The staff took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed working with Palmetto Glass and Mirror because they are a professional, responsive, and collaborative team. Our shower doors and custom mirrors look beautiful!

Palmetto had a very competitive price and of the 3 companies I had come by to measure and quote, I felt the most confident with them. The installation was for an unusual large his & her shower with an 8 foot opening. It included 2 - 3 foot panels and a 2 foot door in the center. The door can swing open either into the shower or into the bathroom which Pam informed me was an option.The caulking is very smooth and professional and all seems level and plumb . The other installers seemed quite nervous about breaking or cracking the tiles and no company is willing to guarantee against tile damage. But Palmettos installers did not seem nervous about damaging the tiles. They were calm, steady and professional. I am pretty particular as I am a home repair contractor and I felt the job and company was excellent.

I would not use anyone else if you need glass cut quick and correctly every time. Great place of business!!

Great place and original ideas!

I have been in the construction business for 40+years and have never dealt with a company refusing to even come to your home. Barely 15 miles to our home and it wasn’t worth it to them to grace us with their business. The office staff and owner acted like they were doing me a favor to even speak with me.

My contractor just walked out due to Pam acting like it was an imposition to help him. I just had a gorgeous bathroom remodel and needed one shower wall. Due to horrible and unprofessional customer service from her, we will take our business elsewhere since she informed him there were 4 other glass companies between my home in N. Charleston and that company. WOW!!!!! I will make sure that is known since Im in contact with many local people since i have a degree in interior design.

Palmetto Glass completed the job quickly and professionally. Great customer service, friendly while attention to detail. We had 8 Solarium double pained large glass replaced after 70 years, the chances were great something would break, but everything looks great, like a new room! Thank you so much!

I ordered a 1/4 glass table top for my pub style table from Palmetto Glass and Mirror. It was ready 2 days before their estimated date and was perfect! I found Mike and his team to be very helpful and easy to work with.Will buy from them again!
