Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Chris took us to view the many choices of marble, quartz, granite, and other stone. All of the top brands are here, and you can see the huge pieces of stone. The samples they give you to take home are 12x12 inches, which gives you a very good idea of how the piece will look in your home. We chose a beautiful engineered quartz for the kitchen, and another stone for the new fireplace hearth. Excellent service, a plethora of choices, and very fair prices. The measurement process was very precise with the lasers. The installation was top notch, the installers were professional and very accurate. We purchased a sink from them too which was installed with the countertops. We are very satisfied with our decision to choose Fairfax Marble and Granite for our kitchen renovation. It was a pleasure to work with Asli and her team on our new quartzite countertops for our kitchen. The selection of stones is the best in the area, Asli’ advice was excellent, and once we decided everything worked perfectly, and she was very responsive to all our queries. The measurements were taken within a few days, the installation was super quick and carried out by a really professional team, they removed the existing countertops without damaging the backsplash that we wanted to keep, everything fit perfectly, the seams are invisible, the island countertop is spectacular, the plumber came quickly and everything was up and running by the end of the day. We even added another thing to our original order and it was all accommodated at the last minute. They were truly impressive. They were not the cheapest estimate that we had but it was real value for money and would recommend them without hesitation. If we need to do anything again we will come back. Thank you Asli!

Tina Sandridge and Fairfax Marble and Granite were outstanding! Undergoing a major home renovation we could not find any satisfactory results using any of several stone businesses associated with our prime contractor, so I started searching. I went to numerous places with no luck. Finally, I found what I was looking for at Fairfax Marble & Granite. I met Tina Sandridge and the rest was flawless. We began with a time sensitive hearth and mantle for a new fireplace. Thanks to Tina we had both pieces of Absolute Black Granite with chiseled edges and leathered finishes arrive in time for our scheduled installation. Then on to vanities for a new master bedroom addition. I really liked Indian Rain Forest Marble and found several whole slabs at a Chantilly stone distributor, but neither our prime, or their subcontractor, would guarantee installation. Again, I went back to Tina where she told me of course they guarantee their work. Then thanks to her negotiation and much extra effort she was able to find exactly what I wanted for two marble vanities using two separate pieces from their extensive remnant collection, which significantly reduced the price versus buying a whole slab. She was able to do the same for a kitchen remodel using Riviera White Granite. Our prime contractor installed the fireplace hearth and mantle, but we used Fairfax Marble & Granite for the other two installations because they guaranteed their work and we were not disappointed! Tina worked with us through the whole process and thanks to her expertise we settled on both materials [granite instead of a more porous or less dense stone we at first thought we wanted] as well as remnant selection and finishes. I insisted on the tricky Rain Forest Marble from the start, but their work with the delicate stone was especially noteworthy. We highly recommend Fairfax Marble & Granite. Ask for Tina!

I visited multiple granite stores and this company was my favorite. Tina was great! She was very helpful, but not pushy at all. Buying granite can be stressful and I never felt like she was pressuring us to buy, just help us make our decision and give advice when we asked it. The install piece was smooth as well. They showed up on time, were efficient and made sure everything looked good. Great experience overall. Now my kitchen looks great! :)

Fairfax Marble and Granite was a true pleasure to work with from the beginning with selection to the end of install. Our salesman spent many hours helping us pick the right stone for the specific area. He even worked with us when I spotted a new stone and wanted to change things up a bit. In fact, one of our faucets required the stone to be less than 1 inch thick for install. Given that our selection was thicker than 1 inch, they specifically shaved down that area so that we could have the faucet we really wanted. No request was ever a problem. My husband and I have high expectations and expect quality in not just the product but also the service and installation as well. In reality, it is not often that a company meets our expectations. Fairfax Marble and Granite not only met our expectations but surpassed them! We could not be happier with the choices we made, the product, the awesome installation and the overall experience with Fairfax Marble and Granite. We will use them again and again!

They were very courteous and professional from the moment I walked in. Mehmet, in particular, is awesome. He was quick to reply to all of my emails and always super friendly. I did a lot of shopping around and found they offered the best prices. People still cant believe how much I paid for my marble. They were also very punctual with their install. The only seamless part of a recent kitchen remodel was my selection and installation of granite. I visited several granite stores in the area but settled on Fairfax Marble and Granite. Not just for their selection of quality slabs but because of the experienced vision and design knowledge of Tina Sandridge. Her design background helped immensely in choosing the right stone for my cabinets. I never felt pressured and was welcomed each time I visited. My only regret was that I did not stop there first. Outstanding! We have used Fairfax Marble and Granite twice now. They have some of the most fabulous and interesting stones we have ever seen. This last round was for a large custom kitchen, a vanity area and several bathrooms. We used over 4 slabs of granite with a stone that has wonderful colors and patterns. They held our stones for several months while we built our house. Then we spent time with Mehmet at the shop laying out exactly how they would cut and place each piece making best use of the granite while picking up the variations in colors and patterns. They came when they said they would and installed everything in 1 day. Great service and workmanship. Pricing is competitive. Mehmet is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. If you want really interesting stones and not take the run of the mill stuff, go see them. You will be delighted.

We had been shopping around for a new granite countertop for several months and found Fairfax Marble and Granite via a friend. From the time we walked into the showroom until the final installation, we had excellent service from beginning to end. The granite countertop we chose was the largest possible size for one piece. Fairfax Marble and Granite did a stellar job of removing our old countertop (which was poured concrete with criss-crossed rebar reinforcements). We didnt know there was rebar under the countertop, and Fairfax Marble and Granite stayed all day and late into the evening to finish the job in one day, as promised. They also gave us a new stainless steel sink for free, and guaranteed their work. We are extremely happy with our new granite countertop and sink.
