I love this shop but Im very disappointed they havent brought back their Christmas cookie piece that was so popular a few years back. Name started with an S but I cant remember what it was . Theyve just been getting rid of everything good they put out . Nobody wants milk chocolate truffles or pumpkin, or peppermint, or red velvet which essentially can be found all over . I wish they would bring some of their other truffle options to the boutique like white chocolate orange creme truffle . This year there hasnt been much of anything and they got rid of my favorite piece years ago.

Very small location. Not that that matters. Decided to visit due to offering up to 50% off. Only 4 customers at a time in store. Wait was not too bad. I indulged in the truffles and the bark.The two gals working were great. Very polite and helpful. Store was clean.Obviously all sales were final.

I absolutely love this store and am so sad they are closing. Hopefully some day the powers that be will reconsider and open another location in town. Even though they will soon be closed, the associates are friendly and go out of their way to assist.

Always a must stop when here.. if you want ice-cream also.. no where else in mall compares.. be sure do sign up phone for rewards get free peice almost each visit.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They assisted with chosing the perfect chocolates for Christmas stockings. Also, they are following COVID precautions properly.

Oh godiva! Whats not to like? Yes theyre candy is a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. The store seem to have more beautifully packaged gift boxes than most. I would highly recommend visiting the store.

Nice Place... Its like any other Godiva place. Nothing spectacular. For me it is always the staff in such cases that make a difference. In this case, they were nice...A little bit of enthusiasm might have convinced me to give an extra star.

This little Shoppe is staffed by friendly and helpful folks who know their chocolate!I stopped in to see if they had any special fall flavors and of course they did...pumpkin truffle flights and other fall assortments were all right there. They also hand dip macaroons at this location and I picked up a bag of some the sales associate just made. (They look pretty awesome!)TIP: Sign up for a Godiva account for freebies! Id forgotten that if you sign up, you get a free piece of something from the case to try when you visit...you only need to spend $10 a year to renew your account and try their goodies for free! (Pretty nice little perk for sharing a phone #)

Amazing Shakes 😁

I try not to do too much sweets, but this you cant resist. I passed by there and tried hard not to stop in there, but the smell of the chocolate cooking wouldnt allow me to do that. Dark chocolate is my favorite in this place has great dark chocolate.

I have been two couple of the locations and this one is by far the best. The staff are knowledgeable and they personally get to know you. I encountered one who was very rude and didn’t know what to do, but that is not the norm. I go back there every month even when they are out of my way.

I luv this place. Always fresh strawberries., osteoporosis of the times these a sale. One time I had a problem with a girl and it wasnt to long be 4 she was gone.most of the times they talk 2 u really nice.luv the shakes they r a must buy.

On Saturday evening, June 10th, our family visited the Godiva Chocolatier at Chandler Mall. They tried to rip us off. Their sign said 3 items for $15. They overcharged us and they couldnt/wouldnt fix it., Were in contact with American Express to dispute the charge.
