Service Department has screwed up multiple times with our car. First time I’d come in because our brand new car randomly died on the side of the road due to a recall issue. I brought my car in they “fixed it” but when they did, They placed the full tank wrong causing gas to leak out of the fuel tank. This was improperly installed TWICE. Today I’m waiting for an oil change to be completed by their service department since we have a warranty with them. I was told it would take 90 minutes; enough though I had an appointment! After waiting an hour and 15 minutes an employee came over to tell me it would take an additional Hour. So here I am an hour since she came over to me and I’m still waiting for an oil change. Going on 2 1/2 hours for an oil change…

We had a rat chew through several engine wires while vacationing at Edisto Island Beach. All this the day before a 550 mile drive home. Fred Anderson was great, squeezed us in and repaired the vehicle overnight and provided a video of the inspection showing the damage to the car. Chivas, our service rep, and Jose the mechanic were great. 6-stars if I could give it!

Have always been treated well at Fred Anderson until the last time. Told the work would be done by lunch. I figured 1:00. Got called at 12:35 and was told it was being finished. At 1:30 I was told it would be another hour. They finished at 3:30. I dont think the service writer knew what she was talking about. Was told the mechanic struggled to change the spark plugs. Reported this to the supervisor and he said he will make it better at the next service.

Shane always helps us to get appointments when we need service on our vehicle. He is kind, and patient to explain services and just to wait for me to be ready.
