We had a wonderful experience with Lea and Jamie. We had initially used a different company to install our backsplash and it was a horrible experience. Granite by design saved the day!! The installers were excellent and we were able to get the exact look we were going for. We will post more pictures when the contractors finish up.

From start to finish this was an incredibly refreshing experience. Everyone of the professionals working on my new counter project were top of the line and very skilled in their performance. They completed the work in what I considered record time and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the results. Cynthia Holmes was outstanding in providing information about the various stone/slabs, their care and maintenance. I was new to the world of countertops, unsure as to my choice. Cynthia provided a list of stone suppliers for me so I could look at all the various choices available. When I brought information on choices of stones for countertops, Cynthia quickly provided the cost of each one I was interested in having installed. She navigated and made smooth the path to purchasing my quartz countertop.I made several trips to Jaimes office to finalize my choice and I truly appreciated the patience and kindness they all showed to me.Other fabricators had informed me there would be two slabs required for my small countertop and a seam, Jaime required one average slab and NO SEAM. I highly recommend Jaime and at Granite by Design. They were very professional and accommodating and I love their work. He measured once for my kitchen granite counter tops and it was a perfect fit and they look beautiful. I also had them install granite counter tops in two of my bathrooms because the kitchen counter tops looked so beautiful. He measured and in two days the counter tops were installed.
