While on a road trip back in August I stumbled onto this Tommy Bahama outlet. Not only was there selection great but the prices were fantastic. I was bummed that it was so far away and Id likely never go back. I called the store the other day to see if there was a website I could browse or order from. Much to my surprise the lady I spoke with said there wasnt a website but that they would set up a virtual tour for me and if I liked anything theyd have it shipped to me for free. If it wasnt in stock at their store they would be about to check other stores. So I set up an appointment with store manager Terrence. He was awesome. Called me right when he said he would. Walked around the store for me. Showed me everything I asked to see and even more than that. Right now so many places dont have enough people who want to work and here you have these workers who went way above and beyond. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this store. Appreciate the phenomenal customer service, it was second to none.

Excellent quality clothing, friendly and knowledgeable employees. (?) ordered jeans for me in the correct size from the warehouse, then did it again ten minutes later when I decided I wanted a second pair and came back. Go for the Memorial Day and Labor Day sales to get extraordinary bargains.

Very poor customer service. Purchased jeans that bleed dye into my hands. Was told by store manager that I should have read garment tag to see warning. I dont about most people but I dont make it a habit to read the garment tags to see warnings. I will from now on just like I will be avoiding this store in the future. Stay away and try another store.

Not one sales person explained the return policy changed to you cannot return only exchange now that dressing rooms are open when I purchased. I purchased several times during Covid when dressing rooms were closed and returned that which I didn’t think fit in my wardrobe. I don’t know, but i think it should be placed on the door if that’s your policy and the sales people don’t explain it. Every store in the outlet center refunds. What a rip off.

This is a clean store, a bit crowded with products. Love the style and choices, but low on size choices. Extremely disappointing at the massive prices, even with a 50% markdown. Just not ready to pay 80 bucks for a shirt. A little to rich for my blood.

The irregular hours are very frustrating. I’ve been three times this week during business hours and even called ahead to be sure they were open. They have been closed every time.

Specifically spent a lot of time on the phone making sure the shipping address was correct... yet, the Phoenix outlet didnt even give me shipping information email as promised... not sure where that item is... the California outlet had the item shipped to wrong address... 60 miles away... however, the Florida outlet got it right...

Love this place. Lots of TB clothes that are not as expensive as their regular store. Nice dtuff.

Not your typical outlet store. Tommy clothing is always good quality and this store stocks most of the current TB styles, including embroidered camp shirts. Clothing is usually 30-50% off retail. Yes, I know, Tommy retail is quite high. Taking advantage of an additional 25% off during Friends and Family promotion helps too.

Nice but still very expensive

Got some great shirts for a pretty good price. The girls took good care of me helped me find what I liked. Always a good place to shop.

I purchased (2) 3XXL graphic tees and I went to return them with tags on and original receipt and was denied the return. I explained I needed 3XB. The lady pointed out the return policy on the receipt which happened to be circled in red ink, indicating returns within 30 days BUT ONLY AN EXCHANGE. I explained that anyone can stand behind a counter and circle a receipt but not explain something cause I know for a fact it was not mentioned during my transaction. She offered to call a store (NV) that had mens big and tall (which I appreciated very much!) and had them check inventory but come to find out big and talls are not sold in outlets. She thought they were at this NV store. So note to everybody, what you buy from here you can not return it for a refund period - only exchanges! The original cashier did not explain the return policy.😡 Had I known this, it would have been a RED FLAG to me since my husband wears big and tall clothing, 3xb or 44s - which they do not have! Thankfully, the lady helping me gave me a refund. I still think the return policy stinks.The experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I dont think Ill ever return. Ill be glad to shop Dillards or Tommy Bahama stores but not the outlet with this stinkin return policy.

Employees here are very immature. Do not understand their clientele is upscale. They prefer to talk and gossip amongst themselves rather than assist customers. Will never go back or recommend this store. Horrible experience overall.

Some of the staff are offensinely out of touch with reality. Very dissatisfied with the some of staff. They may need counseling. Sad considering I have spent over 20 k at TB over the last 20 years to be insuted for ordering . Your brand caters to boomers. Time to change brands. You should install little safe spaces for the youngsters who work there. Maybe little pods they refect in and cry like the imature children they are .
