Service was fast and friendly prices for accessories is ridiculous

I came in to get some information on a phone plan for my 90 yr old grandma. I left with the phone plan, a new FREE iPhone for grandma, and an upgrade to unlimited data! Everyone was so nice. Ben (and was it Chris?) were both super patient in explaining the differences between the plans and all associated fees. The process was simple and they were able to keep her existing phone number from her old network. She is super excited, I’m excited, and it was a really good experience / great customer service 👍🏻👍🏻

Chris was super awesome and very helpful. I was super wishy washy and couldnt decide it I wanted to get a new phone. Once I decided I did I couldnt decide which one I wanted. He also told me about latest products and explained different brands to me. He took the time to look at all the options to see what the best deal for us would be. He seriously was amazing, but the best part of the whole experience is that he gave my four year old his own person brand new iPad to watch YouTube while we were working on the phone purchase and set up. I thought was pretty amazing! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back there for all of our phone needs!

The associate Brian at Verizon Wireless is truly diligent in his work. He had the task of taking care of many customers by himself, and the whole time he was very respectful, kind, and professional. Most importantly, he resolved my and all of the other customers’ difficulties.Thank you so much!

Brian was closing up for the night, but made time to serve me so I wouldn’t have to come back for another trip. He was thoughtful, instructive, helped give me ideas to protect the longevity of my battery, and even recommended products that would be complimentary with my new phone. Guy named Chris helped me at this location and although I was hesitant he totally had patience and understood my concerns and needs. He was professional and not pushy (like other salesman) but he listened and was able to give me the services & devices I was looking for. Wow five stars for this experience! Picked up a new phone at this location earlier this week. Adam assisted me with the process of choosing a phone, porting my number over, and switching my service to Verizon. He was extremely knowledgable and made the process efficient and painless. He was also friendly and easy to work with. The store was very clean and provided masks and hand santizer in case customers needed them.

Krystal was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took us through several options and matched the final option perfectly with our needs. We will certainly try and do more business at that location and have already told our friends

After spending a frustrating hour at the Apple Store in Chandler Mall, we walked over to Verizon. We were extremely fortunate to have a fellow named Robin help us out. He was by far the most patient and professional employee I’ve come across in a very long time. Robin possesses exceptional people skills and is very knowledgeable about the phones and service. Cannot say enough about Robin’s customer service!

This was my 3rd Verizon store I visited that day. The first one was not very helpful, the second store told us at the end that they didn’t have the phones and would have to order them. They claimed all store had to order them. When we into this store and talked to Shelby she informed us they had the phone and could easily take care of us and we could walk out with new phones. Shelby and krystal were extremely helpful and very nice. They made a frustrating situation much easier, calm and smooth. Thank you ladies!!

They don’t deserve any stars, I had to put one to be able to add my review. Crystal gave my husband hand written information of what she offered. After almost 8 hours at the store, she told us she was not going to honor anything she offered and expected us to accept it, of course we did not accept to continue with the offer, which by the way included an immediate payment of more than 500 dollars apparently for taxes, and left. Crystal never apologized for what she did to us. Immediately after we Left the store we received an email from Verizon saying that we had a bill to pay, even though we never signed a contract or got any phone or service. My husband went back to the store, and the male representative told him to call Verizon because he didn’t know how to solve the problem. We had to take care of the situation ourselves because no one at the store knew or wanted to help solve the problem they had caused us. Worse experience ever! Be aware of this scam!👎🏻

I was sitting outside of the store working at one of the tables when my phone was about to die before doing a quick FaceTime for work. I asked to charge my phone for a few minutes. The employees literally had chargers on their desks and refused to let me plug my phone in for 5 minutes to help me out.Glad I spent tons of money a month with Verizon and I can’t even plug my phone in for 5 minutes.

I recently purchased 3 iPhone X’s for my personal and business phones and two Samsung tablets from this Verizon store at the Chandler mall.Ricardo helped me set up my new phone lines and traded in my old iPhone 6. He made sure I received the most value for my trade in and also set up the tablets for me. Very friendly and professional, he answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the new features of the iPhone X.I will recommend this store to all my friends and family. Go see Ricardo, he’s the best!!!

Awesome place with a great and knowledgeable staff. I went in yesterday, Carlos was funny, patient and very transparent. Broke everything down for me and made me feel like a guest and not a customer.

Went in to get a belt clip for my old phone and left with a new Galaxy 8! Kayla was amazingly awesome in directing me to the right phone and accessories for me. Extremely knowledgeable and found workarounds around the work arounds that failed due to my not being able to remember passwords. Spent time setting up my phone, transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone, and even verified my contacts had been transferred. A few hadnt and she added them for me. Then took the time to give me a tutorial on all the new features, set up my fingerprint ID (two fingers, just in case) and made sure I was comfortable with the change over. If you are considering getting a new phone, definitely ask for Kayla.

I just got my new phone with Keenan. He was a great help for my husband and I. Not only was I able to get my new phone he saw something in my account to get me a new tablet with no extra cost. Awesome store. These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable.

The store manager wasnt professional and was rude. She sold me a HUM device for the car and tablet, and when I went back the next day to return it, I was told I could not return the product. The sales rep did not tell me those devices come with a 2 year contract, so they were not free, as she stated. After many visits to the store, calls to the store and calls to Verizon Customer Service, no one knew what was going on, I got 10 different stories and in the end, was not able to return my product in the 14 day time window as stated. Horrible store, run, as fast as you can or you will lose money. Also, I gave my old iPhone as a trade in and when I requested a refund, they told me I would get absolutely nothing for the trade in, not even a credit for the phone to use towards another phone. Run fast and go to a real Verizon Corporate store.

This place is awful and gives Verizon Wireless a bad reputation if you dont know that this is an independent party and not actually Verizon. Very bad customer service, they are not willing to help you and blame everything on new owners or previous owners or not affliated with Verizon, etc. I will never go back to them. Dont waste your time, go to an actual Verizon store that is really Verizon Wireless.

Our past experiences in wireless phone stores have GREATLY soured us on wanting to go back. Today we had to update our service and found three of the best customer service reps ever. RYAN, Jazmyn, and LeLayna were knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and could not have represented your company any better. Kudos for employing such wonderful young people. I hope they are here the next time ee have to come back.

Very rude, judgemental and UNPROFESSIONAL!! We went into this store TODAY after I just purchased a brand new iPhone X online and was hoping to activate and swap photos and info from the old iPhone 8...they were very rude to my 18yr old daughter told her the phone case was cheap that was on her new phone and also asked her where she got the phone from as if she stole it, not to mention they also tried to charge her $30 to provide a service that is free for Verizon customers which was to simply help with the activation and swapping of info. The store was dirty and smelled badly these people need to be fired they are giving Verizon a bad name! Very very unprofessional and I will contact corporate for the two workers that were present in the store when we went!

Ive always gone to Verizon corporate stores however customer service is huge to me especially since Im in the service industry. Brayden the sales guy at this store was super helpful and very professional! Ive had Verizon corporate store sales people act rude, pushy and annoyed. I would definitely recommend this location👍🏻 and Ill be back!
