I was not that please. The body work looks great. When I picked up my car it was sluggish to start. Which was not the problem when I dropped it off. This is a vehicle I drove daily. it was sluggishly turning over for a few hours. My tail light was out on the side that the work was completed.. Not sure if it had something to do with the repair of the body work. Other than that top work looks good.

Wow, what a great team and services provided! I brought the car with a dent and some scratches on it into them on my schedule. Joey came out within 5 minutes to look at the car and had the estimate within 10 minutes after that. I had a small ding on my right bumper which also impacted the rear skid plate. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, as I was doing it as a self pay vs. running through my insurance. Once I agreed to have them do the work, they ordered the parts and got them within 4 days (Joey had told me it would probably take 5, so I was pleasantly surprised). Then I brought the car in on the following Monday and two days later, I picked the car up looking like new. I also received text messages every day as to the progress and it was completed on time just as Joey had promised. The entire process couldn’t have been handled any smoother and was totally professional and stress free! When I picked up the car today, the repairs looked amazing, the car had also been washed, the tires shined and the entire inside was cleaned and vacuumed and it looked great!. This was my first time using CCC but if I ever need any more body work done on my car, this is the only place I will ever go! Hats off to Joey, Tiffany and the entire team! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I hit a deer with my 2003 350z took it to them to fix it through my insurance. It took them weeks to just to be able to get approval on the work that needs to be done, not because of insurance wasnt responding but they were to lazy to call or follow up with the insurance. Every time I called my rep Dylan he had no updates and would call back later on the day to give me updates. They would not do anything until I called them which got very tiring. Finally after getting approval for work they ordered parts. They ordered the wrong front bumper and did not bother checking to see if its right one before they primed and painted which delayed the process even more. Finally got the call from Dylan saying he did the quality control and the car is ready. When I went in I was really disappointed. The front bumper had a gap on the right side where you can fit your thump in between. The lights they changed was not working. The new hood they installed had a dent and the paint on it looked like a 7 year old did it and the hood would not close. I refused to take the car at that condition and took them another 4-5 days to complete. The new hood still has bunch of blemishes and scratches. I honestly just give up trying to deal with them. I highly do not recommend taking you business to them. They didnt bother for an apology. I dropped off my car on July 29 and picked up on October 11th almost 2.5 months for a terrible job. If you care about your car slightly take it somewhere else.

I want to first give a shout out to Cristy. She is the representative I worked with who works out of the BMW of Sterling dealership where I had gone to take my 535i for some paint repairs. I had originally gotten an estimate from another local body shop but their estimate was wildly high and it included a lot of unnecessary part removal. I came to Cristy first just to get a second opinion, and then she broke down a different estimate that was significantly less (and more accurate) for the work I needed done. Some may read less and may think that quality may suffer, but I can guarantee you that the quality work that Karl and his team did on my vehicle was outstanding and as per the standards Id expect out of a body shop that is the main shop for BMW. Hopefully I wont have any more damages in the future, but if I do I would be extremely happy to return to Cristy and her team for a reasonable estimate and high quality work.

Competent repairs done on time - on older vehicle. Went the extra mile to quickly locate hard to find parts on secondary market for. took care of much of the logistics with rental and insurance. I would recommend.

I just had the most amazing experience at Centreville Collision. I had some minor damage to my Nissan and they were recommended to me. I went in for an estimate and was greeted right away by super friendly Curtis at the front desk. My estimator was Dylan and he took terrific care of me! He worked n a fast, efficient, and fair manor. The parts were in by the next day and I was back to get the work done. After only a few hours it was completed and I was back to pick it up. The price was exactly as promised. (Very competitive!!!) They did an amazing job!! They washed and vacuumed my car and I must say it hasn’t looked this good in a long time! All in all I had an amazing experience and 10/10 would recommend Centreville Collision for any body work you need. Fantastic prices, customer service and quality work! Its rather a great experience to have car serviced in this auto body shop. The quality of work is excellent and Karl is very punctuated, he provides the status update throughout via the text message. It turned out to be an ontime delivery with a fully repaired and washed car.

Super happy with their overall process of getting my vehicle repaired. Wrecked my car after a deer incident (see dash cam photo) so I needed to quickly find a body shop that my insurance company worked with, but importantly, needed to get it fixed ASAP. Everything went smoothly, from scheduling, insurance claim, paperwork, status updates, and completion time. When it was finally ready to be picked up, my vehicle was washed, vacuumed and waiting for me. If you need it done promptly and right, I would highly recommend trusting your vehicle here.

My insurance sent me somewhere else before to get my windows fixed, and I had issues with them - after I got my car, I wish I had gone here instead. This location came highly recommended by at the local dealership that I use. I thought that the communication and customer service was very good. We had a car repaired there several years ago and it was completed with no issue.My recent minor repair was a small ding on the door with a 2 inch long scratch. It took 7 days to complete. When I went to pick up the vehicle it still had the minor ding in the door. I returned the next day to pick my vehicle again and there was a blemish in the paint that needed to be buffed out. The company was very friendly but the quality control definitely needs some work.

Outstanding service. I needed to get my driver’s side mirror replaced, and a damaged bumper fixed, after a minor fender-bender. GEICO sent me here, and the service was fast and seamless, including pick-up and drop off of the rental car loaner, and the work perfectly done. Communication was top notch, and they even rushed to make sure I could pick up the car early on the day it was to be finished, sending an employee to pick up a part that was scheduled to arrive later in the day. I also greatly appreciated the excellent car wash! Really positive experience from beginning to end.

This is my second visit to Centreville Collision Center, both times due to being hit in an accident. They do great work; the car comes back way better that it looked before the accidents. The people are great there. Both times Daisy has been my service representative. She knows her business she genuinely cares about the quality and and meeting commitments. After an Chevy Equinox SUV slammed into the driver side of my Mini Cooper, I had it towed to Sterling Mini. They had my car taken to Centreville Collision Center for repairs.They started taking care of the cosmetic damage, but as they took my car apart, they found more and more damage. From the damage to the body of my car, right down to the struts and alignment, Centerville Collision Center took care of every bit of damage.Centreville Collision Center worked with my insurance adjuster every step of the way, and kept me up to date on the progress of my car every few days.When I picked my car up it looked brand new. Unfortunately, I have needed to use Centerville Collision Center a few times for dents and a deer collision. The work has always been perfect. Like new. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. While Im not looking forward to returning soon, I will if necessary. CCC is terrific for quality at a fair price.

Brought my Honda Civic 2018 SE after a rear end collision accident. Talked with Larry and Daisy about a preliminary estimate and concerns on what would be the next process luckily they are a USAA Certified repair shop and went through the insurance. Karl informed me daily on what was being done and also sent me a notice on when it was completed. The car came in great shape and looked brand new.Will be a continuing customer and already scheduled another appointment for another possible repair.

Centreville Collision is the only place Ill go from now on! They did an amazing job on our SUV. When we gave them our SUV, it had a large amount of damage on one side because someone ran into the side of us and scraped the whole side of the car. When we got it back it looked brand new! These guys are amazing although my vehicle was not worked on at the shop and just stored there they were extremely understanding. Wally was my direct contact, my vehicle was rear ended and no longer operable I stored the vehicle at this location and even with minimal lot space they worked with me understanding my situation and reasoning with me even though insurance companies were extremely slow. I would take any of my vehicles to this shop to be worked on just for the pure fact that these were stand up and honest people. Thank you to the entire staff and Wally for all of the assistance and guidance you have provided me!!!!

Great Experience! I dinged my car up bringing it out of the garage. I let it go for a while but that scratch really bugged me.I took it to CCC and they fixed it up, looks completely new. Cant tell at all that it had the scratches.When I got the car back it was washed and vacuumed. Awesome extra touch.

I usually dont write reviews but I cant stop myself describing this horrible place!I dont understand why they are so lazy! yes they are nice but that doesnt help!! everyday you get a promise date to receive your car they cancel their promise and give a new one and cancel and give a new one and so and so.the work that takes another body shop a week to be done is taking longer than 3 weeks with them! how terrible this is.. they promise to call you with updates, they never do,, you have to follow up and call every single time... surprisingly they asked me to rate them well on a survey!

Work took for ever to complete. Window was damaged by them and the replacement was then charged to my insurance. While the vehicle was in there possession the tire side wall was punctured by a drywall nail (i.e., dry wall was being installed in the adjacent warehouse unit). Keys were handed to my wife with the vehicle covered in dust and a completely flat tire. Worst of all, unnecessary work was done increasing the overall claim of the repair, which was quietly charged to my insurance.

I had needed a new front bumper on my Jeep and USAAA recommended Centreville Collison Center. I’m glad I took it here. Karl and his team did an amazing job and had my Jeep back to me under the estimated timeframe. I was really pleased with their communciation, friendliness and professionalism. The Jeep looks brand new. If I ever need body work repairs again, I’ll be back.

Very bad place. When I got hit In the front of my car, on the passenger side. My rotor, on the front finder was all messed up. I was sent to CCC, to get everything fixed because they were supposed to be good. State Farm, was the company that had sent me to this place. Both of them were bad and rude, they dont care about anything but money and I would never step foot there again. Horrible experience and place as well as people and company. State Farm, is a very bad car insurance as well. CCC, is a very dissatisfying place to get anything done there They lied to me and my wife who was pregnant at the time. They told us that everything was fine, when it was not and they wanted to fix the car, the cheapest way possible. When I got my car back, my car was not wheels in the front were not aligned. Also, my front passenger rotor was still broke. When I told them about it they said it was not broke and not there problem. They are not professional about anything there and really need a better boss and organization to run the place. Someone trustworthy and loyal to customers.

My vehicle was sent here for warranty paint work. After the first attempt to fix the issue, the caused more paint damage to the vehicle and ended up having to leave the vehicle there again for the problems to be addressed. The factory clear coat has adhesion issues and instead of removing the clear from the entire bumper, they sprayed a new layer over the existing bad and poorly bonded layer. Very lazy work. I have since removed the bumper myself to have another body shop fix the problem the right way and in doing so I have found $1620 worth of damaged parts due to this body shops carelessness when removing and installing the bumper. I wasnt a stickler with deadlines as I just wanted my paint issue resolved, but they consistently fell behind on promised dates as well.

Centreville collusion took great care of my car. It looks brand new. My case manager Larry updated me every day and delivered car on time as promised.

This body shop its the worst body shop ever they are no professional look the picture the black car thats how they paint two color the color they paint its no the same as the original . En scratches all over the car . Sucks.

Overall I am satisfied with the work performed. They do seem to lack attention to detail. Two small spots on car were not painted all the way leaving it exposed and when I went to pick car up there were malfunction lights on the dash. Dont expect to be updated throughout the repair either.
