managers and GM’s and all were disrespectful and arrogant! Take your machine elsewhere. I will never go back unless it is to finally get the service I paid for. I was told by many others to avoid this place and I will in the future. I literally had to find my own part after they said it wasn’t available. Lies upon lies upon lies. They are into sales not service!
This place is the best for finding great motorcycles at good prices. Although I shopped around at different Indian Motorcycle dealers throughout the valley, the sales staff and management at RideNow Chandler made my experience phenomenal. Even though I took a long time to make a decision on what specific bike I wanted, the Manager of Indian Motorcycle, Scott Wagner, worked with me constantly and tirelessly to get me the bike of my dreams, without hounding me or being aggressive. Their staff over in the gear department did a great job for me making sure my family and I had everything we needed to ride safely and in style. Everyone there has great attitudes and great work ethic. I totally recommend seeing Scott, Kyle, and the rest of the RideNow family at their Chandler location before you settle on getting any motorcycle, recreational vehicle or riding gear anywhere else. You will not be disappointed with these guys.
I understand that companies need to be profitable and have the cash flow to pay the commissioned salesman, employee payroll and overhead. RumbleOn just acquired RideNow, so hopefully it will lessen the need for RideNow to gouge potential customers on exorbitant fees. Unless people prefer to pay an additional 54% on top of advertised prices. I however, am not one of those people. I ended up going to Harley Davidson to get my motorcycle and their fees were 1/3 of RideNow.

When going to look at a new Scooter and looking at the final cost sheet for it I decided not to get it. I was on the edge though through the process and wanted to look at possible financing for the scooter. I did a credit application and they looked. I remember they brought over a Honda Power-sports separate credit application over, I asked if this was a credit card and they said no it is regarding a different financing through Honda as they were trying to get me the best rates. I said okay and filled out the form. About a week and a half later surprise! I got an email from Honda Power-sports saying my credit card is on the way! Really frustrating that they lied to me. I feel like the dealer may get bonus’s if they sign people up for the credit cards so they were shady about it. If I close the credit card it’ll negatively affect my credit and I don’t want another one. I will not be doing business with RideNow specifically because I do not feel I can trust them. They honestly seemed nice when speaking to them and had customer service skills. But the finances part just left a bad taste in my mouth. In the future my advice to RideNow if they read this is to tell your customers this is a CREDIT CARD APPLICATION, I would have said no, there is no way a credit card would have better rates than a Credit Union or Bank.
Scott Wagner was the sales person that helped me get my indian. 10/10 great guy. Only downside is everything is delayed ATM, so parts/bikes are taking a while.
Picked up things for my new old Thunder Cat. I love to drive off in a Ducati Monster or like that BMW Rs1100 with the big aluminum side bags. Instead I settled for a special order part. I and Tristiana had a good time. I know...who cares. I need to back it up with pictures
I just sold my motorcycle to RideNow a couple of weeks ago. The process was pretty painless and I felt I got a great offer on the motorcycle. The only issue that I ended up having was that the sales associate that I saw the first time was not in the day that I was told to check would be ready. Ended up being transferred to a sales manager and everything was better after that but delayed the process by 3 or 4 days. The only problem I had was over promising and under delivering.
Will prob drop your side by side off a forklift and do absolutely nothing about it and the staff is very rude
They must lose dozens of customers by refusing to tell their prices. I asked the sales kid 4 times for the price of the Ducati, he refused to tell me every time. He said we cannot tell you the price until we have all your information. Ha! Screw them. The manager has his head up his YOU KNOW WHAT.
I had a trade in situation, and while the transaction was not perfect, the GMs integrity and moral approach to business created a positive and appreciated outcome for me. Thank you for understanding things from the customers perspective and doing the right thing. It would have been easy to brush me aside in this crazy market, but Ridenow showed me that they do care.
I worked with Daniel in the service department and he was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed on the status of my motorcycle and was always a pleasure to speak to. I was fortunate to work with Daniel in the Euro Service Department and Im really impressed with Daniels transparency and follow up. My bike was at the shop for a while (because parts were not stocked) but Daniel kept me informed every time he had an update with a call or email. Landen was absolutely amazing to work with. I came in to sit on a CBR500R and see if it fit. The next morning I gave him a call with a few more questions and told him Id take it. Landen worked with me throughout the day with my schedule. The entire time he was easy to talk to, didnt act condescending to my lack of motorcycle knowledge, and had a smile from beginning to end. Highly recommend asking for Landen if youre looking for a laid back buying experience. Especially if youre a first time rider, he has answers to almost everything.

Drove over from Tucson yesterday, and Henry helped my husband and I and Henry was great. I was looking at a smaller street bike and Henry said he would ask his floor manager for pricing. This disheveled looking kid (Nick S) comes over, and I couldnt believe he was one of the floor managers. He looked like he just rolled out of bed. The minute he opened his mouth, I knew it was going down hill. The guy needs to learn how to interact with people. He kept pushing me to give him a number I was comfortable with. Reluctantly, I told him, with all due respect. He came back and insulted me by saying my offer was wayyy too far off, and his demeanor was so condescending. He needs to go back to training. Will be going elsewhere
Scott the sales manager on the Indian side is amazing. We stopped in on Saturday late in the day looking at bikes he came up to us right away greeting us and answering any questions we asked, needless to say we left with a bike😃. Unable to take it home that night he went out of his way to come in Sunday (his day off) to make sure when we took it home everything was perfect and we knew everything about the bike. I would highly recommend anyone I know looking for a bike to go see him he will make sure you get what you want!!!!
I just bought a ised bike from this place october 10th 2021. Nick was the sales associate that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and respectful during the whole process and wasnt like pther sales people ive met before. He wasnt just trying to make a sale he was actually helpful in coming to a decision on which bike to get based on the preference i provided him. Non responsive for service on my Polaris. Had to call 3x. Then was over charged on estimate I had to ask for again and again. I took my Polaris to Ride Now in Apache Junction. Way better service and prices.
My daughter and I just purchased a couple of Polaris ATVs from this location. We are very satisfied with our purchase and with the service that we received. We worked with a newer salesman named George and he was very knowledgeable and polite. We closed the deal with the floor manager Kyle and picked up our quads with Eric. The few times that I had to call Bree was great on the phone and went above and beyond to answer questions and assist. Great team at this location! P.S. the showroom was very clean and I felt safe.

My wife and I bought 2 used motorcycles during July 4th weekend and the experience we had with our salesman (Damon) was amazing! The store as a whole is unlike any other store Ive ever been to! The store is super clean and set up like a high end establishment, plus they have everything you need including accessories, protective gear, and apparel! I had to bring my bike back to them 2 days later for an issue with the fuel gauge and they didnt even blink to fix it even though I didnt buy a warranty! Daniel and Andrew in the Euro Bike part of their service service department were also amazing, and I was treated as a valued customer! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle or have one serviced in the future and they have me as a lifelong customer!

We made an appointment to come and pick up our new Polaris. I told the sales person that my husband only has a couple hours off to have everything together. We’ve been sitting here now forever 4 hours and we still haven’t seen our new Polaris that we paid for. If you have nothing but time to burn this is a place to come and waste your day away. Appointments mean nothing.
They put a big red bow on the ATV we bought for our anniversary present! We found the model we wanted on their website, negotiated the price via texting and then took delivery at their facility. This experience was amazingly straightforward and easy. Everyone is very nice, professional and patient. Our online sales contacts were Cherish and Tuesday and our host during pickup was Jorge who accompanied us during our pick up visit and ensured everything was taken care of. The facility is huge, spotless, and has a large inventory of vehicles and accessories. We would buy from them again.
I had the opportunity to work with Gage during my experience. I was shocked RideNow actually had several Honda Pioneer 1000-5s in stock. Currently nobody has them. I knew what I was looking for and when we showed up Gage was really polite and did not try and pressure us into a sale. Since RideNow had 3 of the machines I was interested in, I was able to take my time and decide which machine was the one I really wanted. The entire sales process was smooth and straight forward. We worked out some numbers on the deal over the next several hours including phone calls after we left. We drove to the dealership in our RZR so we left it there for appraisal. We were told it would take up to 2 hours. 4 hours later still nothing. We then got a call from the Finance Manager, mind you we were very detailed that we were paying cash and had no need to finance. He then told me that our unit needed 3K worth of repairs. They then said they would not offer me the original 11K for mine they would only offer 7K. I then pointe out that if they said they expected 1K worth of repairs and it is now 3K... that is only a 2K difference, why are they dropping the offer by 4K? I said ok... If mine needs 3K worth of work I was willing to cover that and increase my cash part by 2K to cover the difference. Then he said the engine was not holding proper compression. I asked if they did a leak down test and was told they did. I then asked which gasket was leaking. He said he did not know. They kept my unit the entire weekend and I let them know I would be there at 10AM Monday morning to pick it up as we could not come to an agreement. When I went to pick it up Monday I brought my check book just in case we could come to an agreement on the price. Instead I was given the run around and it took them over 30 minutes to find my RZR and get it up front for me. I then asked for a copy of the paperwork I signed when I was there on Friday and the Finance Manager told me I could not have it. That is the property of Ride Now. I explained that per the law anything I signed I get a copy of and reminded him that I signed several things at his request. 30 Minutes later the Sales Manager came out to speak to me and gave me the paper work I signed. I said to him... I brought my check book to buy and feel I was lied to by the Finance Manager. I said if you admit that when he said I could not have the paperwork I signed that was not the truth. If you just admit he lied to me I would right a check right now for the agreed upon price and move this forward. He refused to admit it was a lie... he said he didnt know the law. I would be worried if my Finance Manager is not on top of the laws regarding the work he is doing. I dont usually review, but felt compelled to compliment the staff on a job well done. Brennen was very knowledgeable and personable. He was attentive and present, not pushy or overbearing. Our parts salesperson was also a pleasure to work with. The two of them made the process of outfitting our new rig seamless. Kyle was our finance manager and was friendly, straight forward and also great to work with. Our unit was outfitted with parts and ready to go in less than 24 hours. The follow up was impressive, and this team deserves an A+ for customer service.

Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and honest. Great selection of toys. If you don’t find what your looking for here I would be very surprised. The store is layer out very well and even had a coffee truck set up outside. Great selection of new and used as far as you can see. If your looking for a new toy for your life you have to try here!
I cant even tell you all the dispointment I have for this place. I went here thinking it would be better service and prices than the other ridenow. You may get lucky and have no problems here, but if you do dont expect help from them to get anything fixed. A lot of I dont knows. They can take your money but anything else is I dont know. They lie and waste your time.
I came in to purchase a bike and was greeted with hostility and disrespect. I was asked not to touch anything until the sales person had assisted me with a credit app. Yet there were plenty of people just hopping on and sitting on bikes with no intention of talking to anyone from the moment they walk in the door. I came in with cash in hand ready to buy. And I can assure you I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I work in the sales industry and I recommend no one buy from this location.
This place is time wasting do not go in there. They lie and waste your time. If the price tag is $15000 expect a bill for $24000.If they appraise your bike for $10000 expect to get $9000.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RIDE ELSEWHERE
Had an amazing experience at Ridenow when I bought my Yamaha XSR 900! I love the bike, and my whole entire buying experience working with Nick Sokol was awesome. He helped work me a good deal with my trade in, he was very knowledgeable on all the different bikes and sold me on the perfect one and got me a great deal in the process!! Came in browsing at what I want for my next bike. Nothing fancy just a solid commuter. Was asked by several different employees if we needed halo. Mom list but they all were just checking. Went to used area and was really interested in one. Sales guy named Henry stopped and asked if we needed a thing. Next thing I know its mine. They answered all questions and concerns. Friendly and non pushy with zero pressure. We had bought our first bike from them in 2005 and their customer service was amazing then and it shows still today.

Great experience all the way through. Showed up and talked to their Indian Motorcycle Manager about bikes, and ended up buying a 2021 Indian Scout Bobber! They didnt have the helmet I wanted in stock, so he literally lent me his own personal helmet to use until the new one came in (a week out.) Really nice and knowledgeable staff - they care about their customers! highly recommend!

My mother and I just purchased a couple of ATVs from this location. We are very satisfied with them and with the service that we received. We worked with a newer salesman named George and he was very knowledgeable and polite. We closed the deal with the floor manager Kyle and picked up our quads with Eric. The few times that I had to call Bree was great on the phone and went above and beyond to answer questions and assist. Great team at this location!

Sales rep Henry and new manager Daemon are the absolute best at their job! Stay away from Nick Sokol he will over sell and push unnecessary products on you. He told me one number for final figures and came back with paper work exponentially higher than the initial agreements. I left frustrated and came back the next day to see Henry when I learned Daemon received was the new sales manager! I repeat stay away from Nick!
I tried to sell my 2019 Kawasaki Vulcan S and they attempted to scam me by saying my bike wouldnt shift from first to second. My bike comes factory with a positive neutral finder. So at a minum they are incompetent and dont know what that is. DO NOT SELL TO THESE PEOPLE.
Went in a couple of months ago and they wanted 8k over msrp for a dynamix, went in today and they wanted almost 10k over msrp for a velocity. Worse than a used car dealership. They wanted more for the velocity than what I was paying for a dynamix I ordered. Thats not market conditions, thats greedy and dishonest.
They made it so hard to get a bike and it took so long I was there for over 6 hours before they told me they wanted 4500 down on a 8000 bike and my credit score was over 700 please dont waste your time go to azautorv I was in and out in less than an hour with 600 down and a really nice bike
