The owner is right, this is NOT a typical gunstore. You will not find a more patient, knowledgeable and courteous staff. After months of visiting and purchasing multiple firearms they still have the same exact top notch customer service and passion.I moved to Arizona from California where guns are limited and my knowledge of whats out there was very limited. I walked into Chandler Tactical and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They do everything you will ever need. You can buy firearms anywhere. You however cannot find good people and service everywhere. I am recommending this business due to its staff and their overall capabilities.CUSTOM one on one personal interactions with the willingness to take time and help educate you and make your visit a full fledged experience! Had a custom build requested through these guys and it was awesome. Lauren and the boys did a great job from start to finish and are real masters of their craft. Ive been a customer since it opened. Lauren Ponds, the owner is an outstanding shopkeeper and gunsmith. Over the last year, I have bought a firearm, mulitple accessories, and had repairs made to other weapons. Lauren is a 100% focused on each customer and their individual needs. This military veteran loves what he does and it shows! The shop is well-stocked, and he regularly gets firearms and accessories that are in high demand. His prices are competitive, but his service and follow-up with purchases set him apart. He guides purchases based on need, and you can be confident that if there is a problem afterwards, hell fix it. His shop is friendly, helpful, and there is no pressure to buy. Hell spend as much time as you as needed because he wants you to be a long-term customer, not a quick sale. He specializes in tactical weapons (hence the name), but he has a wide-variety of other firearm in stock. In additional to his wide knowledge across all weapons platforms, he also does custom laser engraving and designs (e.g. how about a Harry Potter Glock for Halloween! Visit Chandler Tactical Firearms; you wont be dissapointed!

Trust is often a tough thing to find these days. I can say without shadow of doubt that Lauren and his team at Chandler Tactical are just that, trustworthy. I’ve had him change a trigger on my firearm, do a deep cleaning, coach me on rifle suggestions and more. If there’s something you need for your firearm or rifle, I highly recommend these guys.

Lauren and his crew are awesome, super friendly shop with very professional employees! They did some custom checkering on rosewood grips, for my Smith and Wesson 686, very nice work!! I can not recommend this shop enough, a little shop with a good inventory and excellent service!!!!

After a few emails back and forth, they were extremely prepared and available for the work I needed done for my .450 Bushmaster and PC Charger. Optics mounted, some adjustments on the PC Charger and other work was done quickly and very very affordably! Great selection of accessories, and am making this site my go-to for all gunsmithing and similar work. Cant say enough how pleasant the staff, location, affordability, choice and staff were! Very helpful staff! - I walked in just to take a look, the guys were very helpful in answering my questions and showing me some cool things like a ruger 10 22 and conversion kit.They also carry Zeus Arms locally! - no more having to debate on driving to north phoenix.Great shop. Great people.

The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Went to 8 different stores and this was the only place that had the weapons I wanted at reasonable prices. They also knocked some money off the gun I ended up buying. Will definitly be back in the future.

The first time I stepped foot in the store, they immediately asked me if I needed help with anything. All I was looking for at the time was ammo, they got me situated and at the time of check out, I got to talking with them, I found out they were a gunsmith store. I got to talking to the gunsmith, and I came up with a build of a ar47. I Told him what I wanted as he wrote it down, when the Build was all done, They have exceeded my expectations. The gun shoots 100% with no issues. A couple days later I went to go buy the shield ez and once again Lauren was so much help showing me and My girlfriend all the mechanicals parts of the gun, now they got a laser engraving machine, I had some work done by them and I couldn’t be more then happy with the way that my guns came out... Lauren and his crew are highly professionals and outgoing And really know their stuff! I would highly recommend this store to Anyone looking to buy a gun or build a gun or for laser engraving.

I had stopped by Chandler Tactical Firearms today in search of an Upper and what I found was a business that will have my loyalty for a lifetime. Laurens knowledge and kindness took me by surprise, but what really sets this place apart is how much Lauren cares for his customers. I have never seen a business that cares this much for their customers while providing the highest quality of products and services. I walked in to get a few items and walked out with an experience that will keep me coming back.

Stopped by just to browse. Not the largest gun store, but the customer service was second to none. The gentlemen inside was patient and accommodating in fielding my slew of questions, and is the most reasonably priced gun store i have found since 2019. Coming in under an hour before closing time they happily and efficiently mounted my compensator, bore sited my trijicon rmr, and trimmed my holster all while providing good conversation.
