Not open. I love Einstein’s Bagels. I’ve attempted to go (from Raleigh, because I really love Einstein’s Bagels) twice, once in December and in January. The location is inside a UNC building; the whole building is locked up. I’d suggest Bruegger’s until Einstein’s is opened back up.

I also tried to go here and the building was closed. Too bad - the bagels are great at Einsteins

Just a place to get your caffeine or sugar fix inside of the Business School. They clearly enjoy but have not yet abuse their monopoly position -- the closest alternative(starbucks in Rams Plaza) would be more than half a mile away, unless you are willing to settle for vending machine soda...A Tip: if you plan to be in the business school more than temporary, it might be worthwhile to purchase their traveler mug: cheaper to get a refill and you stop feeling guilty for using paper cups all the time.

The employees didn’t know what vegan was and told me the bagels had egg in them when I know for a fact they don’t. That being said, I still had a warm bagel with hummus and it hit the spot.

Enjoy the bagels. It’s close during the summer due to the students are not in school.

Great food,friendly service except when crowded.
