I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Billy on a recent renovation project and could not have been more impressed with both his knowledge of various products but also his good solid advice to helping me decide on the perfect flooring for my home. He is patient and also available for follow up questions which are abundant and every changing during a renovation project. I would strongly recommend Beasley Flooring to anyone considering or currently involved in some sort of home renovation or new construction project. Thanks for your help Billy!

We used Beasley Flooring to refinish oak hardwood and install luxury vinyl plank (3,000sq/ft). From the initial contact with the sales person, installers and owner they were responsive at all levels. Price was competitive. From the time of contact installation and turn around was unbelievably quick. Workmanship and installation first class. Work site kept clean and furniture returned to appropriate places. In final walk through not a single item was identified for redo or repair. We will definitely use Beasley flooring again and highly recommend.

Beasley was recommended to us by our friend/realtor as we were prepping our rental property to sell. I have been impressed with Mr. Beasley and his team since the moment I spoke with them. We were on a tight budget and even tighter timeline and Beasley worked with us on both. In hours, Mr. Beasley was out measuring the floors, the showroom stayed open late so I could view flooring options, and the floors were completed with less than a days notice. I love the flooring option we chose and look forward to working with Beasley Floor Coverings in the future.

If you are looking to get new carpet or other flooring, look no further. I shopped around and decided to use Beasley. Their prices are very fair and competitive, and their customer service is absolutely fantastic. It was such a pleasure working with them from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Ive wasted several hours of my life trying to buying flooring and tile from these people. After a month of waiting for my order, I just found out they never placed the order. I guess my order wasnt large enough for their time or attention. Either that or my money wasnt green enough.

Beasley Flooring was fantastic to work with. I had multiple different companies give me quotes as I prepared a former rental property to list for sale. Not only was their quote below the other two, they were willing to remove the old carpet weeks before installing the new to allow my contractors to do their work on the interior. They also added some very nice flooring around the exterior doors that added a lot to the aesthetics. Throughout the entire process they were responsive and transparent. I would highly recommend giving the Beasley team a chance to earn your business, they will not disappoint!

So pleased with Beasley Flooring from start to finish. Sharon gave us lots of great ideas and we trusted her opinion given her design experience. The installers showed up on time, got right to work, and did an outstanding job. We could not be happier with the quality and the look of our new flooring.

What ever you do find somebody else! We hired them to install wood floors then sand match and finish the new wood floors and the existing wood. They said they did it all the time and could blend them and transition from old to new. When we inspected there were. No transitions and they told us they could not make them there installers were not qualified. They claimed the cost did not include the stain matching. They also did the tile work in all 5 bathrooms. And they did not supply or install the the wood thresholds from wood to tile. With regards to there tile work they had no idea what they were doing many tiles were chipped from being cut, they did not do the math so they had 1/2” gaps at the wall tile to tubAnd on porcelain installation with used sanded grout for 1/16 grout joints. We have had to spend thousands. Of dollars repairing the work and they leined the project when we refused to pay him in full before he fixed his work. They are pleasent at the sales side and then when doing the project claim that this is not included. No transitionsNo thresholds and no quarter round even with the new wood installation.Avoid the headache and pour quality. Thanks for reading.

Seemed nice at first, but the installers didnt do what the showroom person said they would and I have it in writing. I complained about something not being finished and I was brushed aside. Luckily I had used a credit card so I contacted them to cancel payment on the 2nd half of the work. I figured that would get their attention. About 6 weeks later they emailed asking why. I explained they needed to resolve an issue but instead of coming to look, they kept making excuses. I pointed out several things they said that were blatantly false and they finally threatened if I didnt send the money I would be sued. I told them to go ahead. I looked online and found theyve been in a number of lawsuits but I never heard back. So I got a decent job done and only paid half.

We highly recommend Beasley Floor Covering. They installed Mullican pre-finished solid hardwood, and we are very pleased with the result. Billy Beasley was friendly and easy to work with, and his installers were knowledgable, polite, and did a very professional job.

Do Not Hire This Company.. Completely Unacceptable service! Here is the message I sent the owner Billy.. Which received no corrective action from his company.. Read for yourself and proceed at your own riskBilly,Please help me understand why you have yet to me call concerning the flooring issue I found just after your company completed a flooring job at my house in Charleston? The job I hired you to do was completed on June 30th. Upon completion I found a weak spot on my subflooring. On July 1st I personally showed you this NEW weak spot. At this point I informed you this NEW weak spot was not there prior to you fixing a known (other) weak spot in the subflooring (near the entryway – closer to the front door). Once your flooring contractor had fixed the known entryway weak spot, your company then installed new flooring in the front door entryway (along with the rest of the house). You told me you would send someone out to the house to inspect this new problem. It’s been a month now and you have yet to send anyone out or call me to explain why. This is unacceptable.2 weeks ago I traveled to Charleston (2 hours from where I currently live) to try and fix this problem. Upon further inspection (pictures below) the weak spot that we found in my subflooring was not caused by rot, but rather caused by a circular saw’s cut made by your Flooring contractor when they were fixing the initial subflooring problem. Is was a fresh cut made by someone that works for you, who used very poor judgment when attempting to fix the initial problem. The Pictures show>>-One end of the circular saw cut into the subflooring..-A view of the entire cut on this one end. The arrow is pointing to where the circular saw cut into the metal floor joist bracket.(At this corner is where the weak spot in the floor was caused. With very little downward foot pressure, the floor could be pushed around 1 inch into the crawlspace area)- See how the saw’s cut created a weak point in the subflooring.-Shows where the saw’s cut continued in the other side of the joist frame, again causing an unnecessary weak spot on the subflooring.-The rest of the cut. The Green arrow points to the end of the cut.To temporarily fix this problem (Hold the floor up), I used metal brackets and a cut 2x2.The other side shown. The green arrow points to the circular saw’s cut that came through the other side of the floor joist (Cutting through the metal)email contd...I need this issue resolved. The temporary fix I made is not permanent. I had to do something so my renter’s feet would not break through the subflooring and into the crawlspace. Your company caused a safety hazard that did not exist prior to the completion of the job you were hired to do.If this doesn’t get resolved I’ll be in contact with the Charleston county better business bureau, my friends in Charleston that are contractors and in real estate, as well as posting this message to every Beasley Flooring review I can find for you company, Google, Your website, etc..

Do not recommend Beasley Flooring. While I felt the finished result was nice, the service was extremely lacking and unprofessional. The flooring began on 3/30 and was never completed. The owner, Billy, assured me multiple times the entirety of the project would be completed 3/30. Most of the flooring was completed on 3/30 as promised, however 2 thresholds and the closet were incomplete. In addition, the flooring dust was not cleaned and a razor was left behind. Billy attributed the lag in completion to a delay in the shipment of thresholds and not knowing that those thresholds would be needed. Billy originally measured a unit I was renting in with the same floorplan as the one I measured in so said he did not know they would need those thresholds. The most frustrating part of the process was Billy’s lack of response to my e-mails and phone calls. On 4/14, Billy’s installation team came out to complete the 2 remaining thresholds and laminate but only arrived with one threshold and did not bring the underlayment for the closet. Billy said he would order the threshold so I had them wait to do the closet. When I shared my frustration with Billy, he became angry and said he needed to hang up before he got ugly with me. After this call, I attempted to call and e-mail Billy for several weeks between 4/14/15 and 5/20/15 and did not hear back from him on most of those occasions.I finally heard from Billy on 5/12/15 when he said they would come early next week since they were working on another unit in the complex and would try to schedule my unit the same day. When Billy contacted me on 5/20/15 to have me get his installation team from another unit (he would not call them to schedule a time, he had me go get them), he attempted to charge me an extra $125 for the installation of laminate in the closet although he had never mentioned this additional cost before. He tried to explain that my other unit did not have that closet. When I explained that the other unit was the same floorplan and I saw him measure the closet, Billy became very argumentative and rude. I would not agree to pay this additional fee as Billy had never mentioned this cost before.Again, I would not recommend Beasley Flooring. I thought this would be a quick, painless job, but instead it caused me a lot of stress.UPDATE 6/4/2015: My BBB Complaint was resolved 6/4/2015 when Beasley completed the flooring in the coat closet and remaining threshold.

I could write an essay about this company, but Ill keep it short. These people have no clue what they are doing, and to prove that, they dont honor their work. I had this company install tile in three bathrooms and a kitchen. All rooms where a nightmare. Tile installed wrong in all areas. The kitchen was so bad they had to tear it all out and start over because they said they couldnt even fix it. I lived in the house for four months with wires hanging out of the kitchen walls waiting on them to come back and finish. Billy the owner rarely returns calls or answers emails once a sale is made. Shortly after I had a shower leak, the leak is clearly from the shower pan, but Billy didnt even come over to look at it, wont honor his work. Ended up having to get another company to make the repairs. When we started tearing the shower floor out we found tons of problems, the liner was installed wrong, no slope, ramps up around the drain flange, weep holes were clogged up with sealant (big no no) and it wont allow the mortar bed to drain, in addition the liner has multiple holes in it. Damaged my sub floor. This in addition to they used the wrong grout in the master, installed the tile square in areas that were supposed to be on an angle in the guest bath, etc. I could go on all day as I said before. The point is: This company will not do what they say, and if they ever do anything it will be done late and wrong, and when you have a problem be prepared to get someone else to fix it. These guys should stick to carpet and you should consider looking elsewhere.
