I owe several pano heads from Acratech to Really Right Stuff but out of all my favorites have to be the Nodal Ninjas very accurate mounts and consistent results each time the i have a few of there models and love them all there poles are also really good i just got the Travel Pole and been very satisfied it works great with my R1.I usually get my stuff from B&H but i recently order an R20 direct from Nodal Ninja and some how the package got lost by the mail and they send me another right away amazing service and very attentive in the phone great customer service highly recommended.

I traveled to Phoenix to purchase Nodal Ninja panorama equipment and receive training. I am very pleased with the Nodal Ninja equipment and the training that I received. I have taken about fifteen photography courses at Canon Live Learning in San Francisco and elsewhere. The one on one training on Nodal Ninja was the best photography training that I have ever received. Jason did the majority of the training and was clear, concise and patient. I am not technically proficient, to put it mildly. He explained how to set up, calibrate, adjust and use the Nodal Ninja equipment. Then he had me do it myself. I was allowed to record the entire lesson on my phone which proved to be very helpful in the field. I also had a one hour lesson on PT Gui panorama software which is very helpful.Nodal Ninja is an excellent product and the visit was a great experience. I hope to return to Phoenix in the future for more instruction.

Odd hours makes ordering things to be posted a few days delayed but customer service is top notch and products are too. Good packaging and quick turnaround considering hours.

Had a problem with pano head that I had for over 4 years. They fixed it, and I am a very happy photographer. Kudos to Nodal Ninja.

Number 1 mark on panoramic ball joints. I use it since 2008, I have a very good part of its entire catalog: ball joints, masts, accessories, etc. Products of great duration and with a very favorable price.Bill Balleys attention is excellent.
