Decent store. I found watches, by Donna Karen, that were on a great sale. My Christmas shopping has begun.This little watch store has designer watches and a pretty good selection of them. The variety of styles is somewhat limited, but was no better at the other watch shops I checked. Sales help was attentive and courteous without being bothersome.Three stars from me indicates that my expectations were met. That is where I begin my scoring. Disappointing me loses stars while pleasant surprises will earn added stars.

The first time i went into the Watch Stop I received terrible customer service which was really disappointing. However, the second time I went in, the wonderful Marlene and Shelli helped me and they were terrific. I ended up getting 2 watches and they gave me a discount for my past bad experience at their location. Excellent customer service!

Multiple brands and plenty of styles. Helpful customer service, let you take out any number of models you want to compare before locking on to 1. Better to visit this place on a Wednesday or Thursday, there is a good chance for great discounts be offered during the two days.

I have order a watch online it has delivered late. Another watch i have purchased and it was available on the website and I have got no email or anything 5 days long. After i have received an email that says they are unable to fullfill my item. I went to the store two days after i made online purchase and they have available in the store. How come they have no availability and it took 5 days. They have charged from me and now telling me to wait 5-7 days for refund also. How come they have the watch on the listing which is not available and letting me know 5 days after. Thats totally not professional!!

Purchased a watch, and the band broke within 3 months. I went in to get it fixed/replaced and they told me the warranty only covered the mechanical portions of the watch and offered to sell me a new one at the same price I paid previously.
