Its pretty much a family run operation.Tommy and his wife Lynne are excellent at providing you with the best solution for you individual needs. They really listen to what you have to say. They make sure that all your questions have been answered before you leave. I am very happy to recommend themUpdate … there has been a management change and Tommy and his wife have retired. I had an issue with one of my aids and it needed to be fixed. The new people are excellent and I was pleasantly surprised … so needless to say I will continue to be a satisfied customer

She spent 45 minutes with me and made sure I understood A) What the issue was and B) How to prevent it in the future. SHE DID NOT CHARGE A DIME for a non-patient, from a competing audiology practice! I was traveling through Charleston and one of my hearing aids had an issue. Even though I was not an existing patient, they got me in right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part as a warranty with no charge. The audiology staff was as knowledgeable as any I have ever worked with. It was a blessing that they were there for me.

I have had Tinnitus for more than 25 years. I knew my hearing was getting progressively worse but refused to acknowledge I needed hearing aids.
