This used to be my favorite Vape shop. There seems to have been a change in ownership. Went in last week for a coil and bottle of e-juice, and couldnt figure out why it tasted horrible with little to no flavor. I examined the coil closer and found it had none of the FreeMax writing or wattages on it, its a counterfeit coil. I then went to the juice manufacturers website to validate it and its counterfeit as well. Be very careful purchasing coils and juice here - validate it in the store before you leave.

I had a very positive experience! There is a wide variety of nicotine/vaping products, the prices are great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the service I received and I will be shopping here exclusively from now on.

Been here many times because its a convenient location. Not a very good experience overall: theyve tried overcharging me and my sister on multiple occasions, theyve been very persistent on pushing certain products at times, theyve sold me a FAKE disposable vape. But today was a breaking point: the guy sold me a disposable vape, tried to charge me an extra dollar before backtracking and reducing it (acting like he was giving me a discount) and then when I got home and inspected the package it had ALREADY BEEN OPENED, there was a hair inside the package, the juice was 90% empty, and the battery died in 2 puffs. I dont leave reviews often but this is just a scam of a shop, do not come here.

Isn’t open when google and sign in doors say it will be and no one answers the phone here while someone clearly in the shop doing nothing.

Hooked me up with an excellent set up that Ive been wanting for a while. Told them what I needed they made it happen !!! Can not complain

Not only was my visit fast, it was effective, the selections and prices are far better than a lot of Tabacco stores I frequent. I live 20 minutes away from this shop, but I doubt Ill go anywhere else now. The man I dealt with was extremely polite, kind, and even helped me out when I was just shy of what I wanted. He even threw in a free lighter! If that isnt the bees knees nothing is. 10/10.. Clean, Beautiful led lights to keep you entertained. A wonderful experience.

Honestly this is one of the best tobacco stores I’ve ever been to. I have been to my fair share stores probably at least over 25 different stores. Emad, a 30 year old from Morocco, has probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a tobacco and Vape shop. Even if this place is out of your way I would definitely recommend coming here because the customer service, selection of items, and the overall vibe—You just can’t beat that in the Chapel Hill area. If I could give it more than five stars I would. Shout out to Emad and his great Customer Service. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or the owner but the owner should be extremely proud and lucky to have a man like Emad running the store. The only reason I come back is because he always gets me what I want, knows where everything is, and most importantly knows everything about every product carried in the store. Best customer service I have ever seen in a Chapel Hill Vape shop.Way to go Emad, he’s not sure if he is the owner but if he’s not I want the owner to know how good of an employee Emad actually is.

I have bought two mods from this store and a mechanical squonk....voopoo drags and a Vandy vape pulse 80w squonk....also two kensai rta tanks and several juice....Moe and Alex always are very helpful and knowledgeable of the trade,and can help point you in the right direction...if you are new to vaping or an old pro....they have what you are looking for. Great store!
