Stay away! They tried to defraud my wife, told her the dryer motor was bad ($560 repair) when we told them we thought there was an electrical fire in the control board. If you smelled anywhere near the board, you could smell burnt plastic. Called the owner, and he claimed that technicians sometimes make mistakes. Wasnt willing to take responsibility for his staff. His tech never even removed the panel to look. When I got home and pried it off, there were melted parts everywhere. Take some free advice, call someone else. Maybe they will do a good job and not try to steal your money for unneeded repairs.

Gill was extremely professional and competent. He fixed our stove and oven problems quickly and completely. He gave me additional tips to maintain our appliances. Very much appreciated. I would recommend this service to anyone. Excellent service.

Well lets just put it this way for same day service they were literally amazing i had called them to come fix my refrigerator it was leaking and making a noise that cause the fridge to get a little bit hot the tech came in on time introduced himself he told me your more then welcome to stay and watch he was telling me about the fridge what was going on with it pretty much giving me a little lesson on whats causing the problem and whats, what. he told me he had to order a part and he could get it over night he did he came back the next day installed it and my fridge is working as brand new! they were amazing i would honestly recommend them to my family and friends because they gave me outstanding service

I had a problem with my refrigerators freezer. I called these guys and a technician showed up as soon as he could within an hour. He figured out the problem and told me that it was the evaporator motor. He got me a price quote and actually went to pick up the part for me and within just a few hours my refrigerator was back to normal and functioning properly. I highly recommend these guys!

Mr. Gill was so professional that he just looked at our refrigerator (GE Profile) and then updated us that what was the fault. He ordered the part and replaced it. And our refrigerator is back in business. I will say that Mr. Gill is a appliance doctor.

When our dryer stopped working, we wanted to save the money so we watched youtube videos, read instructions, did our research, but things did not go as planned so I decided to call the experts I ended up saving time and money. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable service time was fast. Within 2 hours after I made the call my dryer was running like new again. I am very happy with fast and reliable service in chantilly area.

The receptionist was friendly and polite and they responded quickly.On the downside the techinician was surly and unhelpful. I asked for the service manager to call me back, but he did not.I cannot recommend this company as a reliable and trustworthy company. I will never call them again.

Fast service..

Needed GE refrigerator repair called ge people and was told that it will take a week for them to come out and take a look at it. I called chantilly appliance repair people and was told that technician will come between 12-3. Tech was on time and repair my refrigerator right then and there. Will surely use them again.
