Bobby from AirAmedics was extremely professional, polite, and kept us informed along the whole experience with our AC. He showed up on time, and when he said he had to return the next day he came exactly when he said he would be there and did exactly what he said. They showed us pictures of what they were working on inside our attic. We loved our experience with Bobby and AirAmedics!!! He even gave us our cost estimate upfront so nothing was hidden!!!

Before I had this company repair my 15 years old Trane A/C, I was concerned that the home warranty companies usually the price-cut contract with their contractors; so the contractors are crooked or demoralized to service the home warranty customers.However, this company technician, Tims strong integrity service blew away my stereotype. His honest and delicate service corrected my A/C breakdown promptly. I learnt from the conversation with him that he developed his integrity and professionalism in military. Second time using Airamedics. First time I called via my home warranty and Tim came, put in a brand new motor, and he was timely, professional and super polite.Fast forward to today, our fan wouldnt turn off so gave them a call, Tim came by to take a look. Joe Garcia came out as a second opinion from our home warranty (American Home Shield). He was incredibly thorough and explained everything to me. He was able to identify the problem quickly and saved us over $1000 from the first companys quote. I highly recommend Joe and Airamedics.

Not only did it cost me twice that with the several hidden charges but my a/c completely quit working and shut down just two weeks after having them “service” it. I actually had to have another company come out to fix it after being without air for nearly 40 hrs in 110 degrees. DO NOT USE this company! We were assigned this company through our warranty company. A repair turned out to be a disaster! They damaged our equipment and we have to buy a new unit. It has been two months in the heat of the summer with no resolution. UNCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST, NO INTEGRITY. They misdiagnosed the issue 3 times and now we pay for it out of our pocket $8k! I had to fire them to get them off our property, trying to show up with no appointment. Totally unprofessional all the way around. Avoid this company like COVIDQ

RESPONSE (7/7):I wanted to follow up to the Reply from the Owner. I never once asked the tech to do what was stated. I did state that I hoped that could be the end result (as anyone would) since my unit is 19 years old. The fact of the matter is, the home warranty company told me that is what the instructions to you all were. Second, in terms of the UV Dye, the REPUTABLE tech that did come out and do honest work for us (not your guy, but with another company) showed me the 4 canisters of UV dye that your technicians left. Also, your Tech did come out 5 times. It was two different techs, and 2 of the visits may have been off the books as I texted the technician directly because the unit wasnt working shortly after he left. Finally, you all came to the conclusion that our system was working perfectly fine, even though your technician left our house after 3 hours, and our upstairs did not cool one degree. In fact, within 2 hours of him leaving, it was going back up in temperature, and I texted him directly to tell him.I had a bad experience with your company, I dont think you all are ready to grow to the Nashville area, as you seem to be stretched way too thin. It is also evident you all dont handle criticism well, as every poor review comes with a snarky response from the owner. My role as a consumer is to educate and warn my fellow consumers with facts, which I have done here. I dont think it is a great business practice to call out your customers, especially when you dont have the courtesy to return their call to discuss the issue before a review needed to be posted.________________________________________________________________________DO NOT USE! The technicians were very pleasant and cordial, however my unit still is not working. They have been out 5 times since March. They have done multiple things to the unit and now claim the unit has no mechanical issues. They let me know it was low on refrigerant (theyve had to add 3 times), but later said the unit had no mechanical failures. My house is currently sitting at 77 degrees and wont get any colder, but according to them, my unit is working just fine. I had another company come out and condemn my unit. He said the amount of UV dye used on the system killed it. I even called to speak to the owner a week ago and never heard back.
Josh and his whole company have been great to work with. He truly knows what customer service is and genuinely cares about his customers. His whole staff is very friendly and confirms the issue is fixed before they leave. Customer for life.

Where do I start? What an amazing company. We started with s service call due to a previous company that was absolutely horrible. We had Joe come out the very next day and made us feel like we were in great hands. The customer service was exceptional. He gave us great options and great price points to fix what was wrong. We decided to have The air handler replaced. It was done much sooner than I expected. The 2 guys that installed was Andrew and AJ . These guys were amazing . The way they talked about the company and the owner Josh, even though I had never met him, made me want to quit my job and and go work with them. Not only did they get it working they fixed things they didnt have to that the other company really messed up. Again the customer service is the way it really should be. If you are debating weather or not to go with this company it really is a no brainer. I am not going with any other company from here on out!.
These guys were lifesavers, previous company spent most of a week dragging their feet. They came out and within two days they had the new part installed and my place is nice and cool now. We had a scheduled appointment from 4 to 7 pm. Joe called us early in the morning around 9:30 am to see if he could stop by because he was close to our home. We were extremely grateful to not spend another day dealing with the heat. Joe was able to fix our breaker and even stick around to teach us how to program our Nest and reset it in the event of another power outage. He was never in a hurry and when he called the office for assistance with the programming, someone stayed on the phone with him for most of the time to be certain they got this right.Well dressed. Clean and labeled uniform. Clean haircut. Yes maam, no maam . I simply loved having this experience be the end of my 3 days in the heat. I just bought a new home and at the time of my purchase I bought a home warranty just to be safe. Once one of my AC units started to act up shortly after I moved in, the contractor that was sent out to repair it was Airamedics. They were extremely professional and worked very quickly to get my AC up and running again. You know youre in good hands when the owner shows up to assist his technician. I would HIGHLY recommend Airamedics to any one needing AC repair. Airamedics have now not only become my first call for HVAC problems I would consider them to be my newest friends.
Pretty impressed with these guys. I used them under a home warranty company. The AC went out on Saturday, but they are closed until Monday so I could either pay for it on my own or wait until Monday. I waited.They called Monday 3 minutes after they opened on Monday. We setup the first available time they had which was Tuesday afternoon. I explained I had to take time off of work to meet them so if they were not going to make the appointment I needed to know. I called on Tuesday to confirm the time and the secretary put me on a brief hold to get a time and she said around 3. At 2:00 the tech called and said he was on his way. I told him I would not be home for 30 minutes and he said,no problem take your time.He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong, what he was going to fix, how much it was going to be (if I had to pay for it myself), and what issues I can expect in the future. He took the time to talk about prices for new systems and what brands are the best etc. It was a very good AC 101 Lesson!Overall it was a very good experience with these guys. Unlike many AC companies I did not get the feeling he was trying to up-sell me on anything...he was straight forward and honest which was nice. The price for new units was very reasonable.

Brandon, Tim and Andrew came out an hour earlier than what they had quoted.. They were very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and with in 2 hrs had our A/c back up and running. Will use them again and recommend them to everyone..

I had my AC go out. I called Airmedics and they were able to come out pretty fast. I have young kids and appreciated how quick they came out. The owner Josh and his technician Joe did a great job. They were really efficient and worked well together. They explained everything in detail so that I knew what was going on and what needed to be done. They cleaned up the mess the AC left. You would never know they were even there. I highly recommend this company.
My AC unit was blowing hot air and of course I assumed the worst....it was going to be so expensive to fix I would have to use the kids college fund to fix it.... Josh came out and quickly diagnosed it as a problem with the thermostat! Grabbed a new one, installed it and we are back up and running cool. Talk about honest and putting the customer first, we will definitely be calling on Airamedics in the future.
Horrible experience their technician Joe came out to look at my unit and the first time he did not discover that it was my compressor instead he said it was my coil and that it was not covered under my warranty but of course he could do it for double of what the industry standard is secondly when they were called back again and he discovered that i had someone else do the work he informed me that my warranty company probably will not cover it since they did not do the maintenance on it which is a bunch of bull because he NEVER said it was the compressor the first time. and the maintenance that was done was not even related to the compressor.secondly he left my house and i discovered later that he left the cover off of my unit and never plugged the fuse back into the electrical outlet. he also could not find my filter and i am sorry but you think that would be something you would know if you are in the a/c business. so angry and disappointed with this whole experience i honestly feel like his first visit was just a way to try and talk me into a new 7K unit.**** ******** This is in response to Joes posting..... I appreciate your detailed response to my review however but you don,t seen to understand is the fact that on your first visit I told you that my brother in law stated that the coils needed cleaning and you agreed with him you also recommended a list of maintenance items to be done to help the system run more efficiently which of course you knew these items would not be covered because they were considered maintenance . NO where in this conversation did you inform me that if your company or a licensed contractor did not perform the work then the warranty would be void so I took your advice and had my brother in law work on the maintenance at 1/2 the cost of your charges. and he did so as a favor to me so the thought of voiding the warranty never crossed my mind and I am positive that he did not install anything incorrectly. he has been in the valley for many years and has an excellent reputation the fact that he is not licensed is only because he is retired and the handy man business is a side job plus we all know how expensive it is to get a license furthermore he is honest and that is why he states that on his advertisement so I dont appreciate you bringing him into this conversation. basically what you are saying to me is had my husband the homeowner performed the work then the warranty would not have been an issue. As far as the response about the filter when I mentioned it to you your response was well your the homeowner so you should know where it is well guess what that is not my specialty I am in the banking business so ask me a question about banking then yes i can answer it. as far as your response about me not knowing where it is or if it existed I did tell you that I know my husband changes them regularly and yes there is one but not being in the business I did not know where it was but you as a professional it should be something that you know off hand. so again the work that was performed was strictly based on YOUR recommendations my brother in law DID NOT touch the compressor so the work he did had nothing to do with that. I honestly feel like you were angry that I chose to go elsewhere and I feel that in your report you were going to make sure that the work be denied because I made you angry.*** one more response for Joe, My brother in law has been certified in HVAC and refrigeration for over 45 years (long before you were even born) so your statement regarding he installed the capacitor incorrectly is a FALSE statement. I think you just did not like the fact that I had someone here that could correct you on your diagnosis and that hurt your ego.

They went above and beyond getting everything fixed and working for us. We are very pleased with their work and customer service and we highly recommend them to others.

On a cold Sunday morning we wanted to set our thermostat to a higher temperature; however, we noticed there was no heat generated. We put a service call in and on Monday at 11:40 we had the pleasure to meet A.J., who diagnosed the problem within five minutes and managed to fix it as well in about twenty minutes! A.J. was very custom oriented, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. And above all a very nice person to do business with. A.J. is an excellent professional and representative of this company. We will not hesitate to use Airamedics in the future.

Had a new AC and air handler installed. Great experience with these guys. John showed up for an inspection on time and told me what I needed and what was optional. Scheduled the install 6 days out. He showed up on time and finished the removal and install within 5 hours. Would recommend!
They came out to check my system after another company wanted to charge me bundles to fix it. They said that it could be fixed but would probably not last much longer as it was almost 20 yrs old. I elected to purchase a new more up to date unit that would give me better performance. They gave me a great price. They installed withing a couple of hours. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and great to work with in this matter. I would highly recommend for repairs or replacement of HVAC.
HONEST. Not something you can say about many A/C companies... Especially during the Summer in AZ. I thought I needed a new unit and he said he could replace it but that since this old one was still running and just had a tiny freon leak that I could forego replacing it for a while if I wanted. Who says that??? THIS is someone you want to do business with!
Home warranty chose this company for us. after two years air conditioning is no longer working had another company come out and check and they said the installation was very poor and repairs to fix installation its going to cost us about $1, 000 so I would avoid if you can.UPDATE: Airamedics came an inspected and although other company said issue was with installation Josh went up and found issue was with duct work, other company did not even look at that just bashed airamedics and wanted to charge $1000

Airamedics installed our new 3 piece system today, as well as a Nest thermostat and a kill switch. They were on time and finished the whole thing in less than 5 hours. No tricky up-selling, just a mention of rust in the pan and the benefits of a kill/float switch.
Joe and Tim went out to my fathers house last week. These men were quick and precise. My father was and is an hvac technician retired and he told me that they diagnosed the system quickly, added a compressor saver for him at his request and didnt try to upsell him further. So basically they only offered him the things he needed according to what he said to them and what the system was doing. I appreciate hearing they treated him with respect and that they had him up and cooling m quickly. He smiled when he told me how fast it was. He isnt able to write online reviews so I figured I would.Afterwards they offered him a solution to work directly with Air A medics so he wont have to wait so many days next time. If you are looking for an HONEST, INTELLIGENT, Heating and Air Conditioning repairman / company with good old fashion INTEGRITY look no further. Josh from Airamedics has excellent diagnostic, mechanical and customer service skills. Airamedics should have an A+++ rating. I have two 15 year old HVAC units. In June of 2012 Josh repaired one of these. In January of 2013 Josh repaired the other unit. On both occasions I was impressed by his good nature and skilled craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Airamedics.

Joe came out 3 times this week to repair various issues with our old air conditioning unit. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and he took the time to explain the problems and the repairs needed to resolve them.
The tech that came to the house first told me that the ceiling beneath the attic air handler caved in because i did not properly replace the filters. But while he was here I replaced them and the system continued to leak.He could not initially repair the pan beneath the air handler and he did nothing to patch the hole in the pan so it continued to leak onto the bedtoom ceiling for three days until he returned. When he returned he did have the shop vac he needed so he left the system leaking for another day. At 7 pm on the fourth day, he installed a new pan and told me the system was fixed.But he left a huge mess on the floor and dirty hand prints on the ceiling. I have pictures of both.I would never recommend your company to anyone.
They finally fixed my AC but I had a bad experience with the owner. He was hired by my Home warranty company...and he gave me nothing but attitude the all three times we talked, even going as far as to tell me that he did not like taking big jobs because somehow it messes up his numbers...I did not bother to inquire why..I just wanted cool air in my home. He also called off an appointment and then was seriously late for the next appointment without a call. When my wife asked why no call...he shrugged her off and said he was having a bad morning.

We had an awesome experience with this Company!! We had an issue with our AC that has been ongoing. Called warrenty and they sent Airmedics out. There was all sorts of things wrong with our AC. The owner Josh also came out on another visit as it still wasnt working correctly. After much prodding with the warrenty and the homeowners we were able to get a new AC unit from head to toe. They came in and were timely, kept in contact with us and got the job done. We are so happy with the end product!!! Thanks again:)

Dont bother with this company. I had an appointment and they called an hour before to tell me they couldnt come... they did offer to reschedule me but could not get me in for four more days!!!! I asked the tech to have his boss call me, never heard from them. I also talked to the desk clerk and she said she would call me back, never herd from her either. poor custoimer service svae yourself the hassle and choose someone else.
