Edit: I sent this complaint to headquarters and they responded appropriately.-----I filled up my tank and went in to buy a snack. I was verbally harassed by the store clerk as soon as I walked in the door. He pointed at me and said Who, that girl? loudly to his male coworker. He then looked at me and says That your boyfriend? Is this guy your boyfriend? while pointing to his coworker next to him behind the counter who is laughing nervously and obviously embarrassed. He then says Are you his girl? He says youre his girl I stop, stare at him, turn around without a word and leave. As I leave the clerk laughs loudly and says to his coworker aw you made her leave!No, sir, YOU did.
I went there today to gas up and all the clerks know that I used my BP rewards card. Today there was a different clerk who clearly had no idea what he was doing nor understood the definition of customer service. As I hit the button on the keypad to type in my phone number for my reward card he quickly cleared it out, so I told him that I wanted to use my points and asked him to clear it out so that I could insert my number. He then tells me he doesnt know how to do that and I cant use it!! I politely ask him to clear out the gas purchase and I walked out the store. I do not understand how the rewards system has been around all this time, but yet there are cashiers that cannot put in the correct keys to complete a customers purchase. I have been using that Family Fare BP for over three years and never until today had I felt the need to never walk back into that place. I like the other cashiers, but if he is a regular I will be going elsewhere.
