This was my first time at this practice.. They have the most detailed exam.. The staff wasnt rushing me through, like other practices Ive been too.. I would definitely consider seeing this practice when looking for a eye doctor..

The actual eye exam is great. Lori was very rude when I called with questions on my bill and she actually hung up on me. Not very professional phone staff.

Fantastic experience. Yes, long wait times, but that was the most thorough and transparent eye exam I have every had and I have been in glasses/contacts for 26 years. Dr. Ramsey and staff were great.

Dr. Ramsey done a very thorough eye exam for me and my husband. After the exam we selected our frames and they usual add-ons such as tint, etc.We went to pay for our part or so we thought our part for the exam and glasses which for each of us was roughly $1000.00. When we picked up our glasses we were told our account was paid in full, a week or two later we received a bill for an additional $241.00. When asked why we received the bill, we were told that was our part the medical insurance didnt cover. I guess the point I want to make is unless you have deep pockets you may not be able to afford their prices. The service was great, but we wont be returning due to the expense. We just cant afford their prices/cost. Very, very expensive.

Dr. Randi Bassik is amazing! She was able to get me in contacts that make me have 20/20 vision. Its so nice to be able to see. The whole staff at Ramsey Eye Care is amazing and they take time with you to make sure you leave happy.

Always professional, staff is helpful and lots of selections for glasses, everyone makes you feel like you are an old friend.

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Ramsey. Both times the staff were excellent and receptive. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel comfortable with the preparation. When it came time for me to see the doctor he was professional, answered my questions and gave complete descriptions of what he was doing, what he was having me do, and why. I would recommend this team every time.

I went here this morning for a routine eye exam and they refused to give me an exam without being allowed to bill my medical insurance. This was ridiculous given that they are an in-network provider under my vision insurance and it all should have been coveted by them. If you want to have your eye exam billed through your vision insurance you should definitely not go here.

Have some costa prescription sunglasses. Had significant frame damage from lost screw. Diane from Ramsey went the extra mile and got me new frames from Costa at no cost. Diane did all the phone calling and persisted to make this happen for me.

I just contacted the office an appointment because I don’t believe I have the right prescription and I was told the exam would cost xy&z and the refraction (explained as being the exam to tell me if I needed glasses) an additional y&z!!! I wear glasses, explained that I e used my insurance for the year so I want to pay out of pocket so clearly if I’ve used my insurance for the year... I wear glasses! But she explains, “well everyone must have the refraction!” Ummm... clearly why do I need you to tell me I wear glasses when I’ve worn glasses my entire life!

Awesome people!!! My wife is a client there and we always go as a family. They treat us all with kindness. Dr. Hosman is great. They are very thorough. Love this place!!!

Got me in as a new patient within a week. Doctor did a very detailed work up to make sure my eyes were healthy, other staff were friendly & knowledgeable & Amber the Eye Glass Tech was Great at helping me pick out my new Glasses. Thanks Ramsey Eyecare Team! :)

I am an older adult who has had some minor vision problems and thought it was time to get my eyes checked to make sure there wasnt anything bad going on. The staff were very friendly, gave me an appointment within the next week. So far so good. I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I had plenty of time to fill out the paperwork. Filled it out quickly, then waited approximately 30 minutes past my appointment time. Once I was seen by the techs, they were very friendly. Then it came time to see the doc. I waited about 30-40 minutes in his exam room.... waiting... waiting... waiting... then he finally came in. All seemed great, he seemed very through. Then when the appointment was over another girl came and whisked me off to the, what I call, eyeglass showroom. This place has a SUPER high pitched sale for frames and what-not. I would rather be assaulted on a car lot than ever go back to that office. Then after I was told my glasses would be $950 I said no, Ill just pay my bill and be on my way. The sales lady said she had a package in the back she could show me that was $300. I said fine, let me see that. After waiting another 20 minutes for her to reappear, during which time I asked someone if I could just pay my bill and leave (since Ive now been there for over 3 hours)... No one knew where my chart was. Then the lady came back and gave them my chart, I sat down to pay, and was told I would have to wait on the doc to sign the prescription.... WHAT.... so I paid and waited ANOTHER 30 minutes on a signed prescription so I could go somewhere and buy a reasonably priced pair of glasses. Ridiculous!!! My only concern now, is this office more concerned in making a buck on the frames and lenses they high pressure sale you after the doc sees you, or DID I ACTUALLY GET A THOROUGH EYE EXAM?This experience has left me less than confident in the actual eye exam, and more in this place is looking to make a buck on high priced frames and lenses! I dont believe all these other raving reviews!!

Dr. Hosman has a wonderful manner with kids. The staff was very friendly and prompt. Great experience.

Called the office a very nice receptionist (male) answered the phone. I missed his name. He was very personable. He offered me a same day appt. He was able to work me in first thing the next day. Explained to him I am a provider also that my schedule was very tight and I am 39 weeks pregnant. I took the appt for next day gladly. I then called back a few minutes later because my eyes started to pour and hurt. A older lady answered the phone this time. I explained to her my situation. I asked if they had any end of the day appts open??? She basically yelled through the phone at me, like it was a sin to ask that question. I was understanding that there was no appts. However in my opinion and with my experience in patient care I would not want her to work my front desk.

Friendly staff! Dr.Hosman is awesome! Very attentive to detail great designer frames options and a pleasure to work with!

You can expect a long wait at times but the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and Dr. Ramsey is thorough and will answer all of your questions.
