This place is great if your car is wrecked. They fixed our car once. But if you want a paint job to spruce up an older car, dont waste your time calling. They dont work on anything older than 15 years old. Too bad.

I highly recommend this body shop. They do not cut any corners and their work is flawless. Kevin even gave me tips on how to handle the claim with the insurance company. Very professional and they kept me up-to-date throughout the entire repair process.

Excellent craftmanship and exceptional customer service. Kevin Matthews and staff are the best....I have used Elite Auto Body two times on my 2019 Silverado pickup.First time was some significant damage from a side collision. Kevin showed the pictures of the work which required significant rebuilding of door panels, side panels and repainting in original Pearl which is not easy to blend with the existing paint. There is absoluely no sign of any damage and no leakage around the doors.Second time was damage to rear panel from hit and run in parking lot. Not as much damage as the first time but sti ll the same issues with the Pearl paint and some rework around the tailgate. Again there is no sign of any damage and no issues with the tailgate.Really liked the way Kevin explained the steps that they went through for each repair - including showing the pictures from the first job.I recommend Elite to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle.

Elite’s integrity, honesty, and support made an extremely stressful situation much easier. When I first called and told Kevin we had been in an accident, his first question was if everyone was okay. After gathering some initial information, he offered to check out the damage on our vehicle from pictures so we wouldn’t spend money towing without an estimate. When the damage clearly outweighed the value of the car, he was honest and upfront and gave useful suggestions about other options we should consider. In every communication he was patient and provided clear, useful explanations. Though we ultimately didn’t have any work done by Elite, I highly recommend them based on the way they treat their customers. Thank you for your guidance and support!

Elite has done great work for myself and some of my family members cars. This why we keep coming back!Our cars are impeccable when we arrive to pick them up. Clean inside and out!The car is like new again, with no signs of any damage from accident.They walk through the whole process and contact the insurance company if there’s something else that needs to be done.They are a great local independently own shop and the whole staff are easy to work.

Just want to update my review: In early December 2018 was parked headlights out at Weaver Street Market Carrboro lot when a mystery driver backed into the front bumper of my new (to me) 2016 Outback and destroyed the bumper. Of course I contacted my insurance agency, then Kevin at Elite. Needless to say, another flawless repair job done on budget and on schedule. This is a great body shop!This is the best body shop ever! Kevin and his staff are perfectionists about their work. Over the last several years Elite has performed three jobs for us. Everything has always gone as planned and as promised. Kevin is also committed to having the best equipment and physical working environment to attract the best technicians. His hard work and excellent team pays dividends for his customers. Most body shops are funded through insurance claims, so you might as well get the best. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

GREAT BODY SHOP!! Customer service is beyond acceptable. Caring staff made it so easy to drop off my vehicle and not worry about it while it was in the shop. I was updated on a regular basis. Knowing what is going on with my vehicle while being repaired made it so easy, and stress free. Fast repairs!! My jeep looks awesome. Looks brand new again. They detailed inside and out completely. Elite Auto Body repaired my 2010 Ford Focus and did a great job. The customer service and quality of work is awesome. Kevin helped me with the insurance adjuster and explained each step of the process so it was a breeze. I have been back twice with other collision damage and would not go anywhere else.

I brought my 05 Dodge Dakota to these guys based on what I read on the internet and heard on the radio. I had pretty bad damage from a deer collision in the front left quarter and both driver side doors. Not only did these guys do a great job on the repair, they worked with me when a particular part of the door was no longer available from the manufacturer by installing something comprable that I requested. Kevin, Donny, and the elite Auto staff are definitely customer-centric. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them.

I had excellent experiences at all stages of the repair process with these guys. I had a new (2014) Subaru Forrester so I took it to the Subaru dealer first but they said they couldnt get to it at all for at least 3 weeks. I called Elite Auto Body and they just handled it all. They even helped me navigate the insurance claim which was not clear to me. Each person there knew what was going on too. My main contact was Lee and I emailed him once when he was out of town and another guy got back to me immediately, gave me an update on my car, and told me when to expect the work to be done. They came in exactly on time and the work was flawless too. They get my top recommendation if you need body work done.

The owners were nice enough to tell me they wouldn’t be able to provide the “Elite” level of Service they advertise....AFTER THEY DID THE WORKMy vehicle had less than 50k milesand was very clean before I was rear ended by an unlicensed driver in RockHill, SC.I chose “ELITE” hoping to return my vehicle to that condition.So I spoke with Donny about my expectations and he assured me I was at the right place....I returned to find more damage to the adjacent body parts and interior, runs from overspray, dirt particles under the paint, missing body clips and paint on the rubber trim.When I asked the owners if they could finish the job or explain the new damage. They replaced one small trim piece that looked like it had been chewed on by a Dog and buffed out few things and called it good.My vehicle Still has additional damage to undamaged body parts, runs in the paint, dirt particles under the paint,missing body clips and paint on rubber trim.The owner told me I should take it somewhere else .So I highly suggest you do the same.Sincerely,Disappointed

Amazing shop filled with honest and trustworthy people the quality of work is absolutely outstanding.

Kind people to speak with and good service. My car was rear-ended, and they did extra paint work on other areas of the car after replacing the bumper. The car looks a lot better now than it did before the accident.

These guys work fast, very friendly, and dont try and milk you for extras. Fair pricing and they set the bar for customer service.

My Insurance agent recommended Elite Auto Body because he said Elite was one of the few auto body shop he trusted. At first I didnt really think anything about it until I called Elite three times and sent two emails trying to setup a estimate appointment.Elite never returned my calls or respond to my emails. So I Googled auto body shops in my area and was able to set an appointment on the first call. Elites customer service is not worthy of my business.After receiving and reporting my estimate, my Insurance Agent is stalling and having issues with the estimated price. Ive been with the same insurance people for 34 years since I was 16 and this is my first filed claim ever.It seems to me both Elite Auto Body and Farm Bureau are looking out for the big insurance companies and not Average Joe...!But thats ok because I can find someone else to do business with.

Prices were high but quality was great.
