I basically paid $180 for 100 rounds of the cheapest 9mm available. It’s really expensive, and they don’t really give a great breakdown on the pricing. I did enjoy the full auto, but I wouldn’t do it again. Just go to a free range and buy your own ammo.

Had a good time and prices were reasonable. The staff was somewhat friendly but did not get a good vibe. The range got uncomfortably hot.

Went here to shoot 3 handguns with my Dad. Great and friendly staff as well as a cool collection, but the biggest complaint was that the prices were VERY high. Around 40-50 dollars higher than the times I went to PSA (those times are when we rented), which was farther out. Would come back if they lower the prices a bit.

New to the area. Been around the block in different states and I cant argue with this range. I bring my own ammo and targets but the staff and range are everything you could need to get the job done.

So as a novice gun owner with little guidanceI visited this range back in 2/19.From my 1st visit I just felt very relaxed and welcome by the A+ Service and staff. They have everything you need on hand and started.They have imparted so much practical instruction and valuable insight to me over my 1st year without ever once trying to up sell me on lessons. Their range instructors are always friendly and helpful and The Mgr. Karen is a former Israeli soldier and Drop Dead GorgeousPurchasing a membership was a great investment. Weekends are busy but during the week Its not at all, but they have a great lobby if there is a wait that I promise you will be well worth it.

Faulty Ammo.Went in to get some extra practice with my 9mm gun. (Friday)It wasnt long until I ran out of my own ammo and had to purchase some of Quickshots. Needless to say not only was it costly right off the rip but they where also faulty and they sent me off with a bullet stuck in the chamber to get it unstuck by a gun shop on Savannah Hwy. Once I arrived there I had to pay to get the gun unjammed and the guys/owner of the store was very frustrated with how Quickshot continues to sell these bullets when this is the third gun in a week they had to unjam because of the faulty ammo.ON TOP OF IT ALLWhen I called the shop to let them know how dangerous this was and how I think they should do something about it and so does the gun shop they sent me to. They told me their manager only works weekdays and she would have to call me back on Monday. Not only did I never receive a call to try and smooth things over but I was pushed off by the girl on the phone when I called to follow up again.Waste of money on faulty ammo and a bad experience all together.Save yourself some time, money and bad experiences and find somewhere else to go. I know I will not be returning.

I am a member and brought my brother (a potential new member) in to shoot. There was a wait for a lane but I was told when I joined that members get priority access to member lanes. Just like it says on the website. Well, evidently Jess was told differently by the store manager, Peggy. I was told Peggy didn’t follow that rule and that I’d have to wait. Priority lanes for members was part of that sales pitch I received in order to secure my membership and to find out it’s not true at all was disappointing. I have never had an issue in all my previous visits, maybe Jess is just uninformed.

I went on a Tuesday night ladies night with a group of 7 ladies, October 6th. 1st as you can see with the picture I took off their website ammo was included but when we checked out we were charged for the ammo used. I told the lady on their website it said ammo was included. She said the owner changed it, well not on the website. Then a few ladies used their 9mm which was an upcharge but non of us understood that until check out. The staff was very nice but I felt scammed what their website said one thing then they charged us more. I used a .22 which should have costed me for that night 29.95 but I was charged 44.00 and some change. The other lady in the group was charged 77. Which she was expecting 29.95 as well. I will not be going back because I felt scammed.

I had the best experience yesterday at Quickshot Gun Range . Justin was my instructor and showed so much patience with me . I learned a lot and will definitely go back ! Outstanding staff !

I just went in this establishment to see if they were by appointment only . the tall brunette at the front desk stepped back when i came up to the counter as if i didn’t have a mask on (which i do) & she basically told me they don’t just do appointments but they are too busy for me to participate while nonchalantly showing me the gun on her hip ..

I loved the place, the available rentals, and the overall feel. Issue is, one of the employees didn’t know jack about guns. He knew basic gun safety and range mannerisms, but he couldn’t even figure out how to load a round into the chamber of an AR. Other than that, though, I enjoyed my time spent there.

This continues to be one of the most friendly ranges in Charleston that is currently open. I know people complain about ammunition prices but at least you can come and shoot there and they have available gun rentals and ammunition.

Great customer service, reasonable prices, and they are more than happy to help if you are unfamiliar with a certain firearm. Great customer service, and great selection. Thompson gun was my favorite, highly recommend it. These guys know what they are doing, and great use of a range safety officer.I felt safe, well instructed, and informed.

Brought my girlfriend in today to shoot her first gun. The manager Ray was incredibly helpful and friendly. He had many suggestions and guided us through the whole process including safety procedures and correct handling. The range was clean and the whole experience was professional and hassle free. I highly recommend anyone looking to shoot some firearms to check this place out. Thanks again guys!

The primary reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the below average customer service from most, but not all, of the staff. I have interacted with 1 person who had a good attitude. Otherwise, the rest of the men give off a vibe that they couldnt care less whether we patronize the store and range or not.The second reason I deducted that star are for their high prices on merchandise.The good parts are that I like the location and especially that you can fire guns and ammunition that you typically cant use at many other ranges. I also like the feel of the range, that its kept clean, and the specials they run there. I also like the typical clientele that this store attracts. Finally, they offer a CWP class that we liked and learned from, and they were very accommodating on this part.

My son loved it. Range officer spot on. Front staff - not customer oriented- not nice. Guns are in good condition/ safety is good. Would go again. Just need better staff/ front desk price for ammo a little high

I went there with a new gun to test, and they were helpful, courteous and professional. The place is clean and well run, and obviously safe. They have lots of guns for rent, which makes choosing a new gun much easier as you can actually shoot and compare many models. I thought the prices and rates were reasonable. Youll save money if you bring your own ammo and targets.

The runts behind the counter are needlessly jerky. I think they are trying to compensate for being small, but they overdo the tough guy jerk routine.

A small but clean and well lit range with good weekday rates on range time. The staff was professional and friendly, with a female range officer when I was there. Worth noting if youre trying to get a lady friend comfortable with shooting. Next time I go I think Ill need to rent some guns, as theyve actually had some exotic options that I dont see often. Their ammo prices sounded high, but Im willing to bet thats where they need to make money, cause the range fee was very reasonable.

I came here with a bachelor party and they took great care of us. Very accommodating of our group of 6, we were able to rent several different firearms and were well instructed by their friendly and professional staff. Cant wait to come back

Awesome Range! Very stellar and friendly customer service. I was in Charleston for the weekend and took some friends shooting. Among us was a first time shooter. Quickshots employees were very thorough and patient as they went over lessons and safety procedures. I plan to revisit next time Im in Charleston. Highly recommended!

This is a great range. The staff are helpful and are not at all condescending. They welcome new shooters with a helpful demeanor and they always emphasize safety. This is my second year of membership and I have never had an bad experience. We are fortunate to have them in our town.

Decent selection of rental firearms, including automatics. A very clean indoor range and courteous staff assisted me in having a productive time. I would highly recommend this range to anyone nearby searching for a place to shoot indoors.

Not a bad place to go. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think at $12 per person is kind of steep. I will say the staff was very friendly. I had someone with me and after checking prices and telling the staff person I wanted a lane, I told him Id be right back I had to go and get my stuff. He prompted me to go ahead and give him my license so he could hold the last lane. If I had waited until I went out and came back I would have lost the last lane and had to wait. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I did find the shooting of the automatic weapons a little distracting, but not enough that I wouldnt go back. The place was clean, they offer ammo and they offer targets. Not sure about the cost of ammo, the targets were very reasonably priced. Ill be back.

I went in here to check it out and ask some questions about the shop, excellent staff very friendly and helpful, they answered my questions, hung out, and were all smiles and very awesome people, not stuck up snobs like other places. The type of people you want to be around. Without a doubt the best experiences walking into a gun range.I will definitely be going here for concealed carry classes and fun on the range. I will telling my friends about this place, spread the word.Just wish they sold guns and had a gunsmith and this place would outdo everyone else in town.

We went for Ladies Night which is a great deal. The whole group there was terrific. Everyone was very helpful & understanding with novices. We had so much fun & are looking forward to going again.

My wife and I are in total agreement that our experience at Quickshot Shooting Range Today was The Best and We had tried a Summerville and a Mt. Pleasant Shooting Range several times and Never experienced Such Professional..Knowledgeable...Polite and Helpful Employees as We did here!! My Wife had a New Pistol and One Employee spent a fair amount of time with her until she was totally comfortable using it..then back and forth after his intial time with her to see how she was doing!! The Guy out front couldnt have been nicer...making sure everything went smoothly and made sure we had a Wonderful Experience!!Cant wait to go back!!! There were lots of Other Customers in there that also received the One on One Attention We received!! Really Great Indoor Range!!

Typical indoor shooting range with different guns. The guy at the counter was a hard ass no bs type which isnt unusual at a gun range. Came in with a free coupon but he ultimately forgot to apply it... How convenient for him.Nothing special.

Solid shooting range. Great staff, nice range, and a nice selection of gun rentals if you want to try some other types/calibers out. Also has fully automatic rentals if youve ever wanted to try your hand at those.

Well... convenient, yes. Worth it, no. A bit over priced and a toss up on customer service. Had very good and very bad experiences here. Most noteably their staff wanted to openly brag about how he was “a better shot than the best the army has to offer”. I asked to speak with a manager, I just feel that’s an inappropriate unsolicited remark, and was told he was on lunch. Overall a good range with childish staff. Those two don’t mix... Also no public safety discount at time of visit.

My brother and I were visiting from Philly this week and decided to stop in after seeing a local Groupon. He had been shooting before, but I hadnt. I was a nervous about shooting, but Ray, the manager, was extremely helpful! He made me feel confident enough to start with a handgun and finish off with a machine gun. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, knew all about gun safety and handling, and was even a Philadelphia sports fan. All around great time. Shooting is expensive, mostly the ammunition, but the Groupon helped a lot.

My son and I are from out of town and we never shot before. The staff was kind, patient and helpful. They taught us how to do everything and were very safe. We had an amazing time and learned a lot.

My experience at quickshot was Amazing,Manger and staff member KEN were very helpful and also Knowledgable they took their time explained everything in depth. If your looking for a place to shoot with clean energy and excellent customer service i 100 percent stand by QUICK SHOT shooting range.

Front desk staff was rude and told me to move my car I cannot take up two spaces which I wasnt and I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. I would not recommend this place due to the atmosphere and attitudes.

Been to alot of ranges in alot of places over the years and this one is very nice. Staff are pleasant and the range is well lit, clean and modern. Calibers up to 50 bmg are allowed!

Blame google if the Quickshot ad shows up next to a shooting-- the fine folks at Quickshot have NOTHING to do with it. Google heuristics.The range is well stocked and clean. Contrary to what another reviewer said, I have seen newcomers treated exactly the opposite.I observed the range master spend a lot of time with a new shooter next to me. The firearm wasnt even properly assembled, causing the slide to nearly fall off. The range master was very patient an gave a lot of good instruction at no cost.He is also available for any questions that a shooter may have. He stays out of your business (other than any safety concerns, of course) but is more than happy to help if you ask.

Very friendly staff. Helped me fix my gun when it jammed badly. Reasonable prices. I will definitely be giving them business in the future.

Used a groupon for an hour of range time and it was a lot of fun! The staff took their time to ensure we picked a good gun and made a lot of good suggestions.

Although the range is small it makes up for it by having great people working there. Definitely recommend utilizing this shooting range for your recreational shooting needs.

Affordable, friendly and fun!!

Took my brother for his Birthday to shoot some of their autos. Good selection and very clean range. This is a nice place. The problem is with the price and customer service. These folks prey on the uninformed and novice shooters. All their ammunition is the cheapest reloads sold. They charge by the magazine and not by the box of ammo normally (with full autos). They insist on reloading the magazines themselves. The reason for this is that they do not fill up the magazine. For example: if you rent something that has a 30 round capacity, they will hand you the magazine with 20 rounds in it. If you figure out the price per round with current ammo prices vs what they sell per round, thats 215-300% markup. Again, they use the cheapest, hand reloaded stuff they can find. Also take note, their range prices are the highest in the city. You can visit the websites of the others around town, dont take my word for it. Also notice the FFL transfer fees, these are higher than pawn shops for non-members (pawn shops are the highest you will find). Some FFLs around town will do a transfer for $10. Google it, dont listen to me. This place is fun if you have a ton of cash lying around you dont need.

Called at 4:50 pm today to see about getting my husband a gift card for our anniversary the employee said they closed the range at 5:45 and the store at 6pm, got there at 5:30 pm and they wouldn’t sell me a gift card because they already closed the register, really disappointed will find another range to use.

They told me the class was Saturday, didn’t ask my name or for payment, then said they opened at 10 am when the class actually starts at 8 and they’re suppose to collect payment and take your information down. Will NOT SPEND MY MONEY OR REFER ANYONE HERE. Extremely pissed off
