My husband and I first met Abby Feb 2020 when we were planning to get our kitchen redone July 2020; however, we chose to wait due to personal issues. We got back in touch with Abby May 2021. Abby visited our property again to remeasure (since we chose a difference footprint) and show us some new cabinet designs that had been released since our last meeting. We opted for a newer cabinet design, which was thankfully cheaper, kept the color we had previously chosen, and the hardware we had previously chosen. The new cabinet design still included the soft close feature we were so excited to install.Abby was so helpful in achieving the changes we desired while maximizing cabinet space. Abby’s 3D rendering was amazingly helpful in visualizing what the kitchen would look like. The down payment was easily completed through email. Abby was very helpful in maintaining communication on when our cabinets would arrive, when we should have our kitchen demo-ed by (we opted to do that ourselves), and when we should have our granite guy install (we did not use their preferred granite vendor). Abby even warned us that we should discuss whether we want to demo the kitchen a week earlier if we believe there might be damage behind the existing cabinets. Our house has had damage behind fixtures, so we decided to follow Abby’s advice and were glad we did for multiple reasons. We absolutely needed that extra week to repair the issues the builder left since they were hidden by cabinets. Thank goodness for Abby’s thoughtful warning.We were not affected by the supply chain issues since our cabinets came from Atlanta, GA. They were on time and Abby communicated their ETA every step of the way. We had no issues with scheduling an install date. James showed up to install our cabinets and we couldn’t have been happier. There were a few hiccups: missing small pieces, the coloring on a few trim pieces was no the best, etc. but James was so amazing and patient with us while we troubleshot how to correct those hiccups. One of the largest hurdles was that the handyman who corrected our walls was not mindful of the level of the wall. So, it was sticking out a bit too much, which threw off the cabinet placement by half an inch. James was so patient while we called another handyman to correct the wall. The concern was that we wouldn’t be able to get the install done in two days due to the hiccup, but James focused no other aspects of the install instead so he didn’t lose any time. If you can pick your installer, ask for James. He is so patient, kind, and understanding. I even called Abby later to sing James’ praises.Two face plates for our sink cabinets were missing from the box, but those were totally aesthetic and served no real purpose. Abby said she would email the vendor and they would arrive in a couple weeks. It was not a big deal; small pieces go missing. We were able to move on with the granite install after James finished. Abby set up an appointment for someone to install the pieces when they arrived. The two pieces arrived on time, looked great, and were installed with no hassle. The installer even had a shop vac and vacuumed up the dust from the drilling.I cannot say enough good things about Kitchen AZ and Abby’s team. I am so glad we found them and that we hired them to complete out kitchen. We shopped around A LOT before we decided on Kitchen AZ and we are so glad we did. I have no doubts we would have been left wanting if we hired anyone else. If I had to do it again, I would hire Kitchen AZ in a heartbeat. Thanks Abby and James! So many people have horror stories of kitchen installs and I so pleased to say that we cannot relate. This experience was a walk in the park and our finished kitchen looks fantastic!

Our experience with Kitchen AZ Cabinets has been more than satisfactory all the way around. From pricing the cabinets with Marvin in the Chandler location, to the install by Jason and his sidekick James.All of our purchasing and installation process happened during this crazy pandemic period, which when my wife convinced me to push forward with the project had multiple red flags attached to whether it was good timing to proceed.As we moved through the process, all of those fears abated. The cabinets were ready for install when promised, and the install went through as anticipated. What I appreciated most in the entire process, was Jason and James in their removal of old cabinets to the install of the new ones. They were completely unflappable when any hiccups occurred, and made the finished product look spectacular! Thanks guys...and thanks Kitchen AZ. If ever we need new cabinets again, we will call you first.

The cabinets are nice but their customer service is terrible! Our cabinets are under warranty. Our pull out trash can has been broken for almost 3 months now and they keep giving me the run around to get it fixed. I have called multiple times, they keep telling me the part was ordered, but for some reason it takes 6-8 weeks to get a part. Then they tell me it will be a few more weeks to install it, then they cancel late on the day they are supposed to show up. Then they tell me they cant come out for another 2 weeks. It wasnt a big fix either, probably something they could have done in ten minutes if they wanted to!

After moving back to Arizona we had to completely remodel our house, which the renter destroyed. We went to Home Depot and to Lowes and the wait time was just more than we could handle. We happened upon Kitchen AZ Cabinets and More and decided to take a look and see how they compared to the big box stores. First, Abigail was awesome!! She started jotting down our information, showed us some samples and assured us that the cabinets were made of real wood, not MDF. She helped us through the process, knowing full well that price was going to be a factor. After taking down our information and selections, she quoted us a price that blew Home Depot and Lowes out of the water--AND it was better material. Next, Jason came over to the house to take measurements. He was efficient and spot on, communicated with us every step of the way. We were able to get beautiful painted soft close cabinets and quartz countertops not only for less money, but also a month sooner than we expected. Everything was installed within 6 weeks of ordering, they set up a canopy in the driveway and worked hard on one of the rainiest days in February. All the kitchen cabinets were installed in one day. A couple days later, all the quartz was installed in one day as well. Abigail and Jason are highly professional and work with highly professional contractors to ensure the needs of the customer are met. I would and have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for our beautiful kitchen!!

We just had our kitchen cabinets completed by Kitchen Az and we could not be happier! Abigail helped us through the process of doing new cabinets as a part of a remodel of our kitchen. She is super knowledgeable and they have great pricing as well as having great quality options. (Our cabinets have all the upgrades at a not too expensive price) I’m an Interior Decorator and love all the choices this company has to offer! We landed on dark Gray cabinets which are not easy to find affordable.

Purchase was easy and sales people did a good job of explaining everything. The install went well, and was told to call if anything goes wrong. Jason did a great job on the install, and paid attention to the little details that a layperson may not think to notice. Quality craftsmanship was demonstrated. I would recommend this business.

We are thrilled with the brand new mocha maple kitchen cabinets that Kitchen AZ installed. Abigaile was awesome in helping me design my kitchen and picking the granite. Only q minor issue with install (needed new hinge) and the installer was a perfectionist all went smoothly. the Countertops came out really well and I love my new kitchen. I could not find the same cabinets with the features at the same price and I shopped hard.

Went in on Saturday May 18th to see about new counter tops. Not thinking that I could afford granite, I inquired about formica. The lady was rude to me initially I guess because I didnt want to buy granite.But They took my info and told me someone would call me to come out to measure my kitchen. On Wed, they called to schedule and came out on Friday morning. Its June 16th and I have yet to hear anything back by from these people. I called on May 31st about getting my quote and the guy told me Abigail who I met when I first came in was on vacation and would call me back on Monday. I still havent heard back. I even sent in a customer email letting them know that I havent heard back from them. I guess they dont want my business and/or that they dont want to do other jobs than granite or cabinets. Why offer it if you dont want to sell it? If this is any indication of how a project may go that they dont return calls or provide information, then I guess Im better off. My advice is to go with someone else who wants your business and will respond.

Online review? I rarely even read online reviews, and perhaps have written one or two over the years. However, my patience has run very thin and secondary to a lack of results, I am now resorting to writing this.First, I am not searching for a refund, I am not seeking replacements, I simply want the job finished. This requires an abbreviated story of why it has taken nearly 5 months to have the bathroom still not done.Around the first of the year (January 2019), my aged father fell at home, which landed him in the hospital and then a skilled nursing facility to recover from his fractures. Well, since my parents are both ill and less than spectacularly healthy, we (my wife and I) wanted to help make their house safe for them, wheel chair accessible etc. The Master bath was FAR from safe, but we knew we would have 2 months to finish the project before he would be able to be released from the hospital. So we began with a remodel project which is still not finished. From our perspective, it was not a “small” job, we had to cut concrete flooring, move the commode and provide a new wheelchair accessible shower installation, new tile etc. and for us has been a big project, but it was all flowing rather smoothly until it came time to simply “put everything back in”…The cabinets arrived, mostly. And while our installer was placing and arranging the cabinets, found that there were no skins for the sides. Secondary to how my parents wished the bathroom to be arranged, we need the skins to finish the installation, sounds really silly right?, why can’t we just install the cabinets and put the skins on later?At this point I would like to mention that my parents did request “custom” cherry finished cabinetry to match the hand made cabinets they had in their kitchen. Unfortunately, when we finally opened up the cardboard packaged cabinets, we found very thin walled, low end boxes behind the cherry wood facing and doors. The boxes are stapled together with shoddy and cheap plastic corner bracing. And after looking at cabinetry (off the shelf variety at the “big orange box store”), the lowest grade available there was still a better quality than what was delivered to my parents house.Additionally, there was a drawer front supplied with the cabinets, which seemed to be a very light maple wood in coloration rather than the deep cherry wood. Again, I know there is variation amongst trees, but seriously, who would let that OBVIOUS mismatch leave a factory.???So, back to the installation. It is now going on the 5th month of the project, we are still waiting for the skins so the cabinets can be installed, then the bathroom can be finished putting together and they can go on with their lives.Please, shop around before you decide upon a supplier for your cabinets rather than going on what you can find to get something done quickly. If you are expecting custom cabinets, then look at their full product. I have learned the hard way from this experience.Would I use this company again? Perhaps for a very low end rental house, but never again for a custom cabinet installation.

Went into the shop myself with a broken cabinet that I had to replace for my kitchen. Abigail helped us, she took the measurements of the cabinet and measured it at 21x20 and a half but had no knowledge of cabinetry whatsoever, she had to identify the cabinet from a book they went by and said the cabinet would have to be made and shipped to the location which would take up to 4-6 weeks, not only did it take long for the shipping process but they charged us $108 for one cabinet door, which it took longer for the cabinet to arrive. After getting the cabinet I realized it was not the right color wood and it was the wrong size cabinet 24x24. After calling the store several times we finally got an answer and Abigail answered she was very rude and non-cooperative and then said that it was our fault for telling her it was the wrong cabinet “a basic set” so she said we need to measure the size of the cabinet this time and then get back to her. During the phone call I told her we have called the store several times and she said she had no missed calls, told her what number I called and she said I was calling the wrong number but the number I was calling was the number on the stores website.
