Underground Printing has a really relaxed atmosphere. Its a new t-shirt shop on Franklin that does custom printing but also has UNC apparel. Unlike the store that was there before them there is actually space enough for me to walk around and shop. A lot of cool Carolina shirts in unconventional colors. Cant wait til they get their new merchandise!

I went into UP originally to check out their UNC t shirts, which are REALLy unique and cool. While I was there I saw they do custom printing. I ended up using them to do a track jacket with my husbands business logo for Christmas. Everyone at UP was incredibly professional and helpful. They walk you through the design process and check and double check you are getting exactly what you want. Im really happy with our final product and were planning on using them for a run of company t shirts this year. Definitely recommend!

This is my go-to in Chapel Hill for unique UNC tops. The fabric is soft and they usually have catchy phrases. The only downside is they dont change the merchandise out very often.

The pricing and quality of product from this location was good. However upon my arrival the representative was very cold. Maybe she was having a bad day. My Tees was just thrown into a box. The shirts had to be pressed prior to being given to my guest. I would use Underground Printing again but NOT at this location.

This store has a wide selection of UNC apparel that you cannot find in other stores.....different colors (bright, florescent colors) and also different styles (tanks, crop tops, etc) with creative designs. The staff was also very friendly and very helpful (when I saw a shirt I liked but they didnt have it in my size on shelf, I asked and they stopped restocking that shelf and found the shirt for me).This will be my first stop when Im looking for a new Carolina shirt.

Ive done two large orders through UGP now. They have been fast and good quality both times. This most recent time, they missed my groups deadline because of the Christmas shipping rush and ended up giving us a full refund after delivering our shirts. I contacted multiple printing companies and all of them said it couldnt be done. Underground Printing was the only company that didnt say no. First off when they say they will match rates, THEY MEAN THEY WILL MATCH RATES. After browsing the web and finding quotes from other printers I came to UGP with the lowest one I could find (Im a diligent googler) and indeed UGP matched. I placed an order for my basketball team (go seahawks!) and the shirts came crisp, the screen print was impeccable and also UGP made good on their promise to have the shirts ready within 7 business days! Dont let their young staff fool you, UGP-CH has their store, customer experience and support all put together with military precision.They are a great addition to Franklin.
