The process of buying the car was so easy and relaxing. The dealership was very willing to work with the price of the vehicle. All in all this experience was more wonderful. After doing a bit of research online, I saw that this dealership had a pretty decent assortment of cars in my price range. I showed up and all of the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. It was the perfect balance of them wanting to sell you a car but not being in your face about it at the same time. They offer a third party warranty on their cars which makes you feel more confident in buying even a little bit older cars. Overall, a relaxing, no pressure, positive experience at this dealership, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Not a solid place to purchase a vehicle. When they offer an extended warranty its not because they care about future mishaps, its because the cars they sell arent mechanically sound to be sold and they know it. You would spend less money and have the same end product if you bought the car yourself from a junk auction. Save your time and money and go to a reputable dealership. Precise is one step below a buy here pay here. Do yourself a favor and ignore any vehicles this lot has to offer.

The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Megan was a wonderful help with purchasing our vehicle. Finding a place to park when you arrive is very difficult due to the way the dealership shares lots with other car places. Also the vehicles are kept in another lot so you will have to wait for them to bring the car over for your test drive. They clean and power wash the vehicle for your test drive which is very nice. While waiting the staff is very thoughtful and we were offered complimentary beverages. Even though they were very busy they were polite, friendly, and helpful to everyone who entered. Also quite knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Vehicles are also priced very competitively.

Found a car online at Precise that I wanted to check out. Scheduled a time to come look at. When I got there, car had to be retrieved from a lot which took about 10-15 minutes. Car was dirty but I test drove it. I really liked it although I would have liked to have seen it clean. Decided a day later to make offer. I accepted a counter offer and made a deposit to hold for a week. Just picked it up today. Car looks excellent and clean and gassed up. Everyone I dealt with was excellent and polite. Tamim and Harris were excellent and have great personal skills. Although I only interacted with Megan via email, she was super helpful and answered any questions I had swiftly. Would definitely recommend them and buy from again! Thanks Precise Automotive!!

Not good. Website is vague. Would not recommend this place because you dont get to see the inventory.

Nice over the phone but bad follow up and obvious lies taking place behind the scenes. It doesnt take a long time to replace a vacuum hose if that really is what was wrong with the car I wanted to see. Be honest with customers and many will still buy, but when you lie and dont follow up, you will lose business like with me.

Do not waste your time, I have been on the phone with Roy for two days trying to buy a 2010 challenger and you wouldn’t believe the excuses he has to not sell me the car. I’m on the MS GulfCoast so I’m buying from online piics I’ve seen but since it’s a good deal I told him I’m ready now fax the paperwork to my bank. He replied, send me a copy of a pre approval letter, ok so I did. I didn’t hear back from him then I called him the next day and again said what’s the hold up send the paperwork he then informs me that he needs a deposit to show that I’m serious, I responded I’m trying to buy it right now why do I need to send a deposit he then says we’ll there are four people in here right now trying to buy it. What good is a deposit if people are lined up to buy it? So I call his bluff and I said ok I’ll put a deposit down he said ok I’ll call you back. I still haven’t heard back from him.

I just want to say right out the gate this small dealership is the best in the area period. The professionalism and the customer service are beyond what you get at any of the other dealerships. They are very customer eccentric and ensure their customers stay happy. I purchased a vehicle from here and it turned out not to be the right fit and issues with titling and many other things. Meghan went above and beyond to ensure i got into the right vehicle and fix the issues i had with the car and titling. Not did she fix the issue for me she also got me out of older car with a terrible interest rate she got me into a newer car with a better bank and a way lower interest rate while keeping my car payment practically the same. Went to look at a vehicle that turned out to be JUNK. Had my loan officer reach out to try and work with them on a vehicle and they where super rude to her. Even the ability to park at this place is horrific as its lumped in with like 20 other dealerships in a strip mall type layout.

Precise automotive group based in chantilly Va. I met with a salesman named mellad. Mellad made sure that my vehicle was pulled around front ready for the test drive in 15 minutes. Fully detailed I should add. If you’re looking to buy a used vehicle I highly recommend precise auto.

These guys are fantastic! I bought my first car from them, and after an extremely messy experience with another dealership I was shocked how smoothly everything went. They did everything they could to make sure the process was as easy as possible, and even gave me some advice to make things less expensive for me on the other ends of the process (financing and registering). They are a fantastic dealership with a wide array of options, and extremely helpful staff. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a used car check them out.

Very friendly staff when you enter the door; very easy to converse with. Called ahead to confirm the car I wanted to look at was still on the lot and confirmed my time of arrival to look at it (was coming in from out of town). Biggest issue: location! They are in a very cramped industrial park with other car maintenance and sales businesses. This made it hard to find and almost left without looking at the car. Minus one star for that.As for when I did get there. The car was ready for a test drive and they allowed me to take it out for a thorough test and personal inspection (have been working on cars all my life). The car had a few typical issues for a vehicle of its age, but the staff I discussed it with was quick to dismiss my concerns with either an abnormal explanation or Itll pass inspection. They admitted theyve dropped the price due to sitting on it for several months and did not appear eager for a sale. I cant ding them on that too much as I didnt bother seriously negotiating with them as there was another car I was looking at buying and ultimately went with the other car, but their excuses didnt leave me wanting to come back. It seems like they are focused on letting the cars sell themselves.

Without any doubt, this was the best automotive buying experience i have ever had (and I am retired from the industry!) Picking a vehicle is the easy part, where it gets weird is dealing with finance offices. That was not the case here! Megan (finance office) was a dream from the very first contact! We live out of state and never saw her in person yet, Megan made sure we got a great financing deal AND did everything in her power to make sure we are satisfied customers! I am completely and totally satisfied and will recommend Precise to everyone i know. Sorry Megan, Im giving your name so you will have lots of work to do! 😁Thank you for a great exlerience.

We went there with the intention to check out a Beetle, 2015. They were so kind and polite to us and Megan Torres was upfront and personable with us. Crooks . 100%. June 5 2021 we bought a Land Rover from them for 11k.. they said they put 4K of work into the car including new breaks and a new parking break . The parking break light was on but was told it’s bc they replaced it and a dealership needs to turn the light off, that’s all. Inspection sticker good til 3/22. June 6 after purchasing I took it to mechanic for a work over -look at before I took it on a long trip ... he found the parking break was installed incorrectly and has caused about 4K damage for repair, additionally I would need to replace breaks by august bc they are 3/4 of the way worn .. while on my trip the radiator blew and cost 3800 to repair ... upon returning I took the rover to Land Rover dealership to get second opinion on parking break issue - they’ve quoted me 6k to repair the damage their mechanics did . Also, the inspection sticker they put on it was fake bc the car won’t pass inspection without parking break repaired . So they did not install new breaks bc they’re worn and dangerous.. parking break install they broke pieces for proper connection and now requires compete under rebuild to pass inspection. 11k has turned into 22k ( coat and repairs) in 2 months of purchase.DO NOT BUY FROM tHEM... I have called multiple times over the last two months and never gotten a return call. 100% crooks

Giving Precise a 5 star rating and if i could give 20 stars i would. I reached out to them asking if they can get me the car I have been looking for for a while. They said they can absolutely help me. Found me the perfect 2010 BMW M5 I was looking for. And on top of that I found a very clean Volkswagen GTI that I bought. So far I’ve gotten 2 cars from them and they didn’t disappoint. Great customer service, great communication unlike many other dealerships. Employees are inattentive. Online pictures were in no way accurate representations of the car’s physical appearance. Online, they boast a $499 processing fee, but the actual processing fee is $699. A $200 discrepancy isnt that big of a deal in the grand scheme of buying a car, but you would just expect that whats advertised online is true and real. There was a blatant lack of transparency from the salesperson. The more he talked, it became clear he didnt know what he was talking about or he was flat-out lying. Either way, it was a complete waste of time. Perhaps your experience will be better. (Also, I wouldnt say theyre taking Covid-19 protocols seriously. Some people wore masks, while others, including the girl at the front desk, did not.)

I 10/10 would buy from Precise Automotive Group again.Ive researched for a car for at least 3 months. I pretty much knew what I wanted, what kind of condition it needed to be in, and how much I should pay for it. And I had gone to multiple dealers before going with Precise Automotive group. Those experiences werent the best, and I work in customer service so I know what to look for.Upon calling Precise Automotive Group I was greeted by Angel who has been an absolute sweetheart from day one. I mean she even kept following up with me. And not in an annoying car salesman way, but just to keep a line of communication about the car. I really wanted it and Precise Automotive Group had the best price 200 miles from me.Anyways we worked the details out and I drove down from Baltimore, did a test drive, did basic checks on tires, engine compartment, and checked oil, and signed. Now a proud owner of a newer crossover.The vehicle flawlessly passed inspection In MD( you have to have it state inspected when buying outofstate). And I just got my tags and registration which Angel mailed me. Excellence car buying experience, and it was by far a better one than Heritage Honda in Westminster. So yeah, dont sleep on the smaller dealers.Thanks guys, Im be checking in for the next car.

After 3-4 visits to Precise Automotive Group, I made the purchase. After being the typical wary and skeptical buyer, I became convinced that this is certainly a different kind of dealership. Transparency Harris told me is key and first thing you are met with is a free Carfax and an inventory that is a cut above the rest in terms of quality and cleanliness. Also, friendly un-intimidating staff, and a very clean place. The few staff is non-pressure to the point you don’t know that they are staff. Amin, Harris, and Megan treat you like you are there to purchase their most expensive vehicle, no matter if you are there for the least expensive car. You will find a wide range from high-end luxury cars to economical college kid or new parent cars. I purchased something in between and after my purchase, Amin and Harris insisted on detailing the car again before I drove it off the showroom. Amazing! I have been to many used car lots, but this is probably the only one I would send family to. The whole experience was rewarding and pleasant and the best thing is that the car I bought is better than advertised. Fresh oil and new brakes for instance. WORST CAR DELEAR EVER. Don’t buy a car from them. The literally patched up a broken car and gave it to us. We bought a Range Rover from them 2 months ago. Literally 2 days later the check engine came on. We took the car back and they told us it was the gas tank. Only to find out with my mechanic it was an engine problem. We took the car back and they told us they fixed it. About a month later, the car broke down again. We called them and ask them about the issue, they then told us that our manufacture insurance has expired and can’t do nothing about the problem. We now have to spend couple of thousands to change the entire engine. Don’t believe anything they tell you. I wish I had never bought that car from there. Don’t make the same mistake I did, choose another dealer.

2010 Ford Ranger XL RWD Extended Cab V6 with the tow package, not the easiest truck to get at a fair price these days. The price was good, the service was great (thanks Megan), the truck runs perfectly and was extremely clean. Im knocking off one star for their failure to mention that the key we were provided did not open the doors. I honestly wouldnt even take off a star for that but my elderly father locked himself out of his truck Id just bought for him in the middle of the night on top of a cold mountain and I thought I was about to get disowned for that screw up... anyhow, Ill buy again. He loves the truck!

I had my FaceTime test drive today with Mr Tamim, he was a true professional and let me know every detail that was wrong with the BMW i was trying to buy to the smallest details after it was done i was good to go, and decided to buy the car write away with no hesitation and i live in TX 15 hundred miles away. Thank you Mr Tamim for your attention to detail and your costumer service.

Bought a new to me BMW 328i from them. Extremely helpful in getting through all the paperwork and licensure. No hidden fees or anything, paperwork lays out everything clearly.EDIT: After owning the vehicle there are several things BMW service department found with the vehicle that a basic inspection would have uncovered. First of which was one of the rear wheels was cracked and had JB Weld applied so it would hold air. The second was a leaking rear differential main seal which was easily visible once on a lift. The front right wheel bearing was worn out. Finally, the valve cover gasket was failing and had to be replaced. None of these items were covered by the drivetrain plus plan they sold me on at the time. These were basic safety/maintenance items that were for some reason missed during their mechanical inspection. While the car is beautiful, these are things that I should have been made aware of as a customer and whoever did the inspection should not be used again.
