Use Chandler Powersports. UNFORTUNATELY, despite this business being extremely close to my house and owning several bikes. I will not be taking my bikes here. Maybe the mechanics are good. But the guy who answered the phone made me question other MX options. He wasnt nice, helpful, or able to give me any real info on when my bike might be completed for basic MX. I was forced to call multiple times as they didnt answer when they we meant to be open. Then when they were, I was told to call again when the bikes where pushed out. Ill use Chandler Power Sports for all my MC MX needs.

These guys are solid, so much so that without ever having spent a dollar here they have earned a customer. New to MC ownership Ive been by here a couple times with newbie concerns that they could easily have made sales from and both times they have checked out my concerns, given me honest advice and sent me away. I respect a shop that doesnt need to pick off low hanging fruit. Ill be back when I have a repair need for sure.

I recently got two tires put on my bike here. I basically paid them to kill me. They didnt put my weights back on my tires didnt balance them and didnt tighten valve stem so my tires went flat. What happens when both tires go flat? Yoi can imagine. They only have a 1 star cause there was no ZERO. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE

It is true that balloons and confetti will not fall from the ceiling when you enter this establishment. If you can manage to see through some of the gruff demeanor, what youll end up finding is a great group of guys who will never lie to you, and will do excellent work on your bike. Ive spent plenty of time going through catalogs with Mike and Bob while they patiently help me make decisions on purchases. I have also been talked out of some stupid ones. Someone who doesnt give a %$&* wouldnt bother doing that. Go to Independent Motorcycles.

Ordered and changed front and rear tires and installed new mirrors and did a tune up on my Saxon and had the bike back to me in record time. They called to discuss issues and options and so you never feel like your out of the loop. Great mechanic and staff and will definitely always take my bike here when needed for anything in the future.

My son had a problem with his sportster and took it to their shop to get some major work done. I was not familiar with these guys and my son found them. I asked around and found out they had a good reputation. What I didnt know was the reputation was not even close to how fantastic these guys are. They did some solid work on his bike, and treated my son very well, even though he is a novice to bikes. They have been very helpful, answering all his questions above and beyond with the most professional patience I have ever seen. I would recommend these guys to anybody, novice or experienced. They are extremely knowledgeable, fair,excellent mechanics and very professional. Love these guys.

Came in because my brake lights wouldnt go off. Suspected itd be a minor repair.Turns out I was right but it took them almost 3 hours to figure out it needed a new brake switch ($20 part maybe 30 min labor).In total I paid $241 for a simple brake switch replacement.Asked if they could help lower the price as it was outrageous but was told they already did and actually want to charge me more!Happy that it worksUnhappy about pricing

Im sure theyre great at what they do, but the staff is a little bit demeaning, unwelcome, and not as friendly as i would like. Came in for a quote, left my number, they never called me back. Seems that they dont care if they get your business or not. Too bad, i was thinking of spending a lot of dough with them, but customer care ia first for me. Not going to bother.

They maybe good on prices but are terrible at getting the job done. Had an 87 Harley put in to get built 2 years ago. Not even half put together and they want more money. I understand the owner had bad employees but not our fault. Get the job done.

Not a big fan of these guys at all. Im an avid rider and was just stopping in to see if they could install a couple parts for me. First impression was they looked at me like im not a big rider. Maybe i dont look like a Harley kinda guy. Too clean cut. Idk. Wanted to charge me more than a normal Harley shop. Would recommend you stay with your local HD shop.
