WAY too overpriced- not a huge selection. Felt the staff was a little snooty.

A great spot for the eclectic shopper. Left with a lamp I had been drooling over from West Elm, which was a fun surprise. Loved the mix of styles and fair prices. I *almost* left with an Empire chest, a gorgeous chair from Lee Industries, and a set of dining room chairs (just didnt have room in my car for a big haul). Customer service was excellent, too, with just enough assistance offered to make me feel welcome. I will definitely be back!

There is always an interesting mix of goods at several price points. The owner and staff are the best. It is one of our go-tos for our design clients.

Love this place! This shop exceeds in providing their customers with a welcoming environment, a knowledgeable and friendly staff, and reasonable priced items. I will be returning even if it is just to browse around the store! I was greeted immediately upon walking in the doors, any questions I had were answered, and I was very impressed with the layout of the shop. South End Exchange definitely made furniture shopping so much easier! I will be returning and I highly recommend checking them out.

Its very interesting & disheartening, to walk into an establishment and notice that customers of another race are greeted with hello and please let us know if we can be of assistance, while I basically did not receive the same acknowledgement. This is not somewhere I will patronize and will definitely share my experience with others.

I love this place. I bought some beautiful peices for my living room and dining room. Prices are great and customer service was excellent. They greeted me at door asking me if I needed help and took me straight to what I wanted and measured it for me. I will definitely be going back for more furniture in the future. If your in need of excellent furniture for a great price I would suggest this place for you.

This place has absolutely no parking.The owner responded to this post so I will give it one more star from a 1-star to a 2-star rating. The owner stated that there is parking across the street from their building which is not correct there are other businesses across the street and the parking is very very limited. Show again while all the merchandise on the inside maybe a good quality there is absolutely no place to park. There are two parking places in front of the building and no street parking available so we wasted our time going down there and could not find a place to park after driving around for 10 minutes. Beware of this problem, we really wanted to shop here --- simply a bad location.

I love this hidden gem. Ive found everything from a vintage chandelier, to artwork. Be sure to check this place out. Lisa is awesome to deal with.

Worst customer service ever!.... If you want an ice-cold reception, this is the place to shop! Workers don t bother to greet you, and good luck asking for help or advice. On the bright side, the have nice stuff at reasonable prices, but I don t plan on buying or shopping there again.

HUGE place, with tons of options and vendors. Lots of styles, so be specific when you god with what you are looking for. If you are a browser, you could be here for days and not get through it all.
