Such great pieces I found today I definitely have to come back and pick them up. Some items are pricey but most are definitely affordable great Quality. Love it I have to get rid of a few things I have at home to replace them with these beauties. Definitely felt like home.

This is my third time visiting the Chandler store and it’s embarrassing and disappointing every single time. Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE Pottery Barn and the Kierland Commons experience is night and day from this store. Being a young black female, I assume I don’t fit the demographic of who they think “belongs” there but I’m either ignored or followed each time I visit this location. They bend over backwards to help other customers and my trip today, was the last time. I was in the store about 15 minutes while I watched the sales associates ask other customers if they needed help and walk past me to check on other people. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to keep my dignity in tact.

DO NOT BUY FROM POTTERYBARN. I ordered furniture May 9th and the shipment date for my order is now Sept 3rd. Its been delayed 4 times now. Thats 17 weeks! Their customer service team is useless. They will sell you furniture, take your money, then never deliver your products. Take your money somewhere else!

Single man passed off four times from one sales person to another, including to someone they finally figured out was not even working that day. I knew exactly what I wanted, but none of them would give me the time of day. WORST staff ever, obviously with an attitude backed and supported by leadership. It does not just happen four times.

My husband and I were very interested to but the chandelier. We gave them opportunity to ask us. We stood there for a long time. Associates didnt care about even asking us. We did eye contact with other employees. They were busy on re arranging merchandise but not making sales for sure.

The store is great, friendly staff and service. Great advice for your decor. The retail staff and the products are why we keep buying. Corporate could learn some customer service tips from the retail staff. Stacy at this location is awesome, thats why shes so busy with people. Well definitely be back to this location.

I sometimes prefer local luxury retailers, but they never fail. Had my registry here. Well, my ex and I did. Still have a lot of the items from then, and that was 23 years ago! Quality stuff. Likely out of style but still working. :)

I called to ask how many rings I needed with a 50 x 108 curtain. She said 9- I said that’s incorrect because I currently have the same curtains, they are just too high to really count without a ladder - that I know it’s more. She said no that’s correct I’m even looking on the website. Hey the website says 9- even if it’s a 100 x 108x. How can a wider curtain use the same number of rings??? Too lazy to actually get curtains and look. Know your product.

One of the mangers at this location is absolutely incredible (I’ll leave her name anonymous for this post). This is the second time I’ve ended up in a tough spot and found a responsible person, not an unhelpful machine, willing to troubleshoot with any issue. I’ve spent over $10,000 at Pottery Barn and consistently find them zero hassle, but this location’s mangament makes things effortless. Thank you.

Pottery barn so behind with technology. First of all when you buy something forget about getting a tracking number. Second there is nothing but rude management that work here. As a manager if a customer have a bad experience you expect them to turn that transaction around and make it a positive but it’s not the case at this location they just straight up rude. I will take my money else where.

We went to the Chandler mall today and the store itself was very nice but the first register we went to the lady was on an obviously personal phone call and asked us to go to another register. When we went to the other register both of the girls were on their phones, but did ring us up. It was just very strange.

Weve had 2 custom couches from here now. Good quality and they stand up to our dog when she decides to add the sectional to her laps around the house as an obstacle. Or just a good nap, did I mention shes a catdog.

Dear Pottery Barn time to hire younger friendlier employees. So tired of racist middle aged women who approach me and are so rude and disrespectful. Management HIRE NEW NICE YOUNG PEOPLE. Would it be shocking to have a diverse set of employees? Not just white who look and watch you around the store if you dont fit the look.

Ive given these sales associates so many chances ever since moving to the Chandler area. Every time I walk into the store, I am always ignored and never asked if I needed any help. They look at me as if I cant afford anything there, then when I go to make purchases, the sales associate is very rude and short with me. Pottery Barn, please do something or loyal customers like myself will shop elsewhere.

I ventured in and ordered a sofa, first time for a large purchase with them. Time was of the essence as it was a birthday present. With the original time quote, I was satisfied. However, then the nightmare began. The date started slipping, I was given 4 different reasons and new shipping dates, none of which was achieved. It finally was delivered almost 3 week late. I gave up listening to their lies and weak excuses. I was burned. Not a positive first experience for furniture. I was planning on buying a hutch unit, but no chances of that now!

Yesterday approx 4pm and I was in the store,was the only customer. There were 3 sales people on the floor at the register.I wandered thru the store looking for a gift and was interested in linens I had seen in catalog,after approximately 10 minutes a strange feeling came over me,Oh No,Im Im INVISIBLE, then I saw myself in a mirror and felt relieved. Apparently it was only the sales people who could not see me.By then a sense of the ludacris settled over me and made a game of it. I stayed another 10 minutes and was never approached. I have one question for you what is the secret to being a customer in the store,Is there a dresscode,a specific designer bag or shoes one must wear,please share this knowledge with me so I may be better prepared next time. Oh wait... dont bother there wont be a next time for me,

Today I went to this Pottery Barn with my mom and we were treated HORRIBLY! The lady ringing up our items was extremely rude to my mother and I. She looked at us as if we couldnt afford anything in the store and made a sarcastic comment because we bought something on sale. She was really short with us and did not make us feel welcome. The employee id # is 294922. Please do something about this! We have always shopped at Pottery Barn and love the items they have but today was a disappointment.

Store is bougie. Things are bougie.(prices are a touch high but quality is nice so thats not really a complaint, just know what to expect) Staff was still really nice and helpful even though my wife and I are peasants. It was really nice. I will continue to shop there.

While this store provided great decoration advice, the execution on the service was extremely poor. A sofa that was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks took almost double to arrive. I had to call several times to get an update and when it finally arrived, it was damaged.

I was looking for a particular double curtain rod which Google showed that the Pottery Barn had in stock.So, I scrambled my way over there with much eager anticipation thinking of nothing but prior great experiences in Chicagoland area stores.Much to my dismay, this was not the experience I had anticipated.Suddenly I was catapulted back to the 60s thru 70s era when prejudice ran rampant.I walked in with no greeting. I walked throughout the ENTIRE store making eye contact with one of the salespersons while observing others observing me as if I didnt belong.One employee returned from lunch and engaged incoming shoppers as did other salespersons.Eventually after 25 minutes of me standing in the curtain and rod area the sales person (whos name has escaped me) came over and asked did I need some help.I responded: I was wondering when someone was going to come over and assist me. Ive been in the store for over 25 minutes and no one has said a word to me. She apologized. I went on to describe details of my eye contact and other observations with staff. I frankly asked in a calm matter fact way was it because of my ethnicity or obesity that I was being ignored in this way..She quickly denied this allegation stating that anyone of the staff would be more than willing to assist me on my next visit as i slowly walked towards the entrance/exit.My response: I will NEVER come HERE AGAIN and I will put my experience on Google.She said nothing.

I would like to say Pottery Barn is a great store. The sales associates however are not. They are definitelymore inclined to help white people. I was in on November 5 th to purchase a couple chairs. I had to ask for help after being in the store for quite some time.I was ignored by an older white woman at the counter.I was only asking if the chairs I was interested in came in different colors. When I asked again, thinking there’s no way she is ignoring me, she abruptly said “ yes they come in about 100 choices in color go follow him “ as she pointed to a male associate in training at the front desk. I have never felt so dismissed in any store before. Much less one I have spent thousands of dollars at. I will add, I did not look like their normal customers. I had been moving all day, so I was a bit out of sorts, but I knew I needed to get down there and order the 2 pieces to have them in place before the holidays. Please train your staff to be aware that people of color purchase their furniture and we should not have to be spoken down to by your sale people. Never judge a book by their cover.
