The worse store ever!! They should be grateful people are going in!I was looking for a costume for my daughter I had seen online.  I waited for a representative for a while.  When I finally spotted him he came over and asked if I was ready.  I had a question because there was a coupon online for 20% off online and in store.  He said there are different offers and some valid only online.  That was it.I left without the costume that I expected to leave with.  Amid a pandemic I would think sales are down.  Trick or treating may be not as popular as previous years due to social distancing recommendations.  I am buying costume not for trick or treating but since I have been buying costumes since March for indoor fun.I just thought I would provide my experience with your store  in case you care about your sales unlike the cashier there helping (or not helping) potential customers.I did walk next door to Sams Club and bought 3 very nice costumes for the same price as the one my child wanted. I figured with 3 costumes I would be forgiven and I was.

Very unfriendly service. Would not recommend this store of employees. Manager = d**k. Literally everyone seemed miserable to be there. (Which typically is a reflection how people are treated by their superiors).For it being the holidays, they were the least in spirit of any Halloween store I’ve been in. Just cause it’s a time to dress up like the dead doesn’t mean you have to act like it inside! A little kindness in customer service goes a long way. They’re really helping amazon with their sort of service at this particular store.

Lines were done quickly and efficiently. Staff was nice. Not alot of diversity in adult costumes though

Very shady return policy. I had the item less than 24 hours. This is the last time I shop in a Spirit Halloween store. Its funny that they will exchange an item, but not return an item. It doesnt mean they wont resell it - it means they just dont want to give people their money back. Party City will be my new go to.

I love the spirit store as its provided lots entertainment for my neighborhood over the years. They also back up their products and provide support if things stop working.

Ridiculous return policy. I feel like I was robbed today. I will not do business with Spirit Halloween ever again.

Terrible experience will not be back. Employees are unempowered to do the right thing. Another corporation just looking to suck dollars from your wallet.

They are prejudice against people with disabilities. Horrible service. Stay away from this store.
