I was taken back quickly after arrival. The tests were performed quickly and professionally, and I was out earlier than I had expected. Staff were courteous and friendly.
I called to schedule a check up/ exam and have my hearing evaluated and a piece of cotton swab removed from my ear. When I arrived for my appointment front desk staff was helpful but I wasn’t able to have my hearing evaluated because of an audiologist being booked? This was the main reason for my visit. If you attend this doctors office be aware that there is a financial incentive to split your appointment into multiple visits to increase the profit. This is obviously not needed and probably should be disclosed before booking the appointment. The doctor did not evaluate my nose or throat and did not say anything about my concern for hearing loss. This was terrible medical care and if you are expecting a full thorough visit you should seek medical care elsewhere.
Very kind staff. Dr M actually listens to his patients & has good care for us as well. So even if an emergency or caring for patients makes him run later than scheduled; I know it is worth the wait, as I will receive that same care in my appointment.
The staff was extremely helpfull and polite. They have quickly gained my trust. I have my first hearing tests tomorrow. And Im confident that they will do everything in their power to improve my current health and hearing conditions.
We used Enticares services in 2017 for an operation at Mercy Hospital in 2017. We were billed for their services along with other medical services that were used. They either have the worst, poorly-run billing department in the country or just are inept about keeping accurate records.We were billed and made payments on the amount due. We kept getting statements for the whole amount. When we called about a payment being applied, we were told that someone would call us back. Of course, that never happened.Finally, the account was turned over to a collection agency. We were able to validate all payments were already made and they closed the case.Fast forward to September 2021. We have now been threatened by ANOTHER collection company for payment in full for the 2017 services. When we drove to the Enticare office, (They dont answer their phone), we were told they could not talk to us because the file was in collections!We have politely told the collection company that we will not provide records AGAIN. They were actually very understanding and will pass the information back to Enticare.ENTICARE, WAKE UP. Either get employees with a clue what to do or actually care about doing a good job or have another company do your medical records!
VERY LONG WAIT TIMES.My appointment was at 930 am, I arrived at 915 to complete the paperwork. I didnt get taken back until 1015am. Then I waited in the room until 1045 until the doctor saw me. Just be prepared for a long wait to be seen. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the doctor was thorough with the examination.
Ive honestly never had such a great experience with medical professionals. The general mood is pleasant and information was exchanged clearly and accurately. The care Ive received has been stellar. I dont normally leave reviews for places, but Ive already suggested somebody to follow my footsteps into the door. I could go on about the good things for a while. Ill just say that I wont be going anywhere else if the issue can be resolved at Enticare. Dr. Vishwanath is an excellent surgeon with just the right mix of professionalism and people skills. I felt I was in the right hands the entire time.

All around not impressed.Office is a bit run downWait Times: Showed up 10 minutes early for a 10 AM appt, didnt get called back till 10:15, Dr. didnt come in till 10:40.Disorganized front office: Appt was supposed to be for a hearing test, only a consultation was scheduled. Had to come back later for the hearing test.When I got called back to go over my hearing test results, Doctor pulled me into a storage room. A STORAGE ROOM. It all just felt unprofessional.
I cant believe this office. I have called many times & NO one has called me back. I needed to talk to someone about a billing questions but I guess they dont care!! I do NOT recommend this company!!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I moved here out of town and this was my first visit. They sent the intake forms through email so I could fill it out beforehand. They send a text with appointment time, date, and location so you know exactly where to go. When I got there, the front desk was able to verify my copayment and any deductible so I could pay right there with no worries!!! Dr. Vishwanath was so kind, attentive, caring, and got straight my problem and a resolution. It was quick and easy. And everyone was so friendly! I definitely recommend this facility and specifically Dr. Vishwanath.
Overnight sleep study was great. Josh set up my daughter for the night and was very professional and friendly. Would recommend!

Enticare was super quick with no wait time at all. They called me in a few minutes before I was scheduled. The PA (Nicole) was very professional and answered all of my questions. I was examined, treated, and set up for a follow-up appointment all within 20 minutes. My symptoms were relatively mild, but I would recommend Enticare for ENT services.
I just tried to call to schedule an appt. It took over 5 minutes to even have the call picked up. Then I got someone who took my information to give to a scheduler to call me back to schedule... my name, phone number and birthday (why do you need my birthday when you are only passing it to a scheduler... she couldnt answer me why, only that it was required of her) Then she told me that due to Covid it would take someone 24 hours to call me back to see if they could schedule something with me. What a hassle! No thank you! I believe that the type of service you get from the doctor starts with the staff. This was the most frustrating process... along with the other reviews of the staff, Ill go elsewhere.

I called for an appointment; they said someone would get back to me within 24 hours and asked me which office I wanted to go to. I got a call within an hour but the office my M.D.referred me to, didnt have an appt. soon enough, so they sent me to the Chandler office. I arrived a half hour early to fill out my paperwork and by the time my paperwork was finished, they were ready for me. Front office was very professional, the NP was great; she treated me with respect and was thorough. I highly recommend the Chandler Office.
Not recommended. Took more than a month to get appointment because I would have to leave a message for someone to call me back. On several occasions no voicemail was left. Finally I connected with someone at the office. She said that they tried calling me back with no voice message. My phone will silence un-known callers (i.e. telemarking calls). So if they call and DONT leave a message I will not think it is an important call. Shortly after getting an appointment scheduled I received a call back from Enticare stating that in my given situation they would have to start the allergy testing all over and that the allergy serum (made by a different provider) was no good an would have to be made by Enticare. I just wanted help with getting the allergy injections done locally rather than driving an hour and a half one way to get them. I cancelled the appointment and will by trying someone else like Asthma Allergy Associates out of Tucson. Ive tried them before and they were more than willing to help us.
Patient since 2017 (Chandler). The medical staff is top-notch. The reason for the one star is the office staff. I have had to escalate request to the Director of Patient Experience and Community Engagement. The first time a response was received, this time crickets. Three days ago I requested guidance as to what was required to get a copy of my records forwarded to VA, which should have been a simple response, nothing. Following my last appointment, I was told to schedule a six month follow-up. When I called to schedule I was told they could not schedule until my $40 balance was received, although the statement had not been mailed me, and I was not aware. Response was, you should have known???? Will be looking for another ENT.
The first appointment was great, in and out quickly and appointment scheduled for in office procedure for my daughter. Problem comes in now that I have to reschedule the appointment because she will be out of town for this appointment. I have been trying for a week to get this rescheduled and no one will call me back. Today was my 5th message. If I dont get this rescheduled soon, my daughter will be starting high school and I dont want her to miss school right as she starts. I dont understand why I cant get a call back to reschedule this appointment. So beyond frustrating.I am updating my review to 4 stars. Jessica did call me back today and got my daughters procedure rescheduled for a day that works before school starts and I am very grateful. Thank you Jessica.I am lowering my review to 1 star. My daughter had her appointment for an in office procedure. We waited an hour to get in. The doctor gave her a topical to numb her tongue but did not wait for it to take effect and clipped her tongue when it wasnt numb. She was in so much pain. This whole experience was awful. I recommend going somewhere else.Now 3 weeks later we go for a follow-up for her procedure. It is her birthday and I only scheduled her today because its her only early out day. I called prior to leaving to make sure there was not a long wait like last time. I was told no, you should be fine. Come on in. So I drive the 40 minutes only to be told there was an hour and 15 minute wait. I told them I just called and was told there was no wait. I told the receptionist I did not have time to wait and that I was leaving. I was asked to reschedule but I will never ever go back to this office ever again. I will follow-up with her pediatrician who is in town and doesnt make you wait forever for an appointment. Save yourself lots of time and frustration, and go somewhere else.
I was vey happy as the np listened to me and had good advice on how to better handle my condition. I was also seen quickly which was a big plus.
My thoughts after my initial consultation is, I felt that Dr Mostasavi would have stood there all day answering my concerns if I had continued to ask them. He was as thorough and as kind as they come. He is top notch in my book. He went over every option available and what I would need to do to qualify for each and which one he believes would be best for my personal situation. I recommend him to anyone using a CPAP who seriously interested in alternatives or even a different, more advanced style of CPAP altogether. There are many advancements today for CPAP users. It is important to learn about them.

I drive from queen creek to see her, and even if it was Phoenix I would go to see her. I have vertigo and she treats it right away and it lasted this time way more than a year or 2. The best!!!!!

Monday was my appointment and it was a friendly and fast experience.It is now Thursday they were suppose to have called into the pharmacy to fill a RX .Still no call to me or the pharmacy.
Dr. Woods is amazing! He is at the Chandler office only on select dates but he is worth waiting to get into see. I have had two prior sinus surgeries from different ENT offices and I felt so frustrated about still having polyps and frontal sinus pain. Dr. Woods said he could fix the mess the last two places caused and I am looking forward to my upcoming sinus surgery. I will make sure I post about the outcome :)

SAVE YOURSELF AND FIND A PLACE THAT HAS BETTER STAFF, the surgeon and some of the doctors seem ok ......but the staff is pretty much non existent and a bunch of children. No call backs when you leave messages... it’s totally disrespectful and frustrating, especially when you are dealing with peoples health !!!!!! This place needs all new staff and a major course in ethics and patient consideration...I’m a patient 10 days out of surgery and can’t get a call back after leaving multiple messages two days in a row ! Absolutely ridiculous ! !
Dr Mostafavi was very caring and thorough with my mom during her visit. He listened to all her concerns regarding her tinnitus and offered suggestions on things she can do to alleviate the ringing in her ear. My mom was very satisfied and felt cared for - a very positive experience at Enticare!

My Cardiologist referred me for an “urgent” sleep study and Enticare refused to see me due to not being able to pay my copay on the spot even with a promise to pay in 2 days. I will not be returning to nor recommending this practice, and will be informing my Cardiologist.

Initially very frustrated with their web page which is all your details prior to arriving, but that web page is a disaster, timing out, then just blocking you from getting in, and then the their verifying of your date and time of arrival, requested you check in 15” before your appt time, that’s wrong, they only open at 0800. Barring that seamless experience, with the attending Dr. really knowing her stuff, making sound recommendations, checking you out, and then advised that I should hear back from Mia her support team member who makes your appointments simultaneously checking with your insurance to make sure they’re on the same page. I’ll update this review as we time moves on.
My appointment was at 8:45am. At 10:00am I am still waiting in the Lobby. When I asked what is going on, I was told that the doctor is behind. How could that be possible that early in the morning.Most patient that came after me were admitted and I am still waiting in the Lobby.After waiting for almost 2 Hours. The Doctor came in asked me few questions that I was asked in the admission form. Spend with me no more than 5 minutes telling me what I have there is no cure for it but wanted me to do a hearing test. The Doctor ( Shilba Vishwanath) seems to be in a hurry and make me feel unwanted. She was not very friendly.

It has been over 6months since I last got ANYTHING from this clinic. I went in for a sleep test via recommendation from my primary and apparently I have sleep apnea but I didnt get ANY information on this until a week ago when I received a $500 bill for the test its self. They have not tried to reach me, I cant log into their overly complex and user unfriendly portal. I give them a 1 star for sheer lack of judgment on their part. I have been trying to reach them since receiving my bill and they have NOT attempted to call me back with ANY information. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will be looking for legal action if they continue this way.
The first time I had an appointment there I saw an older gentleman be told that his appointment was cancelled as he walked in the door and when he explained that he had come from a nursing home hours away was brushed aside with no apology. I thought this was a fluke until the same thing happened to me TWICE. The first time my appointment was cancelled and the second time it was scheduled for a location 50 miles from where I normally go and they expected me to pay a fee as I did not make it.
Dr Reed is a very understanding female dr. This wasn’t my first time with ENTICARE before I moved away I was seeing a male dr and I’d prefer Dr. Nicole Reed over any of the other Dr’s with this company and as well I will recommend her to all my friends who have any occasion to need an ENT
My partner has cptsd and it can be difficult going to a healthcare office. But this PA-C Mrs Reed was patient, listened and even after my partner got so frustrared and walked out, she remained calm and cool and still did all she could to help.
Wanted to really like this place due to it being so close to where I live. Unfortunately my first time there did not go so well. First issue: Waited over an hour to be seen( understandable to some degree)Second issue: they lost my paper work so I had to fill everything out again.Third issue: Dr. Shilpa seemed to be too much in a rush and didn’t seem to care of the situation I was trying to explain, mentioned something to the nurse assistant without explaining to me what she was talking about.Final issue: some medication was to be sent to the pharmacy 3 days later of still not having an updates when I called to check on it I was told The medication was never called in. Called enticare and was told it went to a different pharmacy. Still don’t have medication because still hasn’t been called in.Very unfortunate. :(
Please do yourself a favor and do not use Enticare Scottsdale location. I have no experience with there other locations.I was referred for a sleep study and had an office visit the other day, the home sleep study kit was not available even though they knew that was the reason for my visit. This required me to return the next day at which they were not open when they told me they would be. I finally got the kit after a period of time. I was required to return the kit the following day and again despite being assured they would be there on Wednesday they were not. So another wasted trip for me. No one returned any of my calls until today.Mia was nice enough after apologizing to tell me she would pick up the kit from my house.Unfortunately the damage has been done and I will not be returning to their office again and in no way would I recommend them.

BEWARE of Enticare ENT (they have several offices around the valley and Casa Grande). It is the worst doctor’s office (Glendale location) I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Trust me! Worst billing department and front desk service. No Accountability!!Their front office called my insurance company and advised me that a sleep study would only cost me my $45 co-pay (they offered to call the insurance company for me, I did not ask them to) and they called me back and quoted me only the co-pay amount because the sleep study is performed in the office. On that same call, I double confirmed with Nikki (the Enticare employee) that no other charges would come into play and was assured it was only the $45 co-pay. I even spoke with Nikki after I received the $1,200 invoice and she confirmed she never told me and was not aware that I had a pay a deductible, just the co-pay.When quoted a co-pay for services the deductible doesn’t even come in to play!Brianna (so rude and unprofessional) in the billing department IS NOW saying the deductible info was in Nikki notes from when she called my insurance company, which conflicts 100% with my follow up conversation with Nikki. BTW Nikki no longer works there, how convenient for them.Then Enticare recommended I have a second sleep study. Due to the fact I was originally TOLD that it was only a $45 co-pay, I agreed. Now they say I owe them a deductible amount of $1,200 (total for both studies).I was not billed for the 1st sleep study I had in June until September, 2 months after the procedure. IF I had been billed in a reasonable timeframe, I would have seen the charges AND would NEVER have scheduled the 2nd study.My bill/invoice states that the Provider for the sleep study was my ENT in the office, who is not certified to provide sleep studies. When they billed my insurance company, they listed the sleep study doctor as my provider for payment.I never met with the Certified Sleep Study doctor in this office. I didnt even know Dr. Homan Mostafavi existed, and that is who I should have been meeting with after my sleep studies to discuss the results and what to do from here. It should not have come from my ENT who is not Certified in this field.

Everytime I called & pressed 2 for scheduling I was told I could not speak to that department; I asked that they give me an appointment on voicemail and I would call back to confirm. Worst practice ever. Dr left pracrice after my first visit, communication. Weeks to get a follow-up appt and then waited over an hour after driving an hour to get there. 2 weeks later drove an hour again, waited for 30 minutes only to be told my Dr hadnt reviewed my results yet and I drove across town and waited for nothing. They dont value your time, patient care is awful, and communication is even worse. Terrible experience.
I almost never leave reviews of places even if I’ve had a bad experience but this was something different. We had my sons apt at 11am at the Chandler office-due to COVID they told me over the phone while scheduling the apt that their front offices are closed and to call and check in and wait in your car. That’s fine. So we got to the office (mind you it’s an hour away from us) we get there at 11:04, call and checked him in at 11:07 the lady I spoke to was very rude and actually hung up on me mid sentence when I was trying to ask a question about where to wait but I was like whatever let’s just wait in the car. I also walked up to the doors and they were locked so I figured they would call us like they said. We waited till 11:45 when I decided to call them back and ask how much longer it was going to be, they got ahold of the office and we went in at 11:58 finally. Almost an hour of waiting. Then they proceeded to tell me THEY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE ME BECAUSE THE DOCTOR HAS LUNCH. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! An hour of waiting when I was here ON TIME and they have to reschedule me. So unprofessional. I told them not to bother. Lost a customer and I will let everyone I know how unprofessional this place was and to go somewhere else. Not worth it.
Doctors dont have time to listen to your problems. Not sure why they are in a hurry.
The staff was wonderful. They were not just polite and professional, they were caring and kind and went the extra mile (or ten).The professional staff was technically superior in that they were able to finally identify and fix a long standing medical problem that I had that other doctors at offices (not Enticare) were unable to ever get under control.Everyone at Enticare Chandler from the front desk person to the doctor I saw treated me not only like I mattered but like I was part of the team! They listened to what I had to say. They really listened!This kind of dedicated commitment is something I have not seen in a long time. This is not just a group of well trained professionals. These are organized well trained professionals in Chandler that care about me and how I feel. I am thrilled to have found doctors and staff members who care so much and are so good that they changed my health for the better.
My mother had an emergency trach inserted in June of 2020, Dr. Tranner had made attempts to decannulate my mother without success. It has been over 6 months and mom is back home but has not heard of any reattempt to decannulate.Thank you for saving her life with the procedure back in June, but please reach out and help us prevent further damage from keeping the trach in much longer then in needs to be.

Waited over 40 minutes in exam room. No apologies for wait time. Had difficulties with communication between pharmacy and office which resulted in 4 day delay in getting meds. Called back to try to resolve but blame was placed on me and no responsibility taken by Enticare. After advising staff I was going elsewhere for treatment I got a super, snarky....”well you have a GREAT day” (insert snotty attitude here) Needless to say I was unimpressed and told the staff member to go pleasure themselves. Got a certified letter from them advising that I failed to comply with policy against hostile/aggressive behavior over the phone. Way too many good ENT doctors in the Valley to subject yourself to these dolts.
They are very good at what they do. Im still working on getting my hearing aides.. Soon I hope!! To B able to hear the TV better.
The people in the front were nice and very helpful. I would recommend others to come. I needed help and they helped right away. Mary Jo is so nice. Ask her for help if you need someone patient. The doctor took time to explain why I needed additional tests, where I understood what was happening to me.
Im not one to write reviews... especially for a doctor. Truth be told, I try to avoid them and all prescription medications. But something this good has to be written. Dr. Tracy Knott, ENT of Enticare in Gilbert on Mercy Road has given me hope. She was able to do what no doctor has done in all my years of living... helped me prevent another mouth full of canker sores. Years of suffering with canker sores has prevented me from working, sleeping, eating, living a normal life. She was the only doctor who knew what to prescribe and it worked!! If you suffer with this horrible virus, please see her and get relief. Cant thank you enough Dr. Tracy Knott.

I visited the clinic due to nasal congestion where my sinuses would not clear. While I was waiting two other people checked in with the same appointment timeslot with the same exact doctor, Doctor V. It was not until 50 minutes into my appointment time that I was called into an exam room and a numbing agent was sprayed into my nose. The exam room must be adjacent to a breakroom as I could hear a microwave and people talking plain as day through the paper walls. Five minutes later, 55 minutes into my appt, I finally got to see the doctor.They didnt want to listen to anything I had to say, instead suggesting I just schedule an allergy test with them and make a second appointment. They made it seem like this was standard procedure, where they spend 5 minutes with you on your first visit just to tell you come back in for testing on a second appointment. When I informed her I already had an allergy test performed she said it must be non-allergy rhinitis and to try a nasal spray for a couple months and come back. She refused to explain any further, didnt listen to any other descriptions of symptoms, and just left at that point. She came across as extremely condescending and rude while writing off any of my concerns as if she had better things to be doing. I spent 4 minutes total with the doctor only to be told to try a nasal spray and given a snap-diagnosis of non-allergy rhinitis.I paid almost $200 for those 4 minutes. I was frustrated but just decided I would be done with it and not return. Then almost 9 months later I got another bill saying they want another $200, in November, from my February visit. This makes no sense and Im being billed for services that were not rendered a full 8-9 months after my initial visit. Ive left voicemails with their billing department to discuss over the past two weeks which have gone unanswered. I even left a voicemail with the Director of Patient Experience whom I am hoping to hear back from. The bill shows over $900 in charges from my February visit. Insurance credits bring it to Just under $400, or essentially $100 per minute of the doctor’s time. This compounds the frustration of dealing with the extremely poor quality of care from the doctor.Across the board it looks like all the bad reviews here are associated with Doctor V, while the positive reviews are from the other doctors. If you come here, insist on any other doctor and you may have a better experience. Even Dr. Vishwanath’s patient reviews from before she joined Chandler Enticare sit at a solid 2 out of 5 stars on the HealthGrades website, so clearly I’m not the only one.**11/16/20 Update**Im updating from 1 to 3 stars after the Patient Experience Director reached out to me. They were able to get rid of the extra charge that came in 9 months after my actual visit. I would still suggest you avoid Dr. V if you are making any appointments.

Ive had breathing problems for years, after seeing two ent specialist they had told me it was best to have surgery. They referred me to the surgeon that’s at the chandler location; upon arrival she asks me “are you still having problems with your nose?” She was inconsiderate to how I expressed how much my breathing was such a big problem for me giving me massive headaches daily. She said no to surgery so I found a surgeon that could fix my breathing issues, I paid out of pocket and now I can finally breathe. I don’t want to be disrespectful but I felt like I was not taken serious at all. :(

I brought my 92 year old mother there. Everyone was so attentive and worked with her. I was very appreciative of their caring manner and expertise. We made a point to drive up from Tucson to see people there. Thank you so much

My 3 year old son has had issues with his ears since he was one, and my husband uses a CPAP for sleep. We have been going to Enticare and love them! The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with.
Very efficient and on time no wait answered all my concerns. LiLi is a very nice and professional PA. This was my first time here and will return if and when needed.
The provider is great, but you cannot get ahold of anyone. No one answers the phone and they want you to wait 48 hours for them to call you back for anything. Disappointed.
I had my sleep study in Aug 2019... I have yet to receive any update nor can I get a call back from the office. I have left messages on 4 different occasions. The technician, while professional with walking me through step by step, his hands smelled like hamburger or something and was quiet unpleasant. I would appreciate a call back regarding my results. Hopefully this will get someones attention.
I am thankful that I discovered this facility .The staff and Doctor V couldnt have provided any better care and concern to me. I really felt confident with the entire procedures. I took my daughter to this location for a follow-up. The appointment was for 10:30 and we arrived at 10:25. There were two sets of people ahead of us, so we could not go in as the waiting room is small and has no seating. We finally went in at 10:40 and still had to wait another five minutes to talk to the receptionist. She took our temperatures, had us fill out the COVID form and then sent us back outside to wait in the car until a room was ready. At 11:05 we got the call to come in. I get that this is an unusual situation, but no one apologized for the wait or even commented on it. There was only one receptionist.NP Li came in quickly, examined the ear that had the problem and said it was fine. She looked in the other one, which had not had a problem the last time, but decided it looked like it might be getting infected, so she sprayed an antibiotic/antifungal powder inside and it immediately caused my daughter pain. She decided to suction the powder out then, which caused my daughter even more pain.My daughter has a high pain threshold and to start crying is just something she never does. But NP Li didnt seem to take it seriously and just went on explaining that there was some water in the ear, all the while my daughter was in pain with tears in her eyes.After we left, she cried nearly all the way home. I dont know what this woman did, but she didnt seem too concerned that shed caused any pain. I called and left a message after we got home, but so far have not heard back. Im taking my daughter to her PCP this afternoon to see whats wrong. Im not sure I ever want to go back to Enticare in Chandler.
Enticare is absolutely amazing. I needed an appointment as soon as possible and they have been nothing but accommodating. MJ is so sweet understanding. She was able to get me demo hearing aids, which I did not expect to get today! I am so thankful and appreciative. Nothing but excellent care. Thank you💕
My son is filled for 3 years. Currently it has 5 and doctors, nurses and assistants are very professional and cute with both my son and with me. they only have 5 stars and its what I can give them but I would give 10
I had a terrible experience while visiting Enticare with my daughter yesterday. Her appointment was for 3:15pm, I picked her up from school so she could get there at 2:45pm since she would be a new patient. I handed my ID and insurance card to the person at the front desk, she mentioned that they would be calling my insurance company for verification. I told her that I provided my insurance information ahead of time for that purpose, she told me she is not sure what happened, but sometimes they need to have the physical card. My daughter and I waited and waited, no one called us to give any update. At 3:30pm, I finally walked up to the desk and asked for update. She told me they are still on the phone with my insurance company and will call me soon. I really wanted my daughter to be seen so I remained patient. I asked her since it was taking so long what were my options, she told me I could self-pay. I told her I didnt want to do that, I would prefer to go through my insurance. I went back to sit, and we waited. No one called me for an update, I went back to the desk at 4:07pm and she said sorry, the insurance company hasnt verified my eligibility as yet, do I want to reschedule, I said no, I told her I had the PCP office fax over the referral from the doctors office, I went on my insurance website ahead of time and saw that they were participating providers and thats why I chose to schedule with them and I didnt understand what the issue was. She said its not about the referral, its not about them being participating providers, they were trying to figure out if Dr. Emily is eligible with my insurance, she said its complicated and she couldnt explain it, I asked to speak with someone who could explain it and she mentioned that the person is not in the office that they use a third party. At this point I was extremely upset so I called my insurance company to find out why that was happening, why did it take over one hour to verify eligibility and still no answer. She told me that does not sound right, it should not take that long. The person at the desk after hearing this from my insurance company had no explanation. I wasted over 1 hour of my time, and my daughter was not seen. Poor customer service and poor communication!!!
You can not find a better Doctor and staff, Doctor performance was great she cared how Ifelt about my hearing and talked loud to me so I can understand. She explained my chart and told me where I was at on my hearing loss. I only wish that I had gone there when I first got my first pair of hearing aids. Thank you Enticare of Chandler

The doctors at this practice ruined my nose. I had a very small nasal perforation that I was very concerned about. They insisted that it should be just left alone. I took their advise and now its gotten so bad that no one in the valley will fix it. I found doctors that do the procedure that stated if I had gotten help sooner, it couldve been repaired. I am absolutely destroyed by this news. Never see Dr. Li or Dr. Knott, they both neglected to refer me to surgery before it was too late. I have zero options now and I am devastated. Avoid at ALL costs.
Had an issue with the Doctor leaving a foreign object in my ear AFTER the appointment and called to try and speak with the Office Manager about the issue for over two weeks. Left many, many messages with NO return call. I will be reporting this neglectful experience accordingly.
I appreciate the thoroughness of care that I get at Enticare. They are determined to resolve my issues instead of guess youll have to live with it that Ive heard before. Thank you Enticare for caring. Lynn Alvine
I have been so pleased with Dr Rodriguez. He has shown so much care for me. They saw me immediately for a hole in my ear drum and have watched it carefully. I’m having problems again and I have no doubt I’ll be able to get in tomorrow or the next day. I love dr Rodriguez.
Initially I was really frustrated because the girl at the front desk did not listen to me regarding my insurance co-pay. However, once I saw Karen she was attentive as I expressed my frustration and per my suggestion called my insurance company. They confirmed and reiterated my co-pay to her. Immediately, both Karen and Mia apologized for the miscommunication and assured me that the matter would be resolved. It was! Karen and Mia have earned my trust by providing me an OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE experience from the time I first walked through their door. Enticare Chandler, they are amazing!!!!!
