Thanks for the great customer service. Long story short, I ordered some shoes online box said 9, however both shoes inside were 9.5. Since this store is right down the street I took them back here. They went above and beyond to transfer the correct shoes in from another store and had them waiting up front for me. Thank you Staff!

My experience at PGA Pro shop was amazing. Andrew, at the Chandler, Az store was amazing. Andrew took the time to know me and my swing and got me exactly what I needed, not what I thought I wanted. Andrew took the time and did not try to sell. Andrew was the best fitter for me and my issues and did a fabulous job. The entire staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. Great job PGA stores for awesome employees and I will definitely speak highly of you and recommend you to all. Looking forward to my next experience with you all. Keep up the great work.

This has everything you need to get when it comes to golfing. It also has a tennis court in the back corner. There are areas to practice and get feedback on your golf swing. They offer lessons as well. Great place

Below is the experience that I had. After speaking with the (owner), and seeing how ambitious they are in correcting the issues within my initial review I was in amazement. I not only had a chance to discuss the issues, but felt that they were being handled not just by the owner, but the other management as well. I had a great experience where I was able to find a driver that suited my game, swing, feel, and, for me, looks of it. It was not what I expected to be, but after time had been taken not only by management to reassure me that the practices described below would never happen again, and the time a fitter spent with me I was able to find a club that has really changed my game after coming from a driver that was over 10 years old. I hope that if anyone has a similar experience to reach out to management, they really do care about making sure that the customer is well taken care of. Thank you Chris, and Greg.. please let the gentleman that took care of me know that it was a great experience and my game has surely benefited.They have a great selection on apparel. Clubs and help are another story. Brand new clubs seem to have been used in the simulators, and swung against the thin carpet flooring. My biggest issue was that when I walked in this evening, the 4th time in the past two weeks, to test and find a new driver I stood behind the simulators while I monitored multiple employees working on their own swings on the simulator and asking to excuse them as they walked by to grab another club for themselves to test. The other employee was helping, what seemed to be a personal friend, also avoiding providing any assistance one once he was done. After asking for some help and receiving nothing more than a set of rolling eyes I walked out. No more will I step foot in that store, it seems like the only worker seems to be in the shop, while the rest of the employees improve their game on company time, and the ladies at the front counter laugh and play. I will no longer be wasting my time in this store or their other branches. Going to find a golf location where the customer service is still actually a thing to be embraced.

Poor customer service. All the employers stand around and just stare at you as I walk throughthe isles. The cashier just stood and looked at me standing there holding my box of shoes in my hand,I had to ask him if I could check out. Those employers in that store have always given poor customer service for years. Thats why I hate going there.

So the store is huge and has anything and everything you could possibly need. That being said what stands out the most is the staff. In particular Chris and Cam in club repair. There professionalism and customer service is 10/10.And because of that rather than purchasing off Amazon or other online vendors my loyalty will stay at the Chandler store. It’s nice to come home and tell you wife how good your shopping experience was and not because you bought a new club. But because of how you were treated. Chris/Cam thank you!-James Mancino

Rude and unprofessional. Scheduled lessons for myself and three family members over a month in advance. Had email correspondence with instructor, Brian Crawford, I should have known. His emails were not courteous or pleasant.Showed up for a lesson on time on Saturday. Very nice lady at the front desk checked me in and I went back to my lesson. The instructor was not there. I filled out a form waiting. Finally he showed up. He was first upset that I hadn’t legibly written in my email address so he could read it “without his glasses“. I reminded him that we had email correspondence already and that since I was a member of the PGA superstore that they had my email address there as well.Upset, he still asked me to spell my email address out. Whatever.Then he looked at my receipt and accuse me of trying to get a free lesson. I told him that when I checked in for my lesson that was the piece of paper they had given me. He became more and more rude and downright offensive. And asked me if I brought a 7 iron.I brought out my club and he again started talking about needing to get paid. I offered to go to the front of the store and straighten it out. This upset him even further. By this time I did not want to continue a lesson with someone so rude and aggressive. I went to the front desk and explained to them what had happened.They understood and were sympathetic and lamented the fact that they “didn’t have another instructor at the store.”There are lots of better instructors in Arizona. Nicer as well. I will purchase my golf equipment elsewhere and would not even consider returning here for golf lessons.Incidentally, they are much nicer at the Scottsdale store and much more professional in my opinion.

Wanted to try out the new Callaway irons in the hitting Bay and couldnt get anybody to help me. When I finally did get someones attention he said he would be back in a few minutes to help me but I stood there for 20 minutes and waited no response. The guys working at the hitting Bays spend more time talking to each other than they do to customers. Super frustrating experience I felt like nobody could care less whether I was there or not. This isnt the first time this has happened at the store but its probably the third set of clubs that I didnt buy there so they could probably be looking at somewhere in the $4 to 6,000 range for three sets of Clubs. Im sure Im going to buy a new set of clubs this spring but not at that store.

PGA Superstore has a huge practice green, a little bunker, practice bay for driver and iron shots and lots of golf stuff to buy. And they always have the golf channel on. The shop puts grips on my clubs. I dont really have anything to say that isnt positive.

This place should be called PGA Tour SuperSTAFF...I learned more from pro Mark Campbell in 5 mins than I have in countless lessons. I went in to get sized for a driver, and Mark diagnosed a constant problem Ive had with hooks, in literally 2 swings. I spent another 45 mins with him, and he was super informative, patient, and had a great bedside manner to him. This wasnt even a golf lesson! I ended up buying a new Ping driver, bought an annual practice bay membership, and walked out with a new swing/setup. Drove directly to the range to try it out, and man, what a difference Marks tweak made. The guy is a genius, and was the epitome of great customer service. Thanks Mark!

Website and customer service could improve. Ive had issues a couple of times using gift cards on their website. I called customer service and instead of helping me with my order said the best thing to do was go back order the item and then call back. It was also frustrating to see free shipping all over the website except for my order (due to contractual obligations). I even called my local store to see if they could place an order for me with my gift card. Sorry we cant do that. Theres too many other places that sell golf equipment and do it better and dont make their customers jump through so many hoops.

I went in this afternoon to possibly look at upgrading my shafts on some new clubs I purchased at a different store. After not being approached by anyone for about 10 minutes I finally found an employee in the fitting area named Ryan. I explained to him what I had come in for and he seemed annoyed at the thought of helping me, he literally shook his head to himself about why I came in. Maybe because I came in with clubs that I didn’t buy from him? Maybe because I was in a t shirt and a backwards hat? Regardless, he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for my questions about my clubs. This was my first and definitely my last time here. I will drive triple the distance from my house to go to 2nd swing in Scottsdale because their customer service and fitters were more than willing to answer my questions and help me out.

Staff was very helpful. Went in to regrip my irons, staff was very helpful and gave very good suggestions for grips and while I was there I was looking at drivers and another staff member let my take some practice shots with a couple different drivers and gave me some great advice about the equipment I should use and some tips on how to fix my slice.

Me and fiancé came in looking to get her a set of starter clubs. We had just read reviews that were not so favorable about the customer service but decided to come anyway. We had to absolute best experiance we could have hoped for. We browsed around for about 5 minutes before a nice man, Chris D., asked us if we could use any help. We were looking for starter clubs for my fiancé so it’s not a big ticket item but nevertheless he spent a good hour with us walking us through options, explaining some very basic golf instruction with my fiancé, helping with her swing and club selection. I also had them replace the grip on one of my clubs and they did that in about 5min. So 5 starts for excellent and personalized customer service!

This store is terrible. Went to get my Husband fitted for a new set of clubs. We were talking to a store employee, turned around and he was gone. He just took off? Couldn’t find him. Went and stood by the “PING fitting center” and waited for someone to show up. An employee was next to us in a Cobra fitting area just hitting balls. Didn’t ask if we needed help. These employees here are terrible. We finally found a nice customer that helped set up the PING enhancement Game Center. I feel like the employees should be helping. Not avoiding customers.

There are a couple of standoff-ish employees here, but for the most part everyone is helpful. There is one exception, Ryan, who really took the time to answer my plethora of questions and he gave me great advice. I would recommend this store, and ask for Ryan.

Your employee Andrew (Older guy) is extremely rude and unhelpful. He interrupted my hitting session and took the club I was using to give me one at square one. He ignored all of my attempts to make small talk. He then proceeded to tell me I had an awful setup and isnt surprised im not hitting anything after 2 shots. (I did not ask for feedback and have been golfing for 12 years. I live on a course) I told him I didnt like the club he gave me and he told me Well you know it isnt the club He then told me you could use some lessons I felt pressured and this alone ruined my experience. This was my first experience here.

This store is heaven on Earth for golf lovers. They have an incredible selection of clubs, accessories, bags, clothes, and golf balls. Theres even a few club fitting booths to fine tune your set of clubs. Everything seems to be priced higher than average, but the shopping experience justifies it I believe.

I visited this location a few different times over the last 2 months. Usually I was just browsing their huge stock or jumping in the simulator to try out some irons. I was always greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help if I was just browsing. I finally decided to buy some irons, Ping Karstens, I was fit with Silver Dot (Im 65) with an inch and a quarter extension. I am so happy I went to PGA Superstore not only did I learn a ton I was also professionally fit for free. The service was great, the selection is stellar, and I will definitely be back to purchase my new driver and putter. Thanks PGA Superstore.

They have the perfect set up to try new and used golf clubs. They have several hitting areas, all marked with the different companies. They have a great size, artificial putting green as well. All the employees appear to be very knowledgeable about the game and the type of clubs that would be lest suit me and my terrible golf game

I got fitted to the calloway rogue driver on December 15th. They said they didnt have the correct shaft in stock so they had to order it. That was 3 weeks ago and it is still not shipped. I went to golf galaxy and Vans and they have the correct shaft in stock. The staff were friendly but I will not be returning in the future since a store this big cannot keep their stuff in stock.

Went in to demo some drivers on my lunch break. Sat in there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to help me. There were 3 fitting guys walking back and forth and passed me several times. Not one asked if I needed anything. Not one would stop to help. All i needed was a few minutes for them to help me with a couple questions. What a waste of my time.

Last year I went to this store and asked them to adjust my clubs to 2 degrees upright, they were Taylor made M2 they said they couldn’t because they could only send them in to Taylor made. I went to golf galaxy and they said they could do it and did the adjustment. I went there This past Saturday and asked them to adjust my ping putter and got the same answer. I called Vans golf store today and they said they could do it. I don’t understand why they have the name PGA on their sign. I will not be going back there.

Typical Big Box retail shop. This place only cares about one thing, their bottom line.BUYERS BEWARE!!! DONT SHOP HERE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!*** The Wal-Mart of Golf Retail Shops Except the Prices are not better ***The prices are the same no matter where you go since the manufacturer suggests the retail prices. So go somewhere that actually cares about its customers and their staff. Go to smaller shops and get service and support small business.There is never enough staff in this store to get the help that is needed.The staff is mostly unfriendly and not knowledgeable of the equipment in the store nor if something is even available. But they probably dont pay them enough to care. They keep having to ask the same guy/manager if something can be done or if its available. Sad that 1 or 2 people have all the answers.Came in looking for some irons and woods. Didnt have what I wanted in stock so had to special order it. Come to find out the clubs either arent available or were never produced in the first place. Just a giant hassle.Measure twice, cut once. Thats the best way to do business. This place clearly doesnt know what the heck they are doing.

I never write negative reviews unless I am super disappointed . And I sure as heck was here. The place had a decent selection of stuff but the service and the pros are piss poor and have little to no interest in selling stuff to a knowledgeable customer. Guess they are looking for the guy who comes and picks a club and walks out the door dumping his money. The pro that I had to call 3 times to come help me eventually acted all stuck up and snobbish and was not willing to work with me. Handed me a bay and walked away. I asked if the clubs could be demoed outdoors to get a feel for them, but he said - NO. GO TO Kierland and do it. Well if i went to some other place, why would i buy from you. It would have been an easy sale for them, but their attitude towards the customer was so careless, it turned me off. I came ready to buy the irons but the attitude was so disgusting, i rather take my business somewhere else.

Went in looking for used or demo driver. Sales people appeared to lose interest pointed to the rack never offered any help. Having trouble with driving booth asked for help salesperson said “wait for the green light”. He left light never came on so I left too. Obviously unless you are going to buy something new they are not interested. I would never go back.

I have been going to this store and buying things over the years, even through the bad No Titleist times. I bought my Pings from this store( I was fitted at the Ping factory for Ping Irons) This store has some good deals, and I like the fact you can get grips put on clubs while you wait.Now for my complaint. On 8/21/14 about 2:30 P.M. I took my daughter-in-law who has played a little golf in high school P.E. years ago into the store for a fitting. We were greeted at the counter with smiles, there were two fitters standing there. I know they were fitters because their pictures were on the wall behind them I said We are here to get her fitted for ladies clubs. The first words out of the fitter behind the counter was How much do you want to spend which was a revilation to me. I didnt know that cheaper clubs get fitted different than expensive clubs, I though fitting was fitting. Anyway when I said We dont have a certain number we will spend, we want her to hit a couple clubs to make up her mind, mainly we want her club length and lie to be determined After that the fitters split and told a young stocker or floor person to have her hit a couple clubs. He was a nice kid, but no help at all. He took us to a wall of club sets and asked What clubs do you want to hit? I had to ask him to measure her for club length.We picked two clubs and went the hitting bay. After hitting a couple balls, I asked him Do womens clubs come in different swing weight and shaft stiffness hoping he would give some input to this fitting gone bad. When he said I dont think so I think they are all the same, womens flex After that we left.I guess if I would have told the two fitters standing there when we walked up to the counter that we wanted to buy new ladies Taylormade clubs we would have some REAL customer service. Too bad she might have bought the Taylormades if someone gave a damn about customer service and club fittings.
