We are very happy with our new hot tub from Chandelier’s Desert Hot Tub. Jeff was so nice and helpful in finding us the best one for us, our installers, Ron and Johnny, were knowledgeable and fast.Everyone was polite, respectful and helpful. Jeff G was knowledgeable and friendly. He educates you on what it means to own and care for a spa, especially given hard water conditions in the desert southwest. Install crew is friendly and top notch. After sales product and support, both in store and via concierge service is great. Patience required in the days of Covid but well worth it. Im in my spa every day!

Jeff started the conversation with there are too many options, too wide of a price range, you need to do your homework before coming in & i dont want to waste your/my timeWe had taken an appointment with him & were looking for pros/cons of different features and wanted to see the product before we could make a decision. He should have told us before hand, if he was that particular about customers doing their homework.Ended up going across the street to Sunset Spas and the sales people there spent half an hour explaining the pros/cons of different features and helped us narrow down our options that we can do homework on.

First of all Jeff is a great salesman and operator. He kept me updated weekly on the HotSprings Jettsetter tub as it was in the production process. When it arrived the scheduled a quick delivery and the crew was incredible and removed our old hot tub as well. The HotSprings salt water tub is the finest and only in the industry, being my 4th hot tub it’s really an impressive machine. The back massager is powerful and the energy consumption is rated the lowest as well. I recommend them above all!

My daughter and I went in looking for a hot tub for her family today. The gentleman working there was on the phone speaking loudly and we waited for some time for him to finish. Then, when we asked him for some thing in our price range he didn’t get up and yelled at us from across the room that the cheapest thing they had was $15,000 and continued back to ignoring us. He was the most rude salesman I have ever encountered. Take your business elsewhere!!! What a complete jerk!!! Go across the street to Sunset spas… That’s where we went and are being helped now!!!

Let me save you some time. Go right across the street to Sunset Spas and make your purchase there! We went in to Desert Hot Tubs READY TO BUY. The salesman was one of the most arrogant and obnoxious people Ive ever encountered. First, he flat out ignored us. Then when I asked him for details regarding pricing and delivery times, he spouts off numbers, says we wont have anything until March, and he doesnt even have information packets. He literally DOES NOT CARE to sell apparently, its hilarious. Like I said, we drove across the street, purchased a hot tub from Sunset Spas, and itll be delivered in two months! Dont waste your time here.

Love the Caldera brand, but we are having a trying time with this dealer. Our Cool Zone wasnt installed properly and we have had nothing but problems and that was what sold us on their hot tubs. Beware, they refill the freon so it works for a while, then cooler weather comes so you use it hot, then when summer comes it doesnt work and is out of warranty!!Owner seems like a fair, honest guy. I am hoping between the manufacturer and the owner they will do the right thing and fix this $1000+ Cool Zone so it works consistently (more than a month - more than 6 months) on my 10K hot tub. If they do, I will definitely update the review to be fair.

I purchased a Caldera hot tub about 9 months ago and have enjoyed my usage as a winter visitor from ND. Fortunately, I chose the new saltwater technology and it has been a whole new experience as compared to other hot tubs I have owned in the past. I am now considering replacing my hot tub back in ND with another Caldera with the saltwater system. I would highly recommend this brand and this dealer, who has provided great assistance in the ordering, set-up and overall customer service.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Pushy sales person, worse than buying a car. First 2 minutes we were told how long he has been selling hot tubs, how the tubs were designed by BMW, and each tub we asked about was the number one selling tub in the world. Another model we looked at was the exact same model a brain surgeon came in and bought. He had 9 Mercedes and 10,950 sq ft house, it was the right model for him.When looking online, their hours show they are open until 5:00 on Thursday, when calling their recording says they are open until 5:00, when we showed up at 3:56 on Thursday the doors were locked, nobody there. Sign on the door said they were open until 5:00. There was a hand written sign on the door saying they were having a sale Friday from 10:00-4:00. When we called to be sure they were open before coming back on Friday, they said they were open until 3:00. Their saleprice was nothing special. Same price as other dealers for the same model.Place was empty of customers. I would not recommended anyone visit this place for a hot tub purchase. An awful experience.We ended up going to another dealer and got a great tub for a great price and excellent service.

Interested in hot tubs, needed to know more information/specs, and wanted to see all available and Desert Hot Tubs significantly exceeded my expectations! The salesman was so helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home - calm, informed, happy, and satisfied (just like how Ill feel relaxing in my hot tub!) When me and my hubs are ready to buy we know where were going and who were getting it from - Desert Hot Tubs!

I would give it a zero but I can’t, the employee that was working was extremely rude. When we entered the only sales person was on the phone (that’s fine) but once he greeted us and asked how he could help us, we asked if they had any models with two loungers. He said, “hot springs has never made that and never will.” With that he turned and went back to the phone and didn’t have another word for us. We left with no additional options or information and won’t be buying this brand. Even potential customer service matters.

A few years ago we bought our first hot tub from them. Tom was awesome! We moved and now we are buying our second hot tub from them the same model for very similar price. They are always great to deal with our first hot tub only had one slight issue with the LCD panel. Warranty was very fair and replaced it we did have to pay a $50 service fee but nothing for the parts or the labor. Consider that to still be a fair deal nowadays. The new hot tub has the upgraded screen which looks to be better built than even the one from a few years ago. Will definitely recommend them to all our friends and neighbors thank you Tom and Dominic.

We have been shopping online and doing our research about spas. Stopped in at the store and worked with Tom. He didnt try to sell me. He understands what it means our put his customers first. He answered my questions without the hard press selling. I am a sales person and I dont like to be sold! The product and his mild mannered approach was very much appreciated. I bought my hot tub and Tom made the difference in my purchase. Thank you for being a real person to do business with.

Went in today to buy a new hot tub with cash and the salesman didn’t greet us at all, after watching us mill around for awhile he finally walked over but still was very uninterested in giving us any info or helping us at all. We had the one we wanted mostly picked out without any help from him and an older couple walked in and he helped them instead. So we walked out, drove across the street to Sunset Spas and bought one in less than 10 mins. Zero stars.

Everybody from the owner (Shayne) who sold me the hot tub to the electrician who installed my 220 line to the delivery crew was awesome, no pressure, answered all questions I had and made certain everything was working properly before they left. I bought a Hot Spring hot tub here a couple of years ago and have been enjoying it. Its been a great (fun) investment. Glad I bought from here. Tom really knows his products and can answer all your questions.

They just installed our new hot tub yesterday. (Had the one we just replaced which we also bought from them for 18 yrs!! ). Installation was efficient, friendly, arrival time earlier than scheduled, and quick - less than 1.5 hrs!! We were already in it last nite!

Late, rude, extremely poor basic customer service skills. Swung by the store to look around. 1st he was late to open the store. When he finally drove up and cared enough to open, he was on the phone and completely ignored us. No greeting or acknowledgement of our presence at all. When I asked about pricing, his response $7-20k. So we left.

I recently purchased my second Hot Springs hot tub and can only say that the level of service this time was just as exceptional as the first. The guys in the showroom were v professional, the delivery crew first class, and this time Ive got a chiller system upgrade so I can use my tub all summer at any temp I desire. Its been a great experience and Id recommend Desert Hot tubs to anyone looking for a quality hot tub.

So I bought my tub 3 years ago, I recently had to move. After calling the company electrician numerous times NO RESPONSE!!! I went with a different one. So my hot tub gets hooked up, and everything works but the heater. So I go to the store to find out way my heater won’t work, so I explain to the worker what happened. He tells me our tubs are different I should have used thier guy, I than said I tried he NEVER CALLS BACK!!!!! So with a smirk I get well he’s busy, so basically oh well!!! That’s not how you treat your customers!!!That’s when you should have contacted your guy to help fix my situation!!!

If you are looking for a swim spa, I would not waste my time here. The salesman only wanted to sell hot tubs, not swim spas.

I recently purchased the Vanguard Hot Spring spa from Desert Hot Tubs. From the moment I walked into the door, I was met with a highly professional and knowledgable sales rep and that professionalism continued on to the installation and even after when I had questions. This was a fathers day gift for my husband, so the timeframe was tight. Jeff (the owner) jumped through hoops to pull it off for me. The electrician (Nate) who they recommended was so professional that I hired him for other outdoor electrical projects. The entire experience with Desert Hot Tubs far exceeded my expectations. The quality of service is exemplary! Im also thrilled with my choice of going with the Vanguard. The moto massage, the light features, and the overall jet power make us feel like we are in 5 star resort in our own backyard! Jeff also threw in a few white robes to make sure our experience was over the top!
