Bottom line, I will not buy a mattress or frame from another company. Meeting Jen the owner at Chandler, Gilbert store for a one on one appointment took all the stress out of finding and purchasing the right mattress and frame for me personally. Her expertise, professional and pleasant disposition was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Best of all was the price compared to other companies, and there were no hidden fees or condition, except that you could not return the item because it was at a discount which Jen was upfront with. I had no problem with that. What really impressed me was the quality of the product. I purchased an adjustable frame and quilted mattress by their local company. To top my experience off Jen and her husband Jeff personally came to my house and set it up and explained set up and remote settings. You do not get this at Mattress Firm. Best kept secret for buying mattresses. Prices are amazing and they have a good selection of quality. The test mattresses werent gross like other places, and the salesperson wasnt salesy at all. Didnt feel pressured. Bought at 8:30AM and they delivered it at 10:30AM same day. Delivery fee was crazy cheap too.

They are informed, quick, nice, polite and very flexible. I was in the market for a king and a queen mattress. I did some research on my own on the kind of mattress I wanted, however Stacy was able to answer all my questions and guide me in the right direction. I purchased 2 memory foam gel mattresses for a steal. And when I reached out a few days later to purchase 2 foundations, Stacy was again quick to respond, flexible with my appointment and came with another bargain.
