The location is convenient, but unfortunately the men’s section is minuscule. I buy my cologne at Ulta, and they did have a few scents I’ve purchased, but not many. Also, it doesn’t appear they give much attention to this section as it was messy and unorganized.The staff was friendly and helpful, but I walked out without buying anything as they had so little.

Called six Alta and two had 1/2. All stores were good but I feel Chandler Blvd, Janet was exceptionally balanced. The store is gorgeous and it was a pleasure to be guided as well as educated. It is a gift to have staff glide in and out of conversation. I learn and the store is able to offer more. Chandler Blvd creates the concept of discovery.

All the associates were extremely helpful and friendly. They took my order over the phone when I arrived it was ready and waiting. Rachel who runs the brow bar answered all my questions about brow tinting. Alleviated all my concerns about this service. Will definitely be booking an appointment. Extremely happy with my visit.

Its super uncomfortable for me and also super rude to the people behind me who had already had to watch another customer question her sale. Ill just keep my mouth shut, and never come back.

Booked an appointment for a brow wax and a haircut. They told me the brow wax is scheduled first so I went to get that done. Not sure what happened, but I ended up with red itchy irritated skin. Ive always had my brows waxed and while some redness is to be expected, this one gave me little red raised bumps all over my forehead.Anyway, went back to the salon for the haircut only to find out that the stylist I had scheduled with was not available and they had allegedly transferred me to another stylist that wouldnt be available for at least another 30 minutes. The manager didnt even know what had happened and couldnt provide any explanation as to why it happened. She said they probably tried to call me and couldnt get through. Right. I got all the reminder texts why wouldnt I get a phone call? It was my first and last time coming here for any services. Such an unprofessional business. Dont waste your time.

Excellent service! I got help with getting all of the latest and cool beauty items for birthday gifts. Very knowledgeable staff. Although a bottle of shampoo I bought broke in the bag and 100% leaked all over my items, I think thats a product defect instead of being Ultas fault.

The salon is completely at random. They cancel your appointment with no reason and make no attempt to make it better. Do no schedule an appointment here unless you want rude customer service and to be let down.

Bad experience. The employees were very rude in helping me with my return. The two employees who I dealt with were not very nice and helpful. One of themjust took my phone to look for the information regarding my order. And also created an account for me without asking. Never coming back.

Advise to Ulta .... get better more friendly and well mannered managers and employees on the front line as they are the image of ULTA ! their behavior is what makes or breaks the relationship of the customer and ULTA which the customers are the ones brining in your revenue .

My sister and I were being judged as soon as we walked in. We were looking for a certain cologne and 3 different types of perfumes to purchase. An employee with short BLONDE hair somehow triggered the sensor on the bottle of the cologne it was attached to which we were right next to. We continued to look at the cologne and did not think anything of it so we continued what we were doing, then she yelled out code blue code blue. She kept looking at us in a weird way. I asked for 2 different types of perfume and right away said she didn’t have it. I finally asked her about one they had in stock and asked if they had the larger bottle. She went to look in the back to see if it was in stock and announced to everyone that she was going to the back. Basically to keep an eye on us. The employees definitely make you feel like you’re a criminal. Just a reminder, YOU are working in retail. Not the White House!

Horrible customer service. I was in Ulta last night purchasing some makeup. I was never greeted, no one asked if I needed help, when I was attempting to walk down an isle, one of the employees was blocking it putting away stuff, I said excuse me as I tried slipping by. She looked up at me and rolled her eyes.Then I had another one of the employees start following me around the store. At first I thought maybe it was a coincidence but she followed me to the check out line. There were a few people in front of me. I stepped into a different isle, out of her view to see her response. Sure enough she followed me. I stepped into another isle, same thing. I did this like 6 times before I was finally like can I help you with something? The woman was like can I help YOU with something? I said you can keep your merchandise and set my basket on the ground and began walking out. She yelled after me bye now!! have a fantastic day!I called customer service today and made a complaint. I will never go in there again. Theres no reason to make someone feel like a criminal when theyre just going about their business doing nothing wrong. Im sure loss is something they experience there, but who stands in line to pay for something theyre supposedly stealing? Guess they really didnt need the $400+ I was about to spend on their products. Ill be taking my business to Sephora from now on.

For the 3rd time disappointed in this location of Ulta beauty! So I walk-in last tuesday February second I told them I need to do my hair! they said yes we will do your hair the store manager said Nicole is the best one! Nichole did my hair and my hair is 3 colors now ... I called them for the next day and I talked to the manager she said no worries we will fix you hair ! Today they suppose to fix my hair but they didn’t!!! My question is why did you charge me $320 for just ombré and haircut???? you didn’t sell to me a Gucci belt that charges me $320???? what’s wrong with you people .. Really Shame on you

Had an appointment at 10. I live an hour away I was 17 minutes late, waited at the counter for 5 minutes. Girl came out said they couldnt take my appointment. Ok, Ill take my 30 percent tip else :)EDIT- I WENT TO THE ULTA BEAUTY ON RAY ROAD- THEY FIT ME RIGHT IN AND TOTALLY HELPED A GIRL OUT. I have been getting my hair done at Ulta for years but will never go back to this location again. My hairstylist called out sick, so I rescheduled on my only day off for 3:45.I must have misheard my appointment time on the phone and was greeted with eyes rolled, unprofessional attitude from my hairstylist “Nichole”. I apologize for not hearing the time correctly, but there was no need for the negativity.If you hate your job so much, please do us all a favor and quit. There’s plenty of people who need jobs right now that would be more than happy to serve customers. Thank you.

Always fun walking around Ulta but this particular one was a little unorganized. And the sale tags were unclear. But still a great store!

Best experience I have ever had at Ulta, Hanna S. (full time) helped me find exactly what I needed with every product and made sure I was satisfied. Everyone worked together to assist me and made my experience very enjoyable. I am usually pretty nervous to ask for help and talk about my skin issues but overall it was perfect! Ulta was clean, well organized, and staff was friendly. However, they were out of a lot of the natural hair care products (for natural ethnic hair), so perhaps dont stock as many of the items for that demographic. Literally, the shelf for a couple of those brands had like two items on it. Somebody was doing what looked like inventory in another aisle on a Sunday, so I couldnt even go down it. But otherwise, this location is fine.

I had a great experience at the Chandler Ulta! The staff was very helpful and informative. It seemed they had good knowledge of all the makeup products I asked about and even offered samples. I walked out of the store with exactly what I was looking for!

Me and others arrived before opening for the release of colour pops Sailor Moon collection. They didn’t even have it out on display. The people working there had no knowledge of the release. They had to go grab it from the back then they sat it at the cash register and this over 6ft tall and like 4 ft wide fat dude and his girlfriend blocked the whole inventory and took almost everything and the workers just let them when there were many others lined up outside. The workers should not have allowed someone to take almost everything simply because others were blocked from being able to grab anything. Horrible experience

Wonderful place it have just about everything you may need in cosmetics. Only downside, at times it may can be difficult to get someone to help you. And the checkout line, can move as slow as a turtle with a cane.

I needed a professional to *fix* my hair that was badly cut 2x already by other people in the last few months.My search to find someone TODAY who could take me, resulted in hitting brick walls ... until I called Ulta in Chandler. Excellent salon! I havent had my hair cut there for over 2 years, but Im glad Im back! The manager cut my hair tonight, and she did an even better job than last time. She took her time, built more importantly, didnt overcut. At $63 for a wash, deep condition and cut, I found it to be a bargain!

Miranda was so helpful! She helped me find some awesome new makeup! It had been a while since I tried any makeup and I really like my new finds. The other associates and supervisor were also super nice. Some Ulta stores do not have such friendly associates but this one is great!

I could not make this page after I got payment work. I went back several times and started over and still didn’t get anywhere so in disgust I quit!

I had my hair done today by Nichole. I walked in there thinking I was going to try going blonde and then box color my hair the perfect shade of lavender. Now this I was nervous about because im no where near a perfessional when it comes to hair dye. Nichole took care of me and I was able to walk out with my hair the perfect shade of purple and an extra sass in my step. Confidence through the roof! For someone who was a tab bit nervous to do something out of my comfort zone I am so thankful I got a expert. She was awesome! I will continue to go to her from now on. Also their Covid protacols were in full effect I felt safe and the place so incredibly clean. I saw each stylist take time to sanitize 😀

If I could have given a zero star I would have! I don’t do reviews very often but I felt like I must in this case! I was treated horribly at this store. I was 2 cents short of the minimum required amount of regular priced items in order to use my coupon grant it I spent $100 in sale items the associate Jamie looked at me and sort of laughed and refused to take it I asked if she could please ask her manager she then asked her manager who looked at me so badly, I had no makeup on and I did look a little rough but in my defense I had been cleaning and taking care of my grandson all day, we all have been there. The manager also looked at me oddly and said no I would have to buy something else. I felt so discriminated! I left and literally couldn’t drive for a minute. I then thought I should call the home office they said someone would get back to me, no one did! I have documentation of 3 emails asking please if someone could get back to me about this and got NO response. I will never shop at Ulta again and will use Sephora or any other cosmetic store! By the amount of bad reviews here I guess I should t be surprised! This place definitely made me feel like a older poor ugly woman!

Recently had my brows waxed and my hair cut. Best experience Ive ever had and I dread doing any of those. Used to go miles to get my brows done but here they do them just how I wanted them. I usually hate getting my hair washed at salons but here it was just a pleasant experience over all. I left more than satisfied :)

Love Ulta!!! Be prepared to spend hours perusing through thousands of different makeup, hair care and skin care products. They have anything youre looking for and more! You must sign up for their ULTA Rewards. You earn awesome points for spending and they add up quickly. Dont waste your time and money shopping at the drug stores or even Target...get your points!!

This was my first visit to this location. I wanted hair products for my newly colored hair, and there are so many, I had no clue! I stood by the counter of the salon area for almost ten minutes, watching employees come and go, and not one of them offered to help me. Same visit, though, I had someone try different products on me (Brow Bar) and she was very attentive and helpful. So a negative and a positive balance each other out with an Its okay.

The makeup was wonderful and they even have test makeup you can try.

I will agree with some of the reviews on here about this location being crowded as in tons of product stands and end-caps filling up walking areas. This place is like a maze now. A nightmare when theres a sale going on and every female in Chandler is here. Customer service overall isnt too bad. The ladies on the floor are always very nice and welcoming. The cashiers however could work on that a bit, I think.

I walk in and no one speaks or ask if I needed assistance even though everyone looked me in my face as I walked passed... I had to walk around to find someone to help me..the only reason Im giving one star is due to the young woman that helped me, she wasnt rude but she didnt seem excited I asked for help. Left without making a purchase because of the service.

Was in with my daughter (early 20s). As an older guy, the staff did NOT make me feel welcome! We all have money ULTA and making an older person feel unwelcome is not right! Dont think they know what diversity means, if youre an older man!

The employees are very attentive, knowledgeable of the products and cruelty free information regarding each companies policy. Prices are a little higher, but the information and recommendations by the staff are worth the extra money.

I have never had a more terrible customer service experience than what I experienced tonight. I came in with an item I ordered online, that was damaged, to exchange it. I made the exchange with an associate and shopped around with my friend. Another store associate, Lily, accused me of stealing once my friend and I reached the register. She was outrageously condescending and rude, especially when I informed her I had purchased the item and had a receipt to prove it. She refused to look at my receipt and continued to give me attitude. She even hesitated in giving me her name when I asked before I left. Maybe Ulta needs to retrain their associates in being polite to paying customers.

You get what you need, on the other hand it is not staffed well enough to get answers or direction to certain products. As well standing in line waiting to be checked out the cashier said next, ??? Really there is a more tactful way........there is a reason why big boxes are going away.

Im a typically a loyal Ulta customer but after todays experience Id rather pay more money for the same products at a store where I get better service! The manager would not price match a product clearly advertised in their mailer nor did she offer to find me another product to replace what I was looking for. The associate that rang me out forgot to use my coupon and I had to ask to have it fixed. I also overheard another customer being told that video footage would have to be reviewed before they would help her. Im disappointed that Ulta as a corporation allows a manager to represent their business in that manner.

I was able to pop in at the last moment on Christmas Eve to finish my shopping. Ive always had a pleasant experience here and havent experienced some of the negativity others have. Everything I wanted to purchase was in stock. The only irritating thing was the long wait in line, but thats to be expected during the holidays.

Enjoyed shopping at this Ulta Beauty supply as we usually hit up Sephora and this store does offer some things you can not get at Sephora.

The salon there is great! Everyone is so nice and professional. They really go above and beyond.

My two daughters, my maid of honor and myself went here for our hair and my makeup for my wedding. My girls hair turned out beautiful. Mine, on the other hand, which should have been very special, was rather plain and my makeup was very disappointing. I didn’t look like myself at all. For what it cost me, I should have looked better than what I could do myself. They didn’t open until 10:00 and we had to be at the church by 12:30. I didn’t have time to redo anything.

I like Ulta but it is so confusing. This time there was nobody to help me. I was looking for some dry shampoo and there was so many different brands I didnt know which one was the best for dark hair. I had to wait in line at the front of the counter to find someone to help me. Was kind of depressing. Lot of people in the store and unlike Billings Montana there was just no one around to help. Id rather go to the smaller store and find more customer service. Sorry

This is the rudest store in the area!!!! This is the second time I have gone in there and been treated poorly. The first time I was charged for the pumps that were suppose to be free when you bought the big sizes of hair products. They were out of one I wanted so I went to San Tan and there the pumps were free! IT WAS IN THE AD WHICH I KNEW but the first store said no. I re bought everything and returned what I bought to this store. That was a couple years ago...this time I went in and wanted help with moisturizers and was waiting at the end of the counter for the cashier to finish with a customer and when she finished her small talk she turned (she knew I had been there for a while) and said to me MAAM What can I help you with!!? I raised my eyebrows because I wasnt expecting that and I told her I needed help with moisturizers and as she was walking over I said under my breath..wow how rude! She heard me and started to give me some excuse and I cut her off and told her that it is always that way when I go in there and they are all rude. They all look like clowns with the clown red hair and the caked on makeup I dont even know why I go there because I would never ask a clown for advice on make-up. I was only about the 3rd customer in there. I walked out and went to San Tan and the place was packed with people! I see why.... I was greeted by Lisa who was VERY friendly and helped me tremendously. She knew her products and her store because she walked me from end to end looking at moisturizers. I think she was the Prestige Mgr. I will NEVER EVER set foot in the Chandler store on Chandler Blvd. again!!! No one needs to be treated like that from punk kids that are hating their job and just their for socializing and a pay check!!! Sorry but thats how it appears. They are always rude!!!!

Went with my sister to grab storage supplies and ended up here.Was fun nonetheless.Bath Bombs, Kylie Shiz, every brush you can think of, fine women, Epsom salts, perfume, fragrances candle,Sativa oils in/with makeups....And basically thats just within the two front isles not counting the back...Would have went further but I was blinded by colors, glitter, smells, soft brushes, bright lights, puffy lips and fierce ladies.=^-^= I basically took one for the team,...Youre Welcome.P.s. there a dollar store just a few stores over incase you have to camp overnight.

I used to love Ulta back home in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but this Ulta is lame. I hate the layout; it feels cramped and disorganized. I used to go to my Ulta back home every week, Ive only gone to this one twice in 2 months.

Got a mans pedicure and they did great. Super comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.
