This was my 2nd time in there, not for me but with other people. The staff, especially the woman behind the weave counter, was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. That store is HUGE and I still havent been able to make it around the ENTIRE store. Maybe next time.

Huge space,.hard to figure where products are located, does not seem to have any order. Also, the choice of music is definitely geared for the very young milenials...too loud, too much profanity. Seems to have a good selection of product in spite of the issues.

It was great, they have a huge, huge variety of hair selections, accessories and makeup. however the store is not organized in some aisles and there was no one to actually help you on the floor period but other than that they had plenty of stock.

There very rude and they will jack up the prices I called twice before going in the store and it was only 130. I than walk away to get something else and they jack up the price to 330. I than call to speak to the manager he gets a attitude and tells me his employer is correct and I am wrong. when his employer was the one I talked to on the phone and in the store I ask multiple time if the price was 130 he said yes. This my very 1st time going into there store and it will be my last.

I live in Mount Pleasant and I drive here because I feel like I’m right back in NY. I need a stocked store, variety, and quality. There are several hair stores on Rivers Avenue that I have to keep bouncing between because most of the beauty supply stores are outdated and don’t keep up with current hair trends or aren’t adequately stocked. Well stocked with different types of hair texture, colors. Man, this store has some of everything and even some nice outfits for men, women, and children. Better than hair store I have ever been in. Orangeburg, SC needs to step their game up for real. This is so behind time in 2020!!!!!!

VERY huge store, Nice selection of just about EVERYTHING!Most of their crochet hair is buy 1 pack get the 2nd free or half off.Everyone was very friendly.Was told they have someone there who installs the wigs if purchased from their store (Not sure about what the extra cost is although Im sure theres an extra fee for it).Also told there would be a nail tech on site soon.They stay open later than other hair stores in the area which is a plus to me! Stop by and check them out. You wont be disappointed!!

This is a large store with a vast selection of high-quality wigs. Some fair deals were offered but do not expect bargain-basement pricing. I was approached by a friendly associate who was busy with another customer. I was fine with waiting but another associate approached me. This one seemed impatient with my questions and seemed to find my presence to be entertaining. She told me she’d mouse my wig for a fifteen dollar Cash App. I’m a beginner at wigs and new to the area. After much thought, the experience was offputting. I would have preferred the undivided attention of the first associate. Nonetheless, I love the wig I purchased and would return should the need arise.

It was ok. Store just opened. They did have a lot of variety of hair and hair supplies and accessories. I was looking for more wigs and wish they had more to select from. As for tracks and bundles they do have a good variety of colors and sizes at a affordable prices.

Horrible customer service... They could care less about the customer. They know that you want to purchase certain items so they do not care about the manner in which they treat you. They begin communicating in their language when talking about you if you dont want what they suggest; much like nail salon personnel. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Large store, huge disappointment!!!!!!
