Called with the old when do you close?. Santos said Five minutes. But he allowed me to give an order over the phone and leave the can in front of the store. This got me out of the biggest bind and as a business owner, I remember vendors who care and hustle. I always great treated well here in the Chantilly store as well as at Sterling and Fairfax. The staff has always been very gracious, helpful, knowledgeable & timely. The managers color matching skills are unmatched by any paint retailer, it is more than just the color scanner. I will go out of my way to do business with them.Love this place !

Ive been using Benjamin Moore products for over 20 years and still love the product. Sadly, I had a horrible Customer Service experience at this location. A big disappointment when you pay more and get treated the way I did. Time to find another shop to purchase from.
