Horrible customer service!!! My appliances got on backorder, which I understand happens. But they never communicated the correct info. Finally got my appliances 1month after and one of the items was left with any of accessories or manuals. Will never buy from here again. The savings wasnt worth the headache.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Dan is a very thorough salesman and Jeremy also helped out and made the delivery day I needed possible no problem! Great pricing for awesome LG refrigerator and Samsung washer and dryer!!!

Customer service with RAC is horrible. Especially with Karen and her boss Ericka. They apparently team up and think its about making a deal. The whole issue was Karens bad attitude and bad customer service. But, they chose to focus on the fact that they couldnt give a deal. This store just lost a big sale!! Never again!Its 2016! People dont care as much about the content as they do the delivery. Hopefully one day theyll learn lesson number one in customer service!

Awesome sales persons (shout out to David Lash) and selection. I am new to hh gregg since they are not out west... I moved from there recently. Amazed too by their incredible sales. I literally saved $1780 on a 5-piece set of major kitchen & laundry appliances. I will continue shopping there... furniture shopping is my next area of interest.

We ordered a front load washing machine less than 90 days ago. The delivery guys as nice as they were did not leave or give a product registration card which includes the machines serial number. Last week i made a service call due to a loud noise the washer was making. The Sloan service company was sent to my home. The serial # on the machine was not visible nor did i have the registration card so my 3 month old machine was not covered under warranty. Oh, I have the receipt still no help. HHGregg nor Whirlpool could or would help me. Neither whirlpool or HHGreg cared to honor their warranty on a machine that was purchased less than 90 days ago. I downloaded a scanner app to read the bar codes on the machine and guess what it read it, thus giving me the serial number. Poor Customer service by the store, corporate office and Whirlpool. This is my 1st and last purchase from this franchise. Hope this helps someone....

Good selection and prices on appliances. You can and should negotiate on everything. You will save hundreds by negotiating off their sales prices.

OK prices. Comparable to competitors. But the sales staff hovered over us and we finally told him we would come to him with questions. He still wouldnt leave us alone. Felt like high-pressure sales.

ZERO CREDIBILITY.!.....Came in presale to buy a frig. Salesman told me to come in sale day at 5 to 6 get in line and get a gold ticket. I show up early and low and behold the sale was over by 7hrs....out of stock. I did get a price match at a different home depot/lowes.....Basically was told...Too Bad. Salesman made a mistake........Love to tell that to one of my customers in my business and see where it gets me

Horrible customer service! Bought a 4 piece kitchen appliances package, had it scheduled for delivery and only 2 of my 4 appliances were delivered on schedule, the dishwasher and over the stove microwave werent scheduled to be delivered at all!!! On the day of delivery I had to call myself to a different department, installation, and they couldnt even find my order!!! After 1hr 30min of back and forth with the store and the installation dept, I was told that the reason installation couldnt find my order was bc their system did something wrong like kicked it out of their system and the delivery of my appliances (dishwasher & microwave) would take another week to be delivered bc it needed a certified technician to install them. Im not ok with waiting a week when they screwed up!!! The young lady in their installation department was extremely rude to me throughout this whole thing and the area/regional manager Travis did not seem too concerned about my problem, all I have gotten from him so far is that he is working on it! Oh and the 1st stove arrived to my house damaged so I was without a stove in my house for a day bc we had the old one removed already, donated stove/fridge to habitat for humanity... Anyway, they brought the new stove out the next morning and they put scratches in my hardwood floor during the installation!!! Now with all of this, one would think I would get offered a credit back to my account or something but nope, I barely received an apology...Hhgreg had a great price for the appliance package but it was not worth all the time, frustration and interruption to my schedule for multiple deliveries to save a few hundred dollars... My delivery was scheduled for 11/30/2016, it is now 12/2/2016 and havent heard back from the regional manager about an earlier delivery date. Save yourself the headache...Go anywhere else!!!!

Horrible customer service! I regret buying over $7,000 in the south blvd store. I plan on returning everything I bought. Please shop elsewhere . They kept me on hold for over 2 hours then would hang up. I never came off rude, just wanted some help.

Terrible experience with the store manager. I purchased two items from the store and they separated the delivery dates. After talking to the store manager to see if this could be corrected he promised he would call me back. I called back to the store several times to speak to him and he never did call me back. If your employees make a mistake as the manager I was looking for an apology but to avoid the customer is not showing leadership

Returning items purchased was a hassle as they denied my return and required I go back to the HHGregg store I purchased from. The counter customer service person was rude and Clayton the manager on duty wouldnt even leave the back office to address the issue. Last time I go to an HHGregg store.

The staff would rather run away potential customers instead of trying to conduct business. I mean I know these people make commission off of their sales.. So why run away a bonus on your paycheck??? I came in to test a stereo that I had been eyeing and was asked to leave a few minutes later. I ended up making my purchase on Amazon instead
