Today I went into T-Mobile to update my phone by headphones and get a new OtterBox case Max was able to assist me he was very knowledgeable did not lose patient was able to get me through the process in a very timely manner. The number one thing I love about working with T-Mobile we’re going to T-Mobile is that they were seem to respect my time thank you for keeping up the The standard for amazing customer service.

I have never been happier with the service we received today! We moved from Sprint to T-Mobile at a different location and did this with the intent to get the free line for my husband to use as a work oil home but they said we didn’t qualify for it. My husband did an online chat and found out that we did, so we went to a different location and it so happened that multiple managers including district and regional were in there. We explained what we were trying to do and they were able to look at the account and determine that we could get the 3rd line and phone and helped us completely! Not only was every person in the store friendly and down to earth, they were easy to engage with, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Hands down the best service I’ve ever received!! Thank you!!

This store deserves more than five stars. The manager there was so helpful and professional, he went above and beyond to help us. When my family and I were there we saw the way other customers were taken care of by the manager and the sales representatives, and I was so glad to see how kind, friendly and professional they all were to customers. Dishonest! Liars! Cheaters! I only wish I could give a negative star. They led me to believe that By turning in my perfectly good phone I could upgrade my phone and get a second phone free. After 18 months of paying it off, I come to find out I just was leasing the phone the entire time. My bad for being duped, however, they purposefully deceived me. In talking with Sprint directly, they admitted that stores do this sometimes. I put a complaint into Sprint about this store. I need to follow up with the BBB. This sounds like it should be ripe for a class action lawsuit. I’m leaving Sprint for good. If you choose to be a customer of Sprint, don’t go to this store. Unscrupulous and they will scam you.

Taryn and Jacob were awesome help for me and my girlfriend, we got our service at another sprint store in Las Cruces and experienced some issues, both of them were super friendly and got everything resolved quickly. Had spoken to 2 other sprint reps on the phone about my issues previously but Taryn and Jacob were the best help!

WORTS STORE TO GO TOO. RUN RUN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. GABRIEL STORE MANAGER AND CALVIN STAFF MEMBER GAVE MY DAUGHTER THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIED AND REFUSED TO GIVE HER THE DEAL THEY HAD ORIGINALLY OFFERED. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY DONT ACCEPT IPHONES IN ANY CONDITION. We were lied to by the Sales Associate. They asked what we were paying with T-Mobile, then quoted us a monthly bill that was $20 lower. We pressed him if that included everything, he said yes. We asked what about taxes, he admitted no that didnt include taxes. Then we asked about insurance, no that didnt include insurance either. So he gave us a new total that was the same as our T-Mobile bill but we would get new phones. He told us Sprint would pay off up to $300 for our phones. A week later we discover they werent going to pay off our old phones, and the bill is $52 more than what he quoted us because there is a fee of $52 for leasing the phones. We obviously assumed that was part of the total he quoted us multiple times. He never once mentioned this, just quoted us the other total, talked about how he was saving us money and sent us on our way. Dishonest employees working here, beware!!

As many people says, this store cheated. When I contract my new iPhone, sales rep also recommended me iPad for promotion and saying that I can have iPad only $100($4.17x24billing cycle), and no data plan is needed. I felt It was pretty good deal so I also purchased.When I saw the 1st cycle billing, unlimited data plan $30/mo was added on my bill.I visited the store a couple of times, but the store manager was not there and the sales rep who sold iPad had already gone. A sales rep left a message to the store manager to call back. But he never called me.I finally resolved the billing issue by supporting Sprint customer care, but it took 3weeks.If you want to visit Sprint, I would recommend to visit the other stores to prevent any problems.

So frustrated and disrespected. Went to this store to turn in my old phones because Taylor was so helpful last time we were there. There were 3 young employees at the counter. They said they were locked out of the computers and the manager was eating. We decided to wait for the manager and wow do I regret it. The young employees then ignored us and started cursing like sailors gossiping amongst themselves. The young girl named Lucero was the worst of the three, dropping the f bomb every other word out of her mouth. Keep in mind I’m holding my toddler waiting at the counter. I had my fiancé take my child out of the store it was that bad. The manager came out and helped us. When finishing I told him what happened with the cursing in front of my young child. LUCERO TURNS TO FACE ME AND SAID IN A SNOTTY TONE WITH A GRIN ON HER FACE, “I didn’t think she could talk” she said this in front of the store manager interrupting our conversation, confirming what I just said was accurate. When he said he’ll handle it. This girl went behind her managers back and started laughing. Wow wow wow. I asked the manager for his boss’s contact info and he said there’s no one above him. He will handle it. Yeah right. I called corporate and filed a formal complaint (they were super helpful by the way) and will be following up with his boss.

THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL SPRINT STORE! Do not buy anything from them they are trying to manipulate you! I purchased an iPhone 7, decided to go with a Galaxy instead within my 14 day trial and they refused to take it back because the manager just left sick. I refused to leave until they did my refund, so then the worker Trayvon told me to go to a corporate store and return it, even tho I had already been to one and they refused since it was purchased from a third party. I told him I already tried and he tells me they are lying and giving me the run around. So I call the San Tan Sprint store and speak to Chad, who was awesome, and he says, no hes lying to you, thats what the third parties do so they dont have to return the products, dont let them do it! So I tell Trayvon they wont, so he tells me to go to AZ Mills and they could do the return there. I made him call in front of me, he told me they told him the manager was there and to send me down. I made him give me the number and I called as I was walking out and the guy told me there was no manager and even if there was, he couldnt do returns from Chandler! I came back in, make him call his manager Marco, who tells me he refuses to drive 2 hours back to the store to do a return, that I should just exchange it for what I want. I tell him Im not leaving. Then he gets back on the phone with Trayvon who then says to him, look Im done with this, Im just gonna do it. Then he calls Sprint customer and processes the return! After arguing with me for almost 2 hours! My friend heard him call me a f***ing b***h under his breath so I call him out on it and he flips out and starts yelling at me about how my friend should have said that to his face! After all this, he still wouldnt process the return for the case and the glass cover so I have to go back AGAIN when Marco is there! This is honestly the worst experience Ive ever had in a retail store!

I had called in with questions regarding my account I believe it was a young fella who answered the phone with very little information I then ask to speak with a supervisor he hung up the phone and somehow managed to ignor 20 of my calls. Very unprofessional! And I’m still looking to speak with a supervisor regarding this problem does anyone have any clue how I can speak with a supervisor for this location?
