This place is magical. Turkey the best custard anywhere.

Basic high flavor frozen custard. There is a rotation on the special flavor of the day but I am not sure it is worth missing out on the extremely rich chocolate flavor or the incredibly smooth vanilla flavor. The waffle cones say they are homemade but I would pass and just get a bowl unless they are making them as you walk in. Either way- smooth custard and rich flavors, definitely recommend

Custard is a comfort food! Milwaukee Frozen always has vanilla and chocolate with a specialty flavor daily. We were too early in the Sean for gelatos but not too early for a concrete and hot fudge sundae! Plenty of seating outside and limited inside.

Always seem to show up the day after the awesome special flavor. Need to check the calendar and plan ahead. Coffee flavor was really good but day before was something that sounded even better.

Great custard. There was only one person working on a really gorgeous day. It wasn’t super busy but they were clearly overwhelmed because my fiancé was served chocolate instead of the vanilla he asked for. No big deal, ice cream is ice cream, and it feels silly to complain but more attention to detail would be nice. Perhaps if there was another person working things would not be as hectic for the only employee.

Its pretty good. They have rotating flavors. The hot fudge is pretty good. Its a bit overpriced though.

We visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. It was immediately apparent that this location makes the health and safety of their customers (and staff) a priority.The entire store was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and wore a mask. There are plexiglass barriers set-up separating the counter from the customers.On top of that the custard was very good! I will definitely be returning. We tried the strawberry shortcake and it was perfectly splendid.

Frozen Custard and Ice Cream are NOT the same thing. Certainly not soft serve. It is creamy and firm but never hard. This was a visit in February.

If youre looking for something a little different in terms of ice cream, this frozen custard place is a great alternative to the routine Dairy Queen or Sweet Frog. Their custard is silky smooth and made fresh daily. They make only vanilla and chocolate and one unique flavor every day and have a few toppings for you to enjoy. If the selection were a little bigger, Id give it 5 stars.

Not bad service at all I think it’s great to still have this customer place has been here for more than 25 years I think it’s a little overpriced am I just spent $16 in a half pint and a cone which is a small one but I can’t complain honestly there’s not that many places around here that serve Custard and it was pretty good it’s just a little pricey

Fantastic frozen custard and ice cream sundae

This place is home to what I like to call the Milwaukee Frozen Custard Incident of 2016. Someone I love and adore and I went to this place in the middle of winter. There were 10 people here at the time which is a great sign. Said person said they just wanted a bite. Knowing what that meant, I went from ordering a small to ordering a large. Needless to say I watched the love of my life eat the majority of the delicious chocolate custard we ordered. If thats not an endorsement enough I dont know what is. I love this place and I have been back many times. We just make separate orders now.I did want to add that I love the chocolate custard but wasnt a fan of the rest of the flavors. But I do go here pretty much every time Im in the neighborhood.

Overpriced, flavors are ok and ice cream is not frozen as it should be7 bucks for large cone thats doesnt make any sense .

Good gracious.If you want a really good treat, this is where you want to go. Worth driving to even if its out of the way.10/10 will not regret.By the way, I normally do not care for sweets, came out to Milwaukee Frozen Custard for my wife :)

Amazing custard spot, which are few and far between in NOVA. You can judge a place by its plain vanilla; MKE has an exceptional vanilla. Great sweet and creamy flavor. As a former IL/WI resident, they do MKE and Midwestern custard proud. Happy to have found this hole in the wall.

Nice little shop with a good selection of ice creams. This place gets crowded during summer time evenings. There are chairs outside the shop to sit when the weather is nice . This place is inside a shopping complex and there are good spots to park near the shop. We frequently go here for the variety a d the price they offer.

Small custard (ice cream) shop with 3 flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and a flavor of the day. Custard is always made fresh each day (check their website for a calendar with the daily flavors). This is good stuff! The texture is smooth, thick, and creamy. You can get sundaes or just a scoop or two in a cup or cone.

Im annoyed. I said waffle cone dipped in chocolate sprinkles not dip my ice cream in sprinkles. Gave me regular waffle waffle cone, told them what I asked for and she switched it out to a dipped cone from display and charged me extra and put chocolate sprinkles on my ice cream...?? I wiped off the sprinkles from ice cream but when i bit my waffle cone it tastes old, ask for a fresh one, dont let them give you one from display. Custard is great but I get disappointed when I ask for what I want.

Came here for the first time, and wow is the ice cream, creamy!It doesnt feel packed with sugars like cold stone, but its still incredibly delicious!Didnt get that nasty feeling afterwards like when eating regular ice cream. Try it out for yourself!

Ive been going here for for about 6 years now. Even through new management the custard has stayed delicious. The shortcake isnt as good lately, but everything else is very tasty. Quick service and clean establishment.

I love Milwaukee style frozen custard...ultra smooth and creamy... almost buttery texture. I rarely visit this store because I live a long distance away. My most recent visit was, however, a disappointment. The quality of the custard was pretty ordinary, like any traditional soft serve ice cream place. I hope it was an anomaly.

This place was my childhood paradise. Always great customer service, and a great family atmosphere. Not overly flashy like the newer froyo places, with all the weird toppings. Just true-blue delicious custard, with awesome featured flavors! You can find my picture on their wall! Definitely stop by!

Best ice cream around here. Cant go wrong with the vanilla ice cream and rainbow sprinkles. This place has been around since I was a little kid and Ive always loved it! They do a flavor of the day, so plan ahead by looking at their schedule if youre searching for no traditional flavors.

This is a fun family-friendly ice cream place. Its changed ownership since the orig owners. They donate to local teams, have a train up top, and toys lying around. They change out their flavors and have a calendar for when they make new ones.I dislike that they got ride of the Low-Carb Custard Option. I wish they would bring it back.

In addition to chocolate and vanilla there is a flavor of the day. Check the website before coming. We came on Coffee flavored night. As Mormons, we would not partake.

I think the custard is delicious but a bit pricey; charging $8.45 each for a medium chocolate dipped waffle cone with two scoops of plain chocolate custard ice cream is a bit more than what Id bargain for if I brought along my family.

Very good place to go yummy frozen yogert they make it every week different flavors. Its like sof ice cream but frozen yogert. They put it in different cones or in a cup different sizes. Milwaukee custard has many stores in your area maryland and virginia and maybe other states i dont know u can look it up in your area. Your kids and family should love it.

Its Christmas Eve and we stopped by for the first time. We were waiting in the line and the lady at the cash counter ignored us and took an old couple first. I thought at first it was because of their age and its a matter of respect. Then she asked us for our order, and in the middle of our order another customer came up with a cake and she went and started serving him and told us to wait. When he realized she interrupted our order, that other customer started apologizing to us, when it wasnt even his fault. Finally she finishes with his order and then comes back to us. I was very upset and did not order anything for myself. We will never come back. What a disappointment!!

Plain, simple and delicious ice cream. No frills. Milwaukee has been a longtime institution in Chantilly for those reasons alone.

Old but classic

Been coming here for years to get custard and also have frequented the Manasses location while it was still open. Came in 3 days ago and ordered a large cone as always. But this time I got 2 tiny round scoops of custard. Large?? The amount was equal to what I got a few years back ordering a small that was 1 large scoop. For $5 gimme some custard please!I left one of my favorite places with a bad taste in my mouth, not because of the custard which is always delicious but because the portions have gotten too tiny.If I paid a buck more and actually got a LARGE cone I would be happy. Please fix this price point / portion issue or you risk losing a long time customer.

Almost 6 dollars for the world smallest malt; I ordered a malt and she kept saying shake. I finally had to say that i want the malt powder, and thrn got charge more. not even that good of frozen custard. Will not return.
