Do you train work at night. shouldnt get stop 3 times

I arrived before 8 am to be a loaded as a paying customer. It’s 904am I’m still waiting. The employees are unloading trucks instead of taking care of customers as far as I can tell. When it would prob take 2 minutes to process my load and send me on my way.
