Good service nice people unload in 30 minutes.

Company states that they will only come once a month now. I ask the rep why he stated because of routes. When I told them that they had to come every week to food lion anyway the rep tried to change the story to how many stops.This is a very childish company. They don’t want to deliver but they want the route.They are very unorganized and very disrespectful to how they handle small business.They want to deliver once a month to my station when they go to food lion every week.Alcohol Delivered is a territorial business, there are no other options.Premium Distributors are not reliable, they have become worst over the years and they continue to do so.All the reps are a bunch of tools that can’t function without calling someone else.The CEO of this company is very dumbfounded to allow his company to treat small business with no equality.Please do something different or Ibotta that they file for bankruptcy one day.

Terrible. If you are a small business/small account and have the option to not sell the beer premium distributes- DON’T use Premium. They are notorious for sending expired kegs to small accounts, and my business is no exception. When they sent me an expired keg, I called to have it replaced. They replaced it with another expired keg! And refuse to give me a refund, only state that they will replace it. Nope. The reps are stretched way too thin (in my case, not my reps fault). Upper management is arrogant and could not care less. When I initially met with Premium to discuss using them as one of my distributors, I mentioned their terrible reviews and was told, “Oh, those reviews are just from tiny accounts that get frustrated with us”. Well, I should have listened to those tiny accounts. I feel sorry for the smaller breweries that are locked in with Premium, as they undoubtedly suffer from the extension of Premium’s terrible reputation.

Unprofessional service. We ordered on Jan25 and scheduled to be delivered on Feb13. We called and check on the order. They said they changed routing without telling the customers. The representative kept telling we couldn’t do deliver same day. It is not same day!!!!!! IT’S 2 WEEKS AHEAD ORDER! Unacceptable, unprofessional, bad customer service,

Do not do business with this company!!!! One of their truck drivers blocked my mothers driveway in Old Town Alexandria and when she couldn’t get out to leave in the morning I had to come over and find the truck drive to get them to allow her to leave her house. I couldnt find the driver so I called their office and left a voice mail. 10 minutes later once I was late to work and she was late to work the driver moved the truck. When I asked the driver to be more considerate next time hes in old his response was Its No Big Deal. I wonder if the owner of Premium Distributors of VA LLC would mind giving me their home address and let me park in front of their driveway for 20 minutes in the morning when they want to go to work or take their kids to school apparently “It’s No Big Deal” to prevent them from leaving their home.

Its really a shame because they have some good people working for them. The sales reps and drivers Ive met have all had great attitudes. However the higher ups have forced me to not want to do business with this company. Im supposed to place orders on a Sunday when there is absolutely no one available to assist me. Neither of my sales representatives are ever on site at either of my locations nor do they contact me at any point during the week. Its like they dont want to sell beer. That and weve been forced into bi-weekly deliveries. I currently have over $300 sitting in my cart but none of it will be ordered because they wont be able to deliver for another week. Go do business with Hop & Wine or VA Eagle where its clear they care about their clients.

Terrible customer service and a terrible company in general. They are always late and always rude. Now they stopped their drivers from unloading the beer. Im running a busy and successful family business, I do not have the time nor labor force to unload hundred of cases of beer. Wish we could boycott them. I would like to buy from another company but premium has the monopoly in my area. I spend thousands with them each week, so if anyone else knows another company please let me know.

Theyre fast and unloading no parking on the streets and no staging area so dont get there too early

Your receiver Garther is probably one of the best Ive seen, its pretty bad when one man is more efficient and does a far better job than when you have multiple people on your dock. Sadly the new reciever you have on the dock I feel their last day will be the same as their first, they have been here how many months and still doesnt know where the trailer numbers are on paperwork or even that they as a receiver have to sign the BOL. PLEASE get him some better help! Im not the only one that dreads the days when hes off!

Unorganized.if u here for the 1st time.you need to bring food with u.they dont tell you when to back in the dock and when they done unloaded you.space are tight too.no overnight parking.

Worst beer distributorship in my 30+ years of restaurant ownership.Lost 2 of my orders and never bother to call me back. wanted to complain but was put through the phone maze. too bad they have exclusive distributorship on a few beers I use.

Got there to unload Friday at 12:15 pm wouldnt unload me had to sit the entire weekend for 15 minutes

I pick up & drop trailer off there an there never nobody around Ive never met the shipper had to walk all the way on the another side of the warehouse to get help last night came to pick trailer up it was in the door an the jockey truck was steal hook to it an a again nobody around to help

If i could give this company a zero i would,this is the worse company i have seen,take advantage of the little customers leave them with no product, forcing to get 10 or more cases at one time,the abuse this system like a monopoly because system allows them to do it.this is not the right way to do business,even better business bureau cannot do anything about it,
