Totally dropped the ball. I bought a $400 UWS truck tool box from these guys, was told it will be in the following Thursday. Thursday comes and goes, not only did they not have it, they couldnt even tell me where it was. End of day Friday, after much inquiring on my part, they finally admit that the box hasnt even been built yet and it will be ~3 weeks before I get it. Told them cancel and refund me. Ill still buy the box, but would rather someone else get my money.Update: If it was a delay with a 3rd party, I should have been made aware asap. You guys never contacted me once, I had to call YOU twice a day to get any answers. The management of my order was just plain poor. I ended up getting the box from a competitor of yours in North Charleston, they had to order it as well. Came in in 36 hours. Covid hasnt continued to disrupt their supply lines. (7/5/21)

Excellent auto parts store for the parts that you need

Everybody needs parts! I talked with Van about a hard to find part for a semi-hot rodded truck. Not only was he able to identify it while on the phone they have one in stock!!!!These guys learned the parts business the old way they know the parts and do not need a computer to tell them what parts fit where. So nice working with a profesional team.

This NAPA Auto Parts in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to shop for miscellaneous auto parts in the Charleston area. I really like the wide selection that they have here and that they have good values and prices on their parts. The staff here is super knowledgeable and knows their stuff when it comes to auto parts. I have been able to find exactly what I have needed every time I have been here and have not been disappointed yet.

Napa auto is the best place for car parts

Let me tell you, go to this place. I went by pep-boys, auto zone, OReillys, and I believed I called a few places but they beat the battery price by $40 dollars from any other place. I called the guy was friendly as heck, and actually had the dolly sitting there with the battery on it, ready to go. The napa in Summerville was $180 and here was $161 plus tax both places. This is another store I would recommend over any of its competitors. They have stores in west ashley, Johns Island, North Charleston, Summerville and Im sure other places too. But I like to search for the best and lowest price, as well as quality and this place beats everything hands down. Thanks guys Ill be back again

NAPA has everything you could need and if they dont have it in stock, the staff is knowledgeable enough to figure out what you need and order it. Why 3 stars then? I ordered wipers and have a physical problem with one hand that makes it difficult to impossible to to a two handed job. I asked for help in installing them. Waited 35 minutes, asked again and no help. Thus, 3 star

Just so everyone knows the store manager himself said that this Napa location and the other 2 in Charleston SC dont carry exhaust piping, and I quote we dont sell that any more because it collects dust instead of selling what kind of autoparts store doesnt carry stuff for exhausts and by exhausts iean short sections of exhaust pipe for stepping stuff down and mufflers?! Are you kidding me? Very disappointed in Napa Ive been a long time customer too, how can you just stop selling something that people and DIY people use regularly. Also theyre staff gave me the run around about it beingPrior to telling me, very unhelpful, got sent from 2 other Napas in the local area to this one, wasted 2 hours of my time driving around only to be disappointed.
