My husband and I have been searching for a second vehicle for our family for a couple of months now. We live in southeast Georgia and none of the Honda dealerships around us had inventory available, at least for the models we were interested in. I expanded my search online and found Hendrick Honda of Charleston. We worked with Daniel Aldrich and he made it such an easy process. He was super helpful and understanding of all of our needs. He wanted to ensure that we were satisfied with our decision at all steps in the process. Along with Daniel, the rest of the staff was professional and kind to us as well. The entire facility was welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left with the exact vehicle my husband was looking for!

Very good customer service in letting me know when my car would be ready. However, I did NOT like it when my debit card was charged $60, even though it is only pending and will be credited back. This was Thursday, and as of Monday, it is still showing. I realize that is up to my bank or Visa, but I did not like that showing up as even a pending charge.

Jeff Cook has great customer service and I intend to deal with him in the future. My experience was very smooth and easy going. Great guy and I really enjoyed my car buying experience with him!

We recently started looking for a car. I didn’t really need one as I had very low mileage on my Honda Pilot. I drove the passport which was great and a nice size. Then my husband saw the new pilot in the showroom. I have always loved my pilot. We drove it and it was love at first sight. And the exact color we wanted. Our salesmen Sean and Daniel were two of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. They were so helpful and patient and being older we had lots of questions. I would highly recommend these two if you are car shopping. They are the greatest. Love the Pilot.

My family lives about 2 hours away from Hendrick Honda. We saw the perfect car online for an amazing price! Due to traffic, we arrived there very late. Our salesman, Isaac Roelfsema, was AMAZING! I despise buying cars. The looking, the over bearing sales people, trying to decide if the price was fair, the paperwork- just the entire process in general is exhausting!I can honestly say that this was NOT the case here! Had a scheduled appointment for a regular checkup. It was a Saturday and they they were very busy. I was told 60-90 min wait and I believe I was notified they were finished at 80 min so that was good. Was told of possible upcoming issues for next checkup (possible tires needing replacement) but should be ok and no real issues on this visit. Very happy with appointment.

I just recently bought a new car from this location, and I was very shocked that I was approved because I am a first time buyer & I am a very young person However Bria my salesperson helped me drive off with a brand new Honda Accord Sport and so far I love my car! Ever since I stepped foot on the lot, Bria has been there helping me through every step, she showed me around the lot which there wasn’t many options due to the car shortage,however she still managed to have me leaving with a car I loved! I had to find a car quickly as mine was totaled . I contacted my favorite salesman, Marlon. I have purchased a car from him previously. Each week Marlon contacted me with a list of cars that met my needs. Unfortunately insurance companies dont settle that quickly. After 3 weeks I received my settlement check from the insurance company. I made an appointment with Marlon and he had 2 cars waiting for me to inspect.We closed the deal on a Honda Accord. The finance people handled the paperwork as quickly and efficiently as possible.I would definitely go back to Rick Hendrick Honda for a new or used car.

My husband and I came here late Tuesday night close to their closing time looking for a car to lease and we left very pleased. Jacob Williams was the agent I worked with and he was phenomenal. He did everything in his power to get my payment as close to where I wanted it as possible. I was able to trade in my car, sign all the paperwork for the new car, get my insurance switched (with the help of Jacob again), and switch all of my belongings in under two hours. And never once did I feel rushed to make the sale. After this lease if we ever need to lease again my husband and I will return.

I tend not to wait for the service to take place but dropping off and picking up is quick. All employees are pleasant and competent. Gary is excellent and not pushy. It is not my nature to use the dealership for service as the costs are obviously higher but Hendrick makes it worth it.

Just leased my first car with Bria, she was the best representative there and this is my first big purchase. We were from out of state to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. The whole experience from start to finish was a disaster. When we sat down to sign the price was a little less than $2000 more than what they had it listed for online. They said It was the “certified” fees. Then there was so much haggle between the salesman and managers. I thought that was a thing of the past. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte, NC and never had this type of treatment. Since we had always had such great experiences with Hendrick, we decided to stay with the group.Then when we finally decided on the price, the finance person, Sam Patel, came out and was very rude. I should mention that our salesman, Matt, was helpful and pleasant. We were financing with our credit union and it seemed to be extremely difficult for them. He stated maybe we should have bought in NC. I was ready to leave but my husband talked to him. During the finance process he did not even speak the entire time to us or my daughter. He spoke only to my husband which was not the one buying the car. Basically the whole entire process was terrible and not what I would have expected from a Hendrick dealership. I am very displeased with this. I am disappointed that my daughter was treated this way in her very first car purchase. The only reason we went through with this was the fact she was so excited!

One week after pickup, I’m extremely impressed with the quality of work that was done on my truck. I had some pretty terrible dents in places that they had to pull rather than replace the part and you can’t tell anything was ever there. They even found hidden damage that required more work and I still got my truck back earlier than the estimate I got from them. Super polite staff and all around great service. Hopefully I won’t have to come back, but if I do at least I know my truck will be in good hands.

Calling this location was very professional and let me know where to pull in when I arrived for my service. On arrival, Rick met us at our car and quickly too care of us. Within 30 minutes from arrival our service was complete.Oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection of our cars vital signs. 2 additional filters needed to be changed which was explained and again handled quickly. The company hides behind text messaging and refuse to call customers to have difficult conversation about lengthy delays.My vehicle was promised to me 7 weeks ago! They have had it for 9 weeks, for a 10 day repair! Nine weeks. understand that delays happen, but this company cannot even give me a projection for a completion date. There is no end in sight for me this is irresponsible and unacceptable!Take your car or truck someplace else; they refuse to do everything in their power to find and source parts for vehicles. They just blame others for their short comings.Theyll give you an well we are sorry supply chain, and COVID and all, and nothing we can do and we dont know theres no other possible solutions available for youThey refuse to source used parts, salvage parts, after market parts...To date; NO ONE has called me, no one! Horrible customer service!Make them order all parts and verify they have them all before dropping your car off.I am beyond frustrated!!

Its a car dealership, so expect them to try and sell you on the not always essential stuff, but the staff is friendly and the lounge area is good. Wifi worked great too.

Great experience. We were on vacation and wound up with a flat tire. We took the car to Hendrick Honda for repair of flat tire and wound up asking about test driving a Honda Passport. Gary in service introduced us to Nikki who talked with us to find out exactly what we were looking for. She then introduced us to Oz on her sales team. Nikki and Oz were both great to work with! We also had a great experience with Justin in finance. Even though we were out of town, it was one of the easiest car buying experiences we have had thanks to Nikki, Oz and Justin.

Sales rep Maury was great. They lost our business when they tried charging us 10% over sticker. I have bought tons of vehicles from Hendrick I would assume Rick doesnt know this is going on, at least I would hope.

Matt Bateman is a consummate professional and a pleasure doing business with. Sam Patel the Finance Manager wasn’t just a robot at the of your deal (we bought 2 cars at the same time) trying to sell service plans and get your signature on all the documents. He also was very personable and showed genuine interest in us, valued our time, and explained any questions we had.

As a first time car buyer, I had a fair amount of anxiety and was not quite sure what to expect. I made an appointment online (super easy!) and got paired with Michelle Wise. I let Michelle know my price parameters and kind of what I was looking for and she helped narrow things down quickly. She had such a nice way of explaining everything in a way I could easily understand and I never felt uncomfortable or intimidated. We test drove a car that I immediately fell in love with and, while it wasn’t in my original plan, I ended up pulling the trigger later that same day. Michelle and my finance manager (Shane) really made the process smooth and straight-forward. I’m still pinching myself that I’m getting to drive this beautiful new car and I am so grateful. I’ll be back for sure when it’s time for the next and I will recommend Michelle to anyone in the market. Thank you!!

My recently purchased Honda needed 2 right wheel fix work under contract and Eddie issued a loaner and called East Coast Honda to send in my purchase papers to get the fix rolling. He fixed my day, took me out of danger and provided the loaner while awaiting repair!
