Ever since they where taken over by the other company has gone to absolute s--t. Today is the 5th time ive stood in the lobby for 20+ minutes waiting for assistance and had employees make eye contact with me realize I wasnt being helped and continue on with what they where doing. They really dont act like they want you business anymore.
