Unbelievable customer service! I have a pretty new Clearwater 9 5 wt rod (used 4 times) that snapped a middle section 4 days before a trip to Montana. I called and talked to David at this location (I live in Denver) who told me it would be pretty difficult to get the piece I needed before my trip. He told me to sit tight and to give him a minute before he called me back. After a while, David called back and told me he called the Jackson Hole store and found the section I needed (which as I understand is not a common thing). After doing whatever he did, Maggie (store manager in Jackson) overnighted me the section I needed just in time for my trip! Both of them were unbelievably understanding and went over and beyond to maintain a satisfied customer, when they really didnt need to do anything. Awesome people Orvis, keep it up!

Right on King St. DOWNTOWN Charleston. Nice shop often offering tastings, bourbon, etc. Good selection of fly fishing gear, guys who can actually make flies and teach you a thing or two. Service is always great! Much smaller selection than online.

Customer for life. Im fairly new to fly fishing, definitely new to ocean fly fishing. I was helped by Brian and he couldnt have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I was drinking from a fire house with all the facts and helpful tidbits. Hospitality aside, the orvis products are amazing and Brian showed me exactly the tackle I would need to be successful. Couldnt be happier with the experience, cant wait to come back.

I was sitting at my desk tying a few flies for next summers trout season when I reached for my can of soft drink and remembered your shop.I live in Australia and am a keen fly fisherman, which is why I visited your store in mid January and spoke to a fellow who was very enthusiastic in telling me about fly fishing for redfish in South Carolina.Before I left the store he gave me a sticker, which I have proudly attached to the Yeti Colster (drink can holder) that I also bought in Charleston.
