For accessibility assistance. Would not allow service animal who needed to accompany my daughter with ID but was not yet completely trained (she has experience and certification for public access). i was honest when i entered the store to get the manager and let them know of the situation but they would not let her in. they would not even have known had i just walked in. so much for being honest. disability unfriendly store and store management. Not going back there anymore.

Normally I give Costco 5 stars. They have great stuff good prices. But this time was a little different, on my way out some guy That works there that seems to be like hes going to check your cart, grabs my receipt out of my hand so he can check the see if I have automatic renewal on my membership And starts to walk over to a computer. I dont appreciate that, they need to get rid of him. I will take care of my own auto renewal on membership. I will go to the customer service counter if I want somebody looking up my account.

Stopped here to get some new tires and walked around Costco while waiting for the tires. This store layout is slightly different than Fairfax, and I like Fairfax better because Fairfax always have a huge section of specialty, seasonal junk food in the center aisle near the freeze section. Both locations have a gas station. Fairfax is much bigger.Verizon monthly deals are much better than Verizon store prices! $2 cheaper per month! Just need to make sure they have the phone!

Costco is the best of the warehouse stores. The Chantilly location is very well run, and the manager is very serious about masks and COVID safety. That makes me very happy. This location has a gas station, tire shop, bakery, and everything else you would expect. Additionally, they have a great selection of items, and very reasonable grocery prices. You just have to buy eggs by the 4 dozen. Its in a bit of a funny location, around the back of the shopping center... But its totally worth the trip, and the membership fee. Milk, eggs, and bread are a bargain... And you cant find better gas prices.

Great location with lots of parking, a gas station and even better selection in the store! While they’re always crowded, the lines move fast and you can be in and out in no time plus the employees are always so friendly.

The wait times at the tire center are atrocious. I waited for 30 minutes in line just to check in my car. On pick up I had to wait another 30 minutes. Then they handed me a piece of paper and I had to go around to the work area where the guys where installing in the tires. Another line to get the keys. There has to be a better way to do this Costco. Drop off and pick up should not take this long. I think you can streamline the process so its easier and quicker.

Love the Tues /Thurs early opening for seniors.

This store is well organized and stocked. Although products move around some, I generally find them within an aisle where I expect them. Checkout is very efficient. They often have someone organizing the lines to move customers through safely.

Gas pumps were crowded during this near noon visit. Some paper products were available with fewer on display than normal. Customers were able to check out quickly. Good day at Costco!!

Clean warehouse.. Good prices.. Some familiar items are sometimes moved to another area. Only slight issues is the excessive shopping carts that stick out into the flow of traffic..

Parking lot is crazy but the store is great.

Its spacious and not too crowded on weekdays. It has a lot of variety and also has self check out counters if you have less items in your cart.

Love my Costco! On an early Wednesday afternoon it was fully stocked, not at all crowded, and almost everyone was wearing a mask. There were plenty of check out lines open and, as always, check out was quick and efficient.

Pretty normal Costco with food area, pharmacy, deli, walk-in freezers, gas station, optometry office, mechanic, etc. No complains.

🛍🛒 Every Costco, besides the basics, sells different items as it caters to the market around its area so we do like to stop at a different Costco from our home to see what they have thats unique to that Costco from food to products.🚗🚶 It doesnt seem to matter the time or day, parking close to the Entrance seems to be difficult to find, however, we dont mind walking so we dont even bother.👥😃😒 Workers at this Chantilly location seem okay with Customer Service.📦 They dont have bags, however, plenty of boxes!🍽🍔 They seem to have more selections of food at this food court, as they sold a double cheeseburger (yet Costco didnt have mayo for your burger 😕), however, they didnt have the electronic computer ordering thats in the Costco near our home.🏃👍 They do have a Self Check-out at this Chantilly location so we were in and out of line quicker than the food court line 🙄.📱😩 You can now access your Membership card on your phone. Not sure about the iPhone, however, the Android app glitches and is very 🐌 slow. 🚫⛽ Phone Not accepted at the gas stations.🇺🇸 No Military Discount as everything they sell is already discounted.🚫💰 Every month they have different items on sale and certain items that we frequently use (i.e. detergent), we stock up on. 💸They do Not accept Outside Coupons.

Amazing whole sale setup. Great return policy.Keeps less variety of anything & everything they sell but whatever they sell are of great quality. That’s the trust I have.Weekends are usually quite crowded at this place.The in-house food court is great for pizza & shakes.The sell gas ⛽️ as well & the price is cheapest in the area.Overall, we all just love it!

This costco lowers the standards of Overall costco, the manager named Bailey is rude and unprofessional lacks the very basic customer service skills. I am one of the most loyal customers of Costco as well as fan of their business model and quite honestly tell, he ( Mr. Bailey) degraded the entire business model Costco have built. Please go to the Fairfax store and learn some customer service skills, they do it right at Fairfax.Fyi, I am sorry to give 1 star review to entire store due to actions of one individual.

Apparently even if you are a member, this location will not help you unless you have the physical card. Having the card listed on a payment app, such as Samsung Pay, is not good enough for assistance. Even if it includes the membership number, as well as a barcode to be scanned. Was directed to the manager of the checkout who then stated that they were unable to allow me to checkout, even with having the digital version of the card available. This issue was not presented to me upon entering where the gentlemen checking the cards allowed me to go in. Would not recommend this store.

Costco is nice, they have good deals. Long lines go by fast. The customer service is garbage though.

After 15 months of the pandemic I decided to actually go to Costco. Buying things online Ive discovered is convenient and was great during the pandemic but sooo much more expensive. I did alot.ofnshipping with Amazon prime and was still more expensive. Today I went to Costco to see if it was going to be the typical disaster and all day affair. Not at all. I was in and out in 30 minutes and OMG the prices are sooooo much cheaper. Just a comparison. A Kirkland brand of 30 roll toilet paper was 19.99 at Costco and is $34.00 on Amazon. The same brand of bulk underarm deodorant was Dove two pack on Amazon was $10.00 but in Costco the same brand but a 4 pack was $12.99.Checking out was easy and fast. Less than 5 minutes. Im guessing people are still buying online but after testing it today I wont be thanks to Costco.

This Costco has always been clean and well maintained in my experience. The main problem I experience at this store is that it is very busy during the weekend, with the line sometimes being as long as 30-40 carts. To avoid the lines, I recommend shopping during the week if possible.

Prefer Fairfax location poor selection many items not in inventory. Also food court is an absolute night mare. Unpleasant employees.

Love the selection of items, the price, the taste stations of samples, the staff, the Express lanes, the convenience of a pharmacy, and the concession stand.

Huge fan of Costco. Very, very busy at 3-5 pm! Cant go wrong with their fruit, meats, fish, veggies, the chocolate cakes, the sheet cakes for birthdays, take-out pizza, and the million staples our family relies upon. Food is higher quality at Costco. It just is!

I have been a loyal customer for years and I have always been very satisfied with everything Costco has to offer but operator 623 Ingrid L customer service was the worst I have experienced. It’s sad that someone in that position can lack professionalism and have such manners to treat and speak to customers the way she spoke to me for no reason. The way she acted is beyond unacceptable and acted like she could care less.

Nice lace and inventory but i wish there is a way to check inventory online. Only way now is to stop by membership services and give them product code to check

Costco was busy as usual but apart from that, I can always appreciate a clean and orderly (product display) store.At the deli, I waited while one lady upfront tended to the pizzas in the oven and the hot pocket looking things. She never once addressed me or called the guy who was supposed to take my order. She just let me stand there for about 3 minutes. Thats a long time to ignore a customer.Finally, the guy came from somewhere in the back. No sorry or hello how can I help you. He just stood there ready to punch in my order. No thank you at the end of the transaction. I said Thank you. Why do I have to thank YOU for bad service?

Big store... interesting deals... u can find everythings... foods.. house stuffs... sofa.. table.. there is a pharmacy inside... and a small food area..

I came in to get a membership. I told the woman at least ten times no I do not want the executive membership when I am only getting this for the Costco Auto Program and chicken for my puppy. I get you have to go through the benefits but seriously if I tell you no multiple times stop pushing.

We go here for shopping all the time. Super value for money.

I went shopping this morning and while I was in line to check out, a manager named Yolanda came to talk with the bagger, her attitude and the way she talked to him was very unacceptable. If there was a problem, we; the customers shouldnt witness that type of uncomfortable situation.

I always enjoy trips to Costco. While I tend to hunt for what I want, I can also find inspiration. Today I saw a guy with Tonkatsu bowls. I like Tonkatsu and asked his impression. He said they were very good, so I bought some. My wife likes ramen so its something new for her to try. She had a rough day and we had planned for jambalaya for dinner tonight. I bought lobster tails to take it up a notch.

This is the worst Costco I have been too. The people are so rude here. They have no respect for anyone. I tried paying with a card that the strip part didn’t work and I asked her can you allow me to write the number in and she was so nasty and disrespectful saying that she didn’t know how to do that and that they didn’t allow that there at that store. Do not recommend at all they discriminate people. I only gave one star because zero stars was not allowed.

Getting back to normal. Tables are back for inside dinning.

As Nice and convenient as getting gas from here is. I sometimes walk in slowly to observe people cleaning and pushing dorty shopping carts in.Problem is, they arent clean. If they offered more than one line of wipes then maybe I would be able to let it slide. But they offer wipes right in front of the staff who has to check our cards and they dont spray or wipe down the handle or the areas where my fresh food will have to be in contact with. Unacceptable.

Good quality and selection. It was a Sunday afternoon, and extremely crowded. Lines about 8 to 10 people deep. Disappointed they dont take Mastercard. BJs has a more laid back atmosphere, but less selection.

Take this with a grain of salt as its costco and there will always be one or more standing in the aisle loudly talking on their phone or leaving their cart in the middle of the aisle while they aimlessly wander. But, it was good, they had everything I expected to be there. Self check out was open and I got a kiosk as soon as I stepped up.(Monday at noon) They have a kiosk to order from the cafe and that went quickly. The only thing I thought was weird was to order a whole pizza you must phone ahead, according to the kiosk.

I went to this Costco location for buying groceries a couple of days ago. Man! It was packed! People were shoulder to shoulder at many spots, no social distancing because they just allowed everyone in there, no limits! What happened to the limits which they used to enforce when this pandemic started? Things are worse now, we have mutant strains, but they seem to have forgotten that were in an pandemic. If I get covid-19 infection tomorrow, Ill blame it on Costco!By the way, Costco Fairfax is the same! Be safe out there.

I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to get a prescription filled. Also charged me more money then quoted. Ridiculous

In store is awesome! Tire center is TERRIBLE. I went to go get my tires put on (already placed and order and was delivered to the tire center). I called ahead to make sure that walk ins were acceptable. Guy on the phone was rude. When I got there and checked in the same guy on the phone checked me in and was extremely rude. Had an attitude the whole time. Seem like he hated his job. If you can’t provide normal or even good/standard customer service and are unhappy maybe you should find another job. Will not come back to this tire center again. You’re better off in fairfax or manassas.

Its a Costco that holds the same standards of the other Costcos Ive frequented. The Costco near my home stopped selling full brisket, so I go here after work. Its clean, busy, and well stocked. Wait times vary but its never been crazy.

Costco was fine but too many people. Back in the summer they used to limit the amount of people they let in due to the pandemic. Now, it seems that is free for all.

My floral ordered was 2/6/21. Deliver date was for 2/12/21. Delivered late on 2/13/21. Condition of flowers was poor. Flowers were already wilting. Embarrassed to give as a gift. The shipping process was a joke. The flowers Departed from a Facility in Bogota, then to Miami, a detour to Kentucky and then back to Orlando, Florida. The order was delayed in Kentucky due to bad weather. I have NO sympathy or tolerance for this excuse for the simple reason that the flower order should have NEVER went to Kentucky! There is no explanation for ANY order to Orlando go from Miami to Kentucky back to Orlando. This makes NO good business sense and caused our order not only to be delayed, but to be delivered in poor condition. The order should have gone from Miami to Orlando. Costco probably spent MORE money sending the flower order to KENTUCKY AND THEN TO ORLANDO.

This store is ALWAYS busy and parking can be a chore, but its Costco and as Costco stores go in the Northern Virginia area, its not bad. Good layout and usually have decent stock.
