Everytime we call no matter what time of day they never answer not one time have I called and they answer the phone smh whats the purpose of having employees if they do not do there job!!!!!

Walked into this store just for some headphones and the guy working there was like “wanna add another line” I said no and he said “why not” and I said I didn’t need it and then he said “upgrade your phone” and I was like “uh no thanks I have a newer iPhone already” I just feel like they are really aggressive with trying to force you into getting things and it kind of made me uncomfortable when I was already spending $60 on some headphones. Then he was like “sell me your phone and use it to upgrade” I am new to the area and was looking for a new metro store to go to, but I don’t think this one will be it.

I went to get a replacement phone was told I could not receive a upgrade had to pay full price for a phone decided I did not like the phone 2 hours later I returned to return the phone and was refused a refund because it was an upgrade
