Just off the premise of my 1 experience going into the store and the level of professionalism and sense of urgency my questions were addressed when I just called I give 5 stars and will be referring clients to buy w yall.I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the ambiance and the smell inside was very pleasant and inviting. I am a business-woman so I like to see woman businesses thriving and thats the energy I got when I stepped inside. Also I support black business. They answered all my questions and helped me place an order and just gave me 5 star service which was a great plus to my beautiful evening beginning. I look forward to doing more business w you babes!

Been go to Hair Heaven Boutique for some years now and I have never had a bad experience. The owner Ashley is really nice and makes sure that all her clients are well taken care of. Overall great place to get your hair done!

I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic but most of us don’t check social media everyday. So to see that the owner has went on a slick rant about all appointments being canceled is not only bad for business but it’s disrespectful to the clients. Not everyone seen the post about her stylist testing positive for Covid but for the owner as a business woman to make the post she made was rude and bad for business. No one’s hair is more important than anyone’s life but your response was terrible.

Love Ashley she dose my hair and my daughters hair as well i will definitely be returning to her as i have over the last year!!!

She was terrible, made my cousin wait then says her attitude is bad as she told my cousin to leave and don’t come back ON HER BIRTHDAY, ON GRADUATION day. Terrible.

Ashley and Rae have great energy and from what i seen during my hair appointment work very well with their clients needs! The shop/salon is clean & cute and though I didn’t purchase bundles I can say the quality and price are both right! Thank you for the warm hospitality ladies!

My appointment was at 11, I arrived at 11:08 and texted Drea letting her know I would be running late; however Im within the 15 minute window per policy. I arrived,  she say she would be with me as she was plucking a wig Im thinking okay coo maybe 5-10 minutes. She literally took over an hour to do my hair because she was installing a wig on another client, had I not been going out of town I would have walked out. It seems like she overbooked,  which inconvenied me to be 2 hours late to work, after I had drove 45 minutes. I will never return, would not recommend.
